Bird Camp
Upland Bird Hunting in Michigan focusing on Ruffed Grouse and woodcock. The goal of this podcast is to have a conversation that is genuine and relevant while having the feeling of sitting around the campfire or dinner table. The conversations drift and detour as every conversation should. Habitat, methods, bird dogs, the past and future of hunting are some of the many topics found in camp conversations. You're invited to pull up a chair and join the BirdCamp conversation.

Lola was the lucky youth who benefitted from my Axis Challenge at the 2025 SASSS Classic. A series of gentlemanly wagers raised some funds to take a young shooter out hunting.
Myself and Andrew Frank guided for Lola and family friend Kyler for a few hours earlier this month.
