From Corset to Crown
Most women aren't struggling because they lack discipline, knowledge, or willpower. They're struggling because no one ever told them about the corset.
It shows up in how they eat and how they feel about their bodies. But it doesn't stop there. It's in the pressure to perform, to be perfect, to hold everyone else together while quietly coming apart.
The corset is stitched together by the diet industry, the beauty industry, pharmaceutical companies, workplace culture, social media, and the impossible expectations placed on women to be everything to everyone. Every system profits when women believe they're a problem to be solved, and none of them were built to make you healthier.
They were built to keep you confused and dependent. They lace you into a corset and then blame you for not breathing.
You've been taught that exhaustion is normal, that shrinking is strength, and that peace, confidence, and freedom are waiting on the other side of finally fixing yourself.
That's the trap. And you can't change what you can't see.
From Corset to Crown is for women who are done being buried under pressure they never asked for. Each week, host Carrie Lupoli, behavioral transformation expert, Board Certified Nutritionist, bestselling author, and the woman they call the Crown Straightener, cuts through the noise with behavioral science, the real science of what your body needs, and the truth most people won't say out loud.
Because the healthiest version of you has nothing to do with a meal plan. It has everything to do with knowing who you are, what you want, and why you want it.
The crown was always there. It just needs straightening.
Welcome to From Corset to Crown. New episodes every week.

Why Everything You’ve Been Told About Eating Healthy Is Wrong
Episode 299
Show notes
You’ve counted calories, restricted foods, started over on Mondays, and promised yourself you’d try harder. But what if lasting health doesn’t come from more rules, more discipline, or a declining number on the scale?
In this episode, I’m challenging the diet mindset that keeps so many women stuck in cycles of restriction, guilt, and frustration. I’ll walk you through five daily systems that can help you build healthier habits without relying on willpower or perfection.
You’ll discover why consistent nourishment matters, how curiosity can replace self-judgment, and why one imperfect meal doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Conclusion
Your goal isn’t to become better at following a diet. It’s to become a woman who knows how to care for herself, whatever life brings. Let’s loosen the corset and start building health from a place of self-worth.
In This Episode:
- Why weight loss isn’t the same as health
- Fuel system: nourish instead of restrict
- Self-awareness system: understand your patterns
- Preparation system: stop relying on willpower
- Recovery system: stop starting over on Monday
- The REAL framework: recognize, examine, align, lead
- The self-leadership system: make choices from self-worth

Why You’re Exhausted, Gaining Weight & Losing Hair in Menopause
Episode 298
Show notes
You’re eating less, working out harder, and pushing through exhaustion, but your hair is thinning, your sleep is suffering, and your weight keeps changing. And when your blood work comes back “normal,” you’re left wondering what’s wrong.
In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Christina Enzmann, a board-certified gynecologist, menopause specialist, and functional medicine practitioner, to explore what women need to understand about midlife health.
We discuss why your gynecologist may not specialize in menopause, how chronic under-fueling and excessive exercise can affect your well-being, and why hormone therapy may be only one part of the bigger picture. We also challenge the pressure to stay thin instead of embracing a more sustainable approach to strength, nourishment, and metabolic health.
Your body doesn’t need more punishment. It needs the support to thrive. Discover what it means to move from the corset to the crown.
Conclusion
Your midlife health journey isn’t about doing more, eating less, or pushing your body harder. Stop fighting your body and start listening to it so you can make more informed choices, advocate for your health, and redefine what it means to thrive in midlife.
In This Episode:
- Why you feel exhausted despite “normal” blood work
- Gynecologist vs. menopause specialist
- How midlife can change your relationship with people-pleasing
- The hidden problem of under-fueling in driven women
- Why hormone therapy isn't the whole picture
- How to recognize and understand the under-fueled woman
- Working with Dr. Christina Enzmann

