The listing of a podcast does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between Podcast Trove and that podcast or its publisher.

4. Intellectual property
Podcasts, podcast artwork, and podcast names are the property of their respective owners and are displayed on the Site solely to identify the podcasts listed. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names, including Apple Podcasts, are the property of their respective owners.
The Site and its original content, features, design, logo, and the selection and arrangement of its listings are owned by Podcast Trove and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may link to any page of the Site.
