  2. Badlands Daily: 11/3/26 - Election Day Glitches, Florida Floods & SCOTUS Unsigned Order

    Show notes

On Election Day, CannCon and Zak Paine plan a shorter show so they can get out and vote, but first they run through the morning's chaos. They open with the newly identified victims of the Palm Beach Learjet crash, Zak walks through the icing warning on that model, and CannCon explains why the missile theories don't hold up. From there it's the Monterey County Jail lockdown during an ICE operation, Nick Shirley's report on migrant children who vanished after being handed to sponsors, and NGOs registering illegal voters in Arizona.

  3. Baseless Conspiracies Ep. 209: Mo Benson’s Near-Death Experience, Spirit Visits & Remote Viewing

    Show notes

On midterm eve, after a quick word on the Palm Beach plane crash, Jon and Zak turn to something Zak says is not a conspiracy at all. Mo Benson, a Nebraska beekeeper and one of Badlands' longest-running sponsors, joins for the first time to tell the story of her near-death experience.

Mo walks through nearly three months in hospitals: an emergency room that missed her twisted intestine, checking herself out to fly to California, four surgeries, sepsis from a bacteria no one recognized, and the moment in the ICU when she heard her late Uncle Tiny tell her to take a deep breath and felt a love she still can't put into words.

Back home, meditation for chronic pain opened the door to visits from her grandmother and her husband's grandfather, who showed her a hat, a lighter case and a game of dice that his daughter later confirmed. Mo and Zak also get into heart chakra language, the Book of Enoch, Saul seeking out a medium, CIA remote viewing programs, practicing remote viewing with Grok, fallen angels and sky people, and a Q post about protecting your DNA, before live chat rants.

  5. Breaking Free of Psyops Ep. 23: Darwin’s Secret, Malthus & the Battle Over Human Nature

    Show notes

Back in Canada after a trip to Istanbul, the host opens with the story behind his new Constantinople videos: why two Egyptian obelisks and the serpent tripod from Delphi ended up beside the Hagia Sophia on Constantine's orders.

Then the main lecture asks whether Charles Darwin's theory was honest science or a political project. It starts with Richard Dawkins and The Selfish Gene, then sets Henry C. Carey, Lincoln's economic advisor, and William Gilpin's Cosmopolitan Railway and Bering Strait tunnel against Thomas Huxley's X Club and Herbert Spencer. Darwin's own autobiography credits Thomas Malthus's Essay on the Principle of Population, and the episode walks through Darwin's view of the weak members of civilized society, the Trojan horse axioms of gradualism, selfishness, scarcity and diminishing returns, and the false choice between literal creationism and Darwinism. Alternative thinkers such as Karl Ernst von Baer on the harmony of nature, and Carey's Unity of Law, round out the presentation. In the Q and A, H.G. Wells and Julian Huxley's evolutionary synthesis, the Church of Gaia and bogs, and a plug for the book Science Unshackled close the show.

  9. The Daily Herold: 11/2/26 - Plane Crash Decodes, Tucker’s Iran Nuke Claim & Election Security

    Show notes

The Daily Herold for Monday, November 2, the last episode before the midterms.

Jon Herold opens with the weekend plane crash in Florida. He isn't digging into the crash itself so much as the reaction to it: the decodes calling it a bomb or a white hat operation, and why not everything is a conspiracy. Then he reads Tucker Carlson's claim that the administration is days away from a nuclear strike on Iran's Pickaxe Mountain under pressure from Netanyahu, plays the clip of Trump saying he wouldn't use a nuke, and asks why the story landed right before the election. Next, a magistrate judge dismisses the case against former FBI officials Nikki Flores and Bradley Benavidez, and the DOJ asks the Supreme Court to set aside ballots cast by 20,000 California voters. Jon then walks through a list of 15 Trump election security actions, from 200 noncitizen voter prosecutions to the SAVE system, and argues they fall well short. The show wraps with Polymarket's midterm odds, a football parlay gone wrong and plans for election night coverage.

  10. Badlands Daily: 11/2/26 - Palm Beach Learjet Crash, Secret Ballot & Decoy Dan

    Show notes

Badlands Daily for Monday, November 2, the day before the midterms.

It plays the air traffic control audio as the pilots of N722BD report ice and turbulence before declaring an emergency, and walks through the dash cam stills, the flight path and the plane's past trips near Mar-a-Lago. Next comes a run of election-integrity stories: DOJ prosecutions of non-citizen voters, USCIS flagging tens of thousands of suspected foreign voters, the SAVE system, and the DOJ warning election officials that they can face jail for destroying records. The host makes a long case that the secret ballot should go. Then a judge throws out the Trump administration's Alaska suit over the second Dan Sullivan, nicknamed Decoy Dan; Kris Kobach sends a cease and desist in Kansas; and Jim Himes blames Elon Musk in advance for unrest. The show closes on Haley Stevens endorsing Mike Rogers, Trump calling Rogers "apple pie" in Iowa, and the Polk County sheriff's sting arrests.

    Show notes

Two days out from the midterms, the crew digs into early voting numbers, with nearly 50 million ballots already cast, and why the polls showing Democrats ahead don't match what the turnout is saying. The second half turns to the Learjet that came down at extreme speed on its way from Austin toward the Bahamas, the new air defense systems at Mar-a-Lago, and the theories about what really happened. The crew also covers reports about Iran's nuclear site at Pickaxe Mountain, the risk of a false flag, and a Gavin Newsom clip that shows why so many liberal Democrats are walking away from their party.

They close with practical advice on keeping two to three weeks of food, water and supplies on hand, plus live super chats and plans for election night coverage.

  14. The Narrative Ep. 87: The Illusion

    Show notes

Burning Bright welcomes Chris Paul two days before the midterm elections for a structured walk through Chris's Substack series arguing that elections are fake, and why so many people argue against positions they assume he holds without ever reading them.

The two talk about how emotion crowds out first principles, the habit of assigning intent to an argument instead of answering it, and the false decorum of implying a point without ever asserting it. Chris lays out the conscientious objector comparison for abstaining from voting, why voting confers legitimacy on decades of Uniparty officeholders, and why he sees Donald Trump as an American maximalist invested in the American mythology. They ask who the deep state finds more threatening, the people pressuring others to vote or the people calling the whole ritual fraudulent, and dig into law versus divine order, the Old and New Testament, and the founders' writings on where the state's power comes from.

Plus listener support shout-outs, birthday wishes for Chris, and a preview of Thursday's Seven Days in May episode.

  15. The No Treason Podcast Ep. 52: Natural Law, Becomes Due & Bankruptcy Laws

    Show notes

This week the show finishes Lysander Spooner's Proposition 6, the idea that all credit should be based on what a man has and not on what he has not.

First up, a recap of Spooner's view of the legal and moral obligation of debt: a debtor owes only what he is able to pay when the debt becomes due, as long as he acted in good faith. Framing a loan as a transaction, with ownership and possession separated by time, makes the radical idea easier to grasp. Then the episode walks through Spooner's six reasons his rule carries no greater risk for creditors than the present system, from shorter loans and the 30-year mortgage that funnels people into wage labor to trial by jury as the check on dishonest debtors.

From there, it's on to the history of debtors' prison, insolvency laws and modern bankruptcy, and how they reward reckless borrowing and moral hazard. The close ties it all together: government creating problems and then "solving" them with new ones. Proposition 7 is up next week.
