Deacon Studio

Deacon Studio makes audio drama the way it should sound: alive, human, and a little dangerous. Born out of a Hereford acting group who wanted more than the stage could give them, we tell stories built entirely for your ears, comedy, thriller, grief, horror, love, whatever the story demands. No genre home, no release schedule, just new drama the moment it is ready to be heard.
Expect two-handers that turn quiet rooms into battlegrounds, solo pieces where one voice carries an entire world, and stories that get funny right before they get devastating. We write about the things people do not say out loud: what dementia takes and what it leaves behind, what a con man risks when the machine he is talking to might be smarter than him, what is left of a person after the worst night of their life.
Every voice you hear is local, every script is original, and every episode is made by people you could run into at the pub. Subscribe, and find out what Hereford has been keeping to itself.