Are You Making Choices From Fear or Self-Worth? The 3 Cs Framework
Episode 297
Show notes
Sometimes the pressure you're trying to escape at 40 started when you were just a child! In this episode, I share conversations with college students that revealed something powerful: the corset doesn't discriminate by age or gender. It can show up as pressure to build muscle, fear of rejection, the need for approval, or the urge to fit in even when it means betraying who we are.
I'll walk you through my 3 Cs framework to help you recognize outside pressure, reconnect with what truly matters, and make decisions aligned with your values.
Whether you're a college student, a parent, or someone still learning to trust yourself, this conversation will help you rethink what it means to find and hear yourself.
Conclusion
No matter our age, we don't have to earn our worth through approval, achievement, or fitting in. We can learn to trust ourselves, and make choices that reflect who we are. It's never too late (or too early) to recognize and challenge unhealthy beliefs we may have carried for years.
In This Episode:
- The corset starts long before adulthood
- The hidden beliefs that shape our self-worth
- Helping the next generation sooner
- Conversations with college students
- Peer pressure and making choices
- The 3 Cs: Corset, Center, Crown

You Don’t Have to Find Your Purpose. You’re Already Living It.
Episode 296
Show notes
Have you ever wondered, “What am I actually supposed to be doing with my life?” Maybe you’ve reached a goal you thought would give you clarity, only to find yourself asking the same question again.
For years, I thought my purpose was something I had to discover—a specific role, career, or destination. But what I eventually realized completely changed how I see my life: I don’t have to find my purpose because I’m already living it.
In this episode, I break down the four-part purpose cycle: calling, gifts, disruptive events, and reinvention. Every season of life gives us opportunities to serve others, develop new gifts, and grow through experiences that reshape who we are.
Conclusion
Even the difficult seasons can have meaning. A disruptive event may force us to see life differently, reinvent ourselves, and step into a new calling. When you understand the cycle, you can stop seeing life’s curveballs as chaos and start seeing them as part of your growth. You’re not lost. You’re becoming.
In This Episode:
- Do you know your purpose?
- When the purpose you found stops fitting
- Your purpose isn't a destination
- Part one: Your calling
- Part two: Your gifts
- Part three: The disruptive event
- Part four: Reinvention
- How the purpose cycle keeps repeating

What If You Could Change Your Life Without Changing Everything?
Episode 295
Show notes
How often do you wake up already overwhelmed by everything you need to do? The list starts before your feet even hit the floor: work, kids, appointments, errands, exercise, meals, messages, and somewhere at the bottom of that endless list is you.
The problem is not about having more time. Overwhelm happens when you don't prioritize intentional time with yourself. In this episode, I discuss the difference between operating from the corset (conditioning, comparison, chaos, and old beliefs) and operating from the crown of self-awareness, self-leadership, self-worth, and intentional choices.
I also share a simple morning practice to help you stop living on autopilot. It's built around three parts: gratitude, new learning, and reflection & planning.
You don't need hours or another complicated routine. What you need is a few minutes to slow down and think about your thinking, understand why you're behaving the way you are, and decide how you want to show up.
Conclusion
You don't need to completely disrupt your life to transform it. Sometimes the most powerful change starts with a few quiet minutes before the world gets your attention. Pause. Get grounded. Learn something new. Reflect. Plan. Have that daily staff meeting with yourself.
In This Episode:
- Why quick fixes don't create lasting success
- Why your brain keeps you stuck
- The difference between the corset and the crown
- Self-consciousness vs. self-awareness
- The power of morning time
- Three parts to Carrie's morning time routine
- A daily staff meeting with yourself

She Lost 55 Pounds, But That Wasn’t Her Biggest Transformation
Episode 294
Show notes
What if the biggest transformation in your life seems to be the number on the scale? For years, Cindy believed her problem was her weight. She knew her hormones were off. She was carrying more weight than her body needed, and she had tried diet after diet to fix it. But underneath all of that was something she couldn't see yet: a deeply ingrained belief that she wasn't enough.
When Cindy took a self-love assessment, she scored negative 54, and that number became a wake-up call.
In this episode, Cindy and I talk about what happened when she stopped treating weight loss as the goal and started treating health, self-trust, and self-love as the foundation. We talk about the diet mindset she inherited growing up, the pressure of what women are “supposed” to look like, and how those beliefs can become so deeply embedded that we don't realize they're shaping the way we live.
Today, Cindy can look in the mirror and say, “I love myself,” and actually believe it. The woman who originally came to us to lose weight is now a certified nutrition and lifestyle coach, helping other women discover their worth and write their stories of freedom.
Conclusion
Your goal should be to become more fully yourself, not to become someone else. Health isn't about earning your worth. Weight isn't a measure of your value, and taking care of yourself isn't selfish. Sometimes straightening your crown means keeping your word to yourself, asking for what you need, setting a boundary, or simply remembering that you matter, too.
In This Episode:
- The negative self-talk Cindy thought was normal
- Living with chronic stress and a diet mentality
- The decision to finally advocate for herself
- Eating without counting or restricting
- Losing 55 pounds while preserving muscle
- From negative 54 to zero: rebuilding self-love
- Breaking the rackets that kept her stuck

