Hey, I’m Kayla Fahey-Ahrndt, MPH, MLS(ASCP)SBB…but you can call me KFA! I’ve got 13+ years of professional healthcare leadership experience, and I have 9+ years of management experience. I’m a mama of 3 littles, wife and best friend to my hubby who is also in healthcare, and coffee and planner obsessed.

When I first stepped into my first professional leadership role, I was promoted quickly! At the time, I was a new mama and had way less experience than those I was leading. I knew I needed to learn and grow in order to succeed in my role.

I lacked work-life balance and had no boundaries. I experienced burnout quickly by trying to people please and do everything myself. I worked long hours and my relationships suffered as a result.

I finally realized that I needed simple, effective strategies to help me get organized and manage my competing priorities.

I created my own daily management tool which helped me get organized, manage stress, achieve work-life integration. I quickly became the go-to leader for innovative healthcare leadership, and I was promoted again!

If you are ready to implement sustainable systems and strategies to help you get organized, ditch the burnout, and finally get the recognition you deserve, grab your coffee or bubbly and press play on my show while you rock your spreadsheets! It’s time to dive in!

5 Things I'm Doing in November to Create More Leadership Capacity in 2027

What if the secret to becoming a more effective leader in 2027 isn't doing more—but creating more capacity for the work that actually matters?

As leaders, we spend so much time managing projects, responding to emails, following up on delegated tasks, and keeping everything moving. Even when we're organized, we can still find ourselves operating reactively instead of strategically.

But what if your systems could do more of the work for you?

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, I'm sharing 5 practical changes I'm making in November to create and protect more leadership capacity in 2027.

From simplifying my Leadership Operating System and automating daily workflows to using Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered planning, these strategies are designed to help leaders reduce mental load, improve productivity, and reclaim time for strategic thinking.

Whether you're a healthcare leader, business owner, entrepreneur, or manager overseeing multiple teams and projects, this episode will help you rethink how you organize your work and lead more intentionally.

🎯 In This Episode, You'll Learn:

✅ 1. Stop Being the Person Who Holds Everything Together

    •

Identify responsibilities that depend too heavily on you.

    •

Shift from managing every task to delegating ownership and outcomes.

    •

Reduce the time spent coordinating projects and following up on work.

✅ 2. Simplify Your Leadership Dashboard

    •

Connect your information, projects, tasks, and strategic priorities.

    •

Use Microsoft OneNote as a central hub for your Leadership Operating System.

    •

Stop duplicating information and maintaining unnecessary systems.

✅ 3. Automate Your Daily Leadership Routine

    •

Set up your computer to automatically open your essential productivity tools.

    •

Make OneNote, Outlook, and Microsoft Copilot easier to access.

    •

Create a simple morning routine that helps you start your day intentionally instead of reacting to your inbox.

✅ 4. Use AI and Microsoft Copilot to Work Smarter

    •

Use AI to prepare for meetings and organize your weekly priorities.

    •

Identify commitments, follow-ups, and scheduling conflicts more efficiently.

    •

Reduce administrative work while keeping leadership decisions in your hands.

✅ 5. Create AND Protect Your Leadership Capacity

    •

Make time for strategic planning, decision-making, and team development.

    •

Prevent newly available time from being consumed by more meetings and reactive work.

    •

Build a sustainable leadership routine that supports your long-term goals.

    💡 The Big Takeaway

Creating capacity is only half the equation. You have to protect it, too.

The goal isn't to become better at managing everything yourself.

It's to build systems, establish leadership habits, and leverage technology so fewer things require your constant attention.

You don't have to wait until January to start working differently. The changes you make in November can help you enter 2027 with more clarity, intention, and capacity to lead.

3 Ways I Use Microsoft Copilot to Lead More Effectively - AI Productivity Tips for Leaders

Want to use Microsoft Copilot to save time, manage your workload, and become a more effective leader? AI isn't just for generating content! It can also help you organize your inbox, manage your calendar, identify outstanding tasks, and get started on complex projects.

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, I'm sharing 3 practical ways to use Microsoft Copilot in your everyday leadership workflow.

Whether you're a manager juggling meetings, a healthcare leader managing multiple projects, or a busy professional looking for ways to work smarter, these simple AI productivity tips can help you reduce administrative work and focus on what matters most.

🎯 In this episode, you'll learn:

✅ 1. Use Microsoft Copilot to organize your inbox and identify tasks

    •

Find outstanding action items, deadlines, and follow-ups buried in Outlook emails.

    •

Identify major projects and responsibilities using AI prompts.

    •

Turn scattered information into actionable next steps.

✅ 2. Use Copilot to simplify meeting scheduling and calendar management

    •

Find available meeting times without manually searching calendars.

    •

Use Copilot in Outlook to help schedule meetings and create agendas.

    •

Identify opportunities to protect focus time for important projects.

✅ 3. Use AI to get unstuck and move projects forward

    •

Use Microsoft Copilot as a brainstorming and planning assistant.

    •

Reference existing documents, project requirements, and resources.

    •

Ask AI to break down complex responsibilities into manageable steps.

    •

Overcome the challenge of not knowing where to start.