Why You Keep Going Back to Old Habits and How to Make Change Finally Stick
Episode 293
Show notes
What if the reason you keep going back to old habits has nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with how your brain is wired?
We often think transformation starts with motivation. We get excited, commit to a plan, and promise ourselves that this time will be different. But motivation eventually fades. And when change starts to feel uncomfortable, our brains naturally pull us back toward what feels familiar, even when those familiar habits aren't serving us.
In this episode, I’m joined by my head coach, longtime friend, and someone who knows this work better than almost anyone: Deb Van Dusen.
Deb and I go way back. We were childhood friends who lost touch, then reconnected years later. She initially came to me looking for a body transformation. Today, Deb trains our coaches, develops our curriculum, and has spent nearly eight years studying behavior, change, women's health, and what helps transformation stick.
We also dive into one of my favorite metaphors for transformation: butterfly soup. When a caterpillar enters its chrysalis, it essentially dissolves into a soup before becoming something completely new. To become a butterfly, the caterpillar has to let go of what it was.
Conclusion
The butterfly doesn't become a butterfly by staying comfortable. Neither do we. Your crown has been there all along. But sometimes you have to be willing to get messy, question what you've believed, let go of the identity you've outgrown, and discover the woman underneath it all.
In This Episode:
- Deb’s journey from weight loss to life transformation
- When losing the weight doesn’t change how you feel
- Why we return to what feels comfortable
- The “rackets” keeping you stuck
- Metacognition: start thinking about your thinking
- What is “butterfly soup?"
- No guilt, just data: choose curiosity over judgment

When Wellness Becomes Another Source Of Pressure
Episode 292
Show notes
We spend so much time trying to fix ourselves–changing how we look, buying products, following wellness trends, taking supplements, and searching for the next solution. But what if our bodies are far more intelligent than we give them credit for?
In this episode, I’m joined by Warren Phillips, the Non-Toxic Dad, for a conversation that goes deeper than toxins in food, clothing, and homes. We explore the connection between physical toxicity and the beliefs that can disconnect us from who we are. Because whether it’s a chemical toxin or a belief that tells us we aren’t enough, the result can be the same.
Warren shares his journey of becoming sick through environmental exposure and then spending years studying detoxification, eventually helping others reconnect with their biology.
Our conversation takes the idea of the “corset” beyond appearance. We talk about the cultural conditioning, beauty standards, products, relationships, and beliefs that can disconnect us from our bodies and our sense of self.
Creating a healthier environment doesn't mean you have to change everything overnight. Start with one percent, listen to your body, and continue building your own blueprint for the healthiest version of you.
Conclusion
Becoming healthier is about reconnecting–with our bodies, with nature, with our intuition. And reconnecting with the woman we actually are underneath all the expectations about who we're supposed to be. Remember, your body is not your enemy. You are not broken. Your crown is not broken. Sometimes you just need to stop fighting your biology and start working with it.
In This Episode:
- Warren’s journey into non-toxic living and environmental health
- How everyday toxins can affect your health
- Making health decisions from the corset versus the crown
- Practical ways to reduce toxins without becoming overwhelmed
- When healthy living becomes clouded in fear and obsession
- Your body is designed to adapt
- Becoming the healthiest version of yourself from the crown

You Don’t Need To Fix Your Body To Be Worthy
Episode 291
Show notes
Sometimes the number on the scale keeps distracting you from what actually matters. For years, women have been taught to measure their health by weight, appearance, and perfection, but true health is about how you feel, how you show up, and whether you are taking care of yourself from a place of self-worth.
In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Kellyann Petrucci, a board-certified naturopathic doctor, New York Times bestselling author, and weight-loss and anti-aging expert, for a conversation that goes far beyond food. We talk about aging, confidence, comparison, identity, and what it means to make health choices from the crown instead of the corset.
We explore how the habits we build can either come from fear or from a genuine belief that we are worth caring for. The goal should never be about just losing weight. The goal has to be about becoming the healthiest, strongest, most aligned version of yourself.
Conclusion
Health is not about punishment or perfection. It’s about choosing habits that allow you to show up fully for your purpose, your family, and your future. The number on the scale doesn’t determine your value. The way you choose to care for yourself does.
In This Episode:
- The corset, the crown, and redefining self-worth
- Why health is about more than weight loss
- How Dr. Kellyann pursued her calling
- Balancing success, aging, and the pressure women carry
- Breaking free from comparison and the scale
- Health as a vehicle for purpose and a meaningful life
- Choosing self-worth over chasing perfection
- Making informed choices in the wellness industry

Are You Living The Life Someone Else Chose For You?
Episode 290
Show notes
What if the biggest thing standing between you and the life you want isn’t your body, your habits, or even your circumstances, but the story you keep telling yourself about who you are?
In this episode, I’m having a conversation with my good friend Courtney Townley, keynote speaker and author of The Consistency Code. We’re pulling back the curtain on our upcoming From Corset to Crown event, but more importantly, we’re talking about the deeper work women have to do when they’re ready to stop outsourcing their identity and start leading themselves.
We get into the stories that feel true simply because we’ve heard them for so long, the difference between doing something from the corset versus the crown, and why taking a risk can be the very thing that builds confidence, self-trust, and a more alive version of your life.
Conclusion
The stories we tell ourselves can become so familiar that we stop questioning them, but too often those statements are not facts. Your identity is not fixed. It is shaped by what you practice. Every time you choose self-leadership, take a risk, try again, or do something that scares you, you are practicing becoming someone new.
In This Episode:
- Why we are doing this: our shared perspective
- Redefining health through identity, purpose, and self-leadership
- The power of being in a room with women who are changing the conversation
- Learning to lead yourself while still accepting support
- The “truthiness” stories that keep women stuck
- Why failing forward is part of becoming who you want to be
- What Courtney plans to say at the event
- Why taking off the corset is a daily choice
- The Consistency Code and where to find Courtney Townley

Show notes
What if knowing what you want is actually an act of self-worth? As women, we’re often taught to look outside ourselves for the answers: what we should wear, how we should look, what we should buy, and even what we should want.
In this episode, I’m having a very different kind of conversation with Rachel Moscaritolo and Amanda Watkins, the women behind Bespoke by A+R, about jewelry, entrepreneurship, empowerment, and what happens when you stop letting other people tell you what you want.
Rather than starting with what is available in a traditional retail store, Rachel and Amanda begin by understanding the individual–her lifestyle, preferences, and what she actually wants. That idea connects directly to my From Corset to Crown message–moving away from pressure and approval and toward self-trust and knowing who you are. I also share the deeply personal story of losing my wedding rings in the ocean and the realization that came from it.
Conclusion
Losing my rings initially made me feel shame and guilt. But when I found them, I realized the rings weren’t truly lost. I just needed to know where to look. And I think so many women need that reminder. You are not lost. You don't need to earn your self-worth. Your value is already within you, and you only need to "find" it.
In This Episode:
- How two women turned an idea into a business
- Why traditional jewelry shopping can feel stressful and intimidating
- Starting with what you want instead of what you’re told to want
- How social media and comparison influence our choices
- The story behind Carrie’s lost wedding rings
- Understanding value, trust, and the jewelry industry
- Why the lost rings became a powerful lesson in self-worth
- Building community and creating something that empowers women

The Cost Of Abandoning Yourself During Difficult Seasons
Episode 288
Show notes
What happens when life changes direction and suddenly the things that once felt easy become impossible?
A lot of women believe that when life gets stressful, overwhelming, or unpredictable, taking care of themselves has to go on pause. They wait for the storm to pass before they start showing up again.
But life will always bring changing winds. The question isn’t whether you keep sailing–it’s whether you know how to adjust your sails when conditions change.
In this episode, I’m sharing the exact framework I use with my private clients to help them continue caring for themselves through every season of life, from stormy waters to favorable winds, without abandoning who they are in the process.
Conclusion
There will be seasons in your life where there’s more space to grow and seasons for rebuilding, but there will be seasons where everything feels overwhelming. Just like when the wind shifts on a sailboat, you don’t panic or stop moving. You adjust your sails and continue forward.
In This Episode:
- Why life’s challenges are not a sign that something went wrong
- Understand the three fundamentals of self-care
- Navigating stormy waters: Preserve your energy
- Navigating headwinds: Simplify and protect what matters most
- Navigating steady waters: Build strength, habits, and resilience
- Navigating favorable winds: Expand and create more impact