    💡 The biggest takeaway?

You don't need to be an AI expert to benefit from artificial intelligence at work.

Microsoft Copilot can help you find information, organize your workload, and reduce the administrative burden of leadership. But AI doesn't replace your judgment or your organizational systems.

AI can help you identify the work. You still need a system to manage the work.

Whether you're already using Copilot or just getting started with AI in Microsoft 365, this episode will give you practical ideas you can try right away.

  3. How to Stay Organized as a Leader: The System Nobody Teaches

    Season 9, Episode 253

    Show notes

How to Stay Organized as a Leader: The System Nobody Teaches

You have a system for managing your tasks. You're tracking your projects. Maybe you've even organized your inbox, calendar, and information.

But what about managing the actual work of being a leader?

Employee development. One-on-one meetings. Coaching conversations. Feedback. Follow-ups. Supporting your team. Building relationships. Making decisions.

These responsibilities are some of the most important parts of leadership, yet they're often the least organized.

And when you're busy managing everything else, it's surprisingly easy for them to fall through the cracks.

We spend a lot of time teaching people how to lead, but very little time teaching them how to manage the work of leading.

In this episode of the Get Organized at Work Podcast, we're exploring Leadership Management, the fourth of five core systems in the Leadership Operating System (LOS).

We'll discuss why even highly capable leaders struggle to keep up with their leadership responsibilities, why traditional task and project management systems aren't enough, and how to create a practical system that helps you lead more intentionally.

    In This Episode, You'll Learn:

    • Why leadership management deserves its own system: Understand the difference between managing tasks, managing projects, and managing the ongoing responsibilities of leadership.
    • What belongs in your Leadership Management System: From employee development and coaching conversations to feedback, important decisions, and relationship management.
    • Why important leadership responsibilities get overlooked: Explore how reactive work and competing priorities can crowd out the activities that make the biggest difference for your team.
    • How to organize the people side of leadership: Learn how to maintain visibility into the needs of your employees and team without turning meaningful relationships into another checklist.
    • How to lead more intentionally: Discover how a structured approach can help you follow through, support employee growth, and spend more time on proactive leadership.

    Your Leadership Operating System

Leadership Management is just one of five interconnected systems that help you stay organized and effective as a leader:

    • Information Management
    • Project Management
    • Task Management
    • Leadership Management
    • Strategic Planning

When these systems work together, you can spend less time reacting to everything happening around you and more time leading with intention.

Because being a great leader isn't just about knowing what to do. It's about having a system that helps you consistently do it.

    • Capture and sort tasks
    • Choose clear next actions

    Show notes

Project Management for Leaders: Always Know What's Happening

Project work gets hard to lead when the status, decisions, owners, and next steps are scattered across meetings, messages, and your memory. In this episode, Kayla breaks down a simple project management system to help you see what’s happening and keep work moving.

You’ll learn how to distinguish projects from tasks, what information to track for each active project, how to partner with a project manager without handing over your role as project owner, and how a regular review can help you spot blockers and support your team. If a project needs coordination support and no project manager has been assigned, Kayla also suggests asking what support may be available.

    In this episode:

    •

Why project information can’t live only in your head

    •

The difference between a project and a task

    •

What to track so you can quickly see project status

    •

The project manager’s role—and what remains with the project owner

    Season 9, Episode 250

    Show notes

Get Organized at Work Podcast has now reached over 100,000 downloads! 🎉

I’m still wrapping my head around that number. Every download represents someone choosing to spend time with an idea, a conversation, or a tool that might help them feel more organized and lead with greater clarity. Thank you for listening, sharing episodes, and being part of this community.

There’s another reason this milestone feels special. Around this time last year, I was leading a live membership cohort and teaching what I called the COGS of Leadership. I was showing how tools like Microsoft Teams and OneNote could support different parts of a leader’s work: communication, information, and the systems that help everything move forward.

Looking back, I can see the early shape of what I’m building now: the Leadership Operating System. This idea has been taking form over months of conversations, teaching, experimenting, and noticing what leaders actually need.

It feels pretty wild to see how far the work has come—and to know there are more than 100,000 downloads behind it.

Thank you for being here. I’m celebrating this one. 🩵

    Season 9, Episode 249

    Show notes

Build Your Leadership Operating System With Me

You don’t need another productivity hack. You need a leadership system that can actually support the complexity of your role.

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, we’re taking the next step in the Leadership Operating System series and talking about what it looks like to intentionally build the systems underneath the way you lead.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re the person holding everything together — remembering the details, tracking projects, following up on commitments, finding information, managing priorities, and trying to stay strategic at the same time — this episode is for you.

You’ll learn why successful leaders often outgrow the systems that used to work for them, how disconnected tools and processes create unnecessary mental load, and what changes when your leadership systems actually work together.

We’ll also talk about the difference between learning about better systems and actually implementing them — and why building a Leadership Operating System can help you create more clarity, consistency, visibility, and space to lead.

And if you’re ready to build yours with support, enrollment is now open for the Leadership Operating System Founding Cohort, an eight-week live experience designed to help you create a practical operating system for your real leadership role.