Part 3: The One Thing: How to Straighten Your Crown
Episode 287
Show notes
For so many women, the search for worth takes us outside of ourselves. We chase the perfect body, the perfect career, the perfect relationship, or the next achievement that will finally make us feel whole. But what if the crown you’re looking for has been there all along?
In this episode, I’m discussing what it means to truly straighten your crown, break free from the invisible corset of expectations, and start making decisions from a place of self-trust, alignment, and love.
I share stories about my daughter Grace, the parable of “diamonds on your own land," and the acorn-to-oak story to show how our identity is shaped by the stories we believe. When we stop trying to polish the corset and instead recognize the crown we were born with, we can begin making choices from alignment instead of approval.
Conclusion
The crown was never lost. It was simply buried beneath years of expectations, conditioning, and the pressure to prove that we are enough. Straightening your crown is about returning to the person you were before the world taught you that you needed to earn your worth.
In This Episode:
- Understanding the corset and how it shapes our beliefs
- The diamonds you’re searching for are already within you
- Changing the stories that keep you stuck
- Choosing alignment over approval
- The moment Grace learned she was worthy
- A daily practice to straighten your crown
- Returning to your true self

Part 2: The One Thing You Need to Do Before You Say Yes to Anything
Episode 286
Show notes
Are you constantly trying to prove your worth? Maybe it shows up as perfectionism, over-functioning, people-pleasing, or feeling like you have to sacrifice yourself to be a good mother, partner, or successful woman.
The truth is, many of us have been wearing an invisible “corset” for years, one that tells us we need to achieve, perform, shrink, or change ourselves to deserve confidence and worth.
In this episode, I dive deeper into what it means to move from the corset to the crown and why awareness alone isn’t enough to create lasting change.
I introduce the “center,” the space between the corset and the crown, and teach my SNAP strategy. This simple framework helps you recognize when you’re making choices based on old conditioning and makes it easier to choose responses that align with the woman you’re becoming.
Conclusion
The crown was never something you had to earn. It was always there. The goal isn’t to become someone new. It’s to reconnect with who you already are beneath the pressure, expectations, and stories that have shaped you.
In This Episode:
- Introduction: From corset to crown
- Why awareness alone doesn’t create freedom
- Finding the center between the corset and the crown
- How your brain reinforces the stories you believe
- The "center" practice: using the S.N.A.P. strategy
- The hidden power in the word “just”
- Finding the freedom you’ve been searching for

Part 1: The One Thing That Explains Why You're Always Exhausted
Episode 285
Show notes
Have you ever felt like you're doing everything for everyone else, yet still feel you're not enough? In this episode, I'm doing a deep dive on the "corset" concept—that invisible conditioning that keeps so many women trapped in people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-sacrifice, which leaves them perpetually drained.
After years of helping women transform their health through nutrition and behavior change, I realized that food was usually the doorway to a much deeper issue.
So today, I explain what I call the corset: the beliefs we've carried since childhood that tell us we have to earn our worth by looking a certain way, performing perfectly, putting everyone else first, and proving ourselves. I'll share personal stories, client experiences, and the framework that inspired my bestselling book, From Corset to Crown.
This episode is the foundation of a three-part series that will help you recognize the conditioning that's been shaping your decisions, so you can begin making choices from your authentic self instead.
Conclusion
Freedom doesn't begin with another diet or another attempt to become more acceptable. It begins with recognizing flawed beliefs that have shaped your life for years. My challenge to you is simple: identify the first time your "corset" was put on you and how it influences your decisions today.
In This Episode:
- Introduction: the moment I learned I wasn’t enough
- Why health struggles go deeper than food
- What you can expect from the three-part series
- Making choices from the corset vs. the crown
- Pressure isn’t purpose: awareness is the first step to freedom

Stop Setting Goals (Here's What to Do Instead)
Episode 284
Show notes
Every January, millions of us set goals, and by the 17th, most of us have already quit. We've been told the problem is discipline. But what if the problem is having a goal in the first place?
In this episode, I'm sharing the five real reasons I haven't set goals for myself for years. No weight goal, no revenue goal, no life milestone. This conversation actually started with my 21-year-old daughter, Grace, who told me she didn't know how to answer the question, "What's your goal?" As I listened to her, I realized I've felt the same way for years, even as an entrepreneur who's built multiple businesses.
I'm walking you through the trap of outcome goals versus behaviors we can actually control, the arrival fallacy, and what I call your "blueprint" for personal growth.
Conclusion
Rather than asking yourself what you want to achieve, I encourage you to ask a much more powerful question: Who are you becoming? That simple shift will change how you approach your health, relationships, purpose, and life.
In This Episode:
- Reason #1: My faith
- Reason #2: Goals limit what you believe is possible
- Reason #3: Most goals are not in our control
- Reason #4: The “arrival fallacy”
- Reason #5: Unmeasurable desires
- Building your blueprint for personal growth

From Corset to Crown: Why I’ve Changed Everything After Six Years
Episode 283
Show notes
After six years and hundreds of episodes as Diet Disruptors, I'm making a change that's been building in me for a long time. This isn't a rebrand for the sake of a rebrand. It's a shift in the lens we use to look at food, weight, and worth. In this episode, I walk you through why "Diet Disruptors" no longer fits where I want to take you.
I share the story behind my new book, the metaphor of the corset and the crown, and the life experiences that led me to this message. From clients who found strength through unimaginable hardship to my own experience losing my wedding rings in the ocean, I explain why hope, self-worth, and alignment are the true foundation of lasting health.
My goal now is to help you uncover the healthiest, freest version of who you've always been. If you've ever felt like you have to earn your worth through productivity, appearance, or how much you can handle, let’s explore this new chapter together.
Conclusion
With the From Corset to Crown podcast, I am embracing a necessary evolution that shifts our focus from food and weight to the deeper foundations of self-worth and alignment. I invite you to join me in this new chapter as we work together to uncover the freest, healthiest version of who you have always been.

I Flew to Utah for Stem Cell Therapy — What Happened Next Changed How I Think About Aging
Episode 282
Show notes
What if the pain you’ve been told to “just live with” isn’t actually permanent? What if your body can still regenerate, repair, and rebuild when given the right support? That's exactly what we're talking about today.
I’m hosting Dr. John Dame, medical director at ReClinic in Utah, to explore the world of regenerative medicine and how stem cell therapy is changing the way we think about chronic pain, joint degeneration, and aging. I also share my experience flying out to Utah and receiving treatment for my hips, an experience that has genuinely changed how my body feels and functions.
We break down what umbilical cord-derived stem cells actually are, how they work in the body, and why they are considered more potent than traditional stem cell sources. We also explore alternative therapies like peptides (including BPC-157) and how they can support healing when regenerative therapies may not be accessible or necessary.
Conclusion
Aging doesn’t have to mean decline, and pain doesn’t always have to mean surgery or long-term medication. When we begin to explore regenerative options, we open the door to real healing, not just symptom management. I encourage you to stay curious, ask better questions, and advocate for your own health journey.
In This Episode:
- Meet Dr. John Dame
- Carrie’s hip pain and decision to go to Utah
- What is stem cell therapy, and is it FDA-approved?
- Umbilical cord stem cells vs adult stem cells
- Why regenerative medicine treatments are available in Utah
- Why steroid injections may accelerate joint decline
- Whole-body benefits of IV stem cells

How to Raise a Confident Daughter Who Knows Her Self-Worth
Episode 281
Show notes
What if the most dangerous thing you pass down to your daughter isn't a bad habit but a belief? In this episode, I sit down with Traci Peterson, board-certified nurse practitioner and founder of the Woman Lessons movement, to talk about what true confidence and self-love actually look like for women.
Traci was standing at her kitchen sink when her nine-year-old daughter Quinn looked up and asked, "Mom, can we do woman lessons?" Quinn had in mind cooking, outfits, and makeup. But that innocent question sent Traci down a path of deep reflection, which ultimately led to a multi-generational movement around raising truly confident women.
In this conversation, Traci shares the seven Woman Lessons she teaches women around the world. We also talk about the power of an "I am" declaration, the difference between perfectionism and striving for excellence, and how Traci uses her flower metaphor at home.
Conclusion
You can't teach what you don't believe. Your daughter is watching you. Whether she's eight years old or 30, it's never too late to start modeling the confidence, self-trust, and identity rooted in truth that we all want for the women in our lives. Check out Traci’s podcast and website for tools and tips to get started.