➡️*Learn more about the Founding Live Cohort here:* https://www.kfaconsulting.org/livecohort

    In this episode, we cover:

    • what a Leadership Operating System actually does
    • why leadership complexity requires better systems
    • how to reduce mental load and stop keeping everything in your head
    • how to connect task management, project management, strategic planning, information management, and leadership workflows
    • why successful leaders still get stuck in reaction mode
    • what it means to build systems that grow with your role
    • how the Leadership Operating System Founding Cohort works

If your responsibilities have grown but your systems haven’t grown with them, this may be the conversation you’ve been waiting for.

  8. What is a Leadership Operating System?

    Season 9, Episode 248

    Show notes

What is a Leadership Operating System?

You have a calendar, task list, meeting notes, project plans, email, Teams, OneNote, Planner, spreadsheets—and approximately 73 browser tabs open.

    You have tools.

So why does it still feel like you are personally holding everything together?

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, Kayla answers the question: What is a Leadership Operating System?

A Leadership Operating System is the connected set of tools, practices, and rhythms you use to manage your work as a leader. It helps you organize information, create project visibility, turn commitments into action, direct your leadership attention, and consistently step back to plan.

Without an intentional operating system, the leader becomes the system.

You become the person who remembers, follows up, finds the information, checks every project, reconnects the pieces, and notices when something is about to fall through the cracks.

    You’ll learn:

    •

Why having productivity tools is not the same as having a system

    •

How leaders accidentally become the integration layer for their organizations

    •

The five essential systems within a Leadership Operating System

    •

How information, projects, tasks, leadership responsibilities, and strategic priorities connect

    •

Why another app will not solve a leadership-infrastructure problem

    •

How systems create more flexibility—not rigidity

    •

Why a sustainable system must work on a normal, messy Tuesday

    •

How stronger systems help you carry less without caring less

    •

The signs that your personal capability is compensating for missing infrastructure

Kayla also shares findings from her Leadership Operating System Audit. Of the 42 leaders who completed it:

    •

35 of 42 rated themselves a one or two when asked whether they consistently step back to plan instead of only reacting.

    •

30 of 42 rated themselves a one or two on project visibility.

    •

27 of 42 rated themselves a one or two on knowing who and what needs their leadership attention.

This is not a motivation problem. It is a system gap.

    THE FIVE LEADERSHIP SYSTEMS

A complete Leadership Operating System includes:

    •

Information Management: Where does the information I need live?

    •

Project Management: What is happening across the work?

    •

Task Management: What needs to be done, by whom, and when?

    •

Leadership Management: Who and what needs my leadership attention?

    •

Strategic Planning: Where are we going, and are our current actions taking us there?

You do not need another disconnected productivity hack. You need a way to operate.

  9. Why Great Leaders Still Get Stuck in Reaction Mode

    Season 9, Episode 247

    Show notes

Why Great Leaders Still Get Stuck in Reaction Mode

Great leaders don’t get stuck in reaction mode because they’re incapable of planning. They get stuck because they’re exceptionally good at responding.

They’re helpful, decisive, dependable, and trusted to solve complicated problems. But when you become known as the person who can handle anything, eventually everything gets handed to you.

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, Kayla explores why even highly capable leaders struggle to step back, plan, and move strategic priorities forward.

The data confirms just how widespread this problem is: in Kayla’s Leadership Operating System Audit, 35 of 42 leaders—more than 83%—rated themselves a one or two out of five when asked whether they consistently step back to plan and review their goals instead of only reacting. Not one person selected a five.

    This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a leadership-system problem.

    You’ll learn:

    • Why reaction mode can feel like excellent leadership
    • How competence, helpfulness, and responsiveness can become leadership traps
    • Why urgent work consistently defeats important strategic work
    • How leaders become caught in the “hero loop”
    • Why planning can feel irresponsible when everyone around you is busy
    • How reactive work can become a form of productive procrastination
    • What happens when urgency becomes your operating system
    • Why strategic planning is part of your job—not a reward you earn after finishing everything else
    • How to identify the projects, processes, and systems you’re repeatedly too busy to build
    • Simple ways to begin protecting the pause and leading more proactively

Your ability to handle anything does not mean you should personally handle everything.

Your job as a leader isn’t only to solve today’s problems. It’s also to build the clarity, capability, direction, and systems that shape what happens tomorrow.

Stop Hunting for Information: The System Every Leader Needs

Have you ever searched your email, Teams messages, meeting notes, shared folders, and old attachments for information you know exists—but cannot reliably find?

That is not just an annoying organization problem. It is an information-management problem—and it may be turning you into the human search engine for your entire team.

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, Kayla shares a real example from preparing to be out of office: reconstructing a complex project from two years of emails, documents, meetings, and decisions because the knowledge was captured during the work—but not preserved in a way that made the process easy to repeat.

Email preserved the evidence. It did not preserve the system.

    You’ll learn:

    • Why saving information is not the same as managing it
    • The hidden cost of searching for files and reconstructing context
    • How capable leaders accidentally become the integration layer for their teams
    • The difference between communication, documentation, information, projects, and actions
    • Why putting everything in one app is not the answer
    • How the “vacation test” reveals weaknesses in your information system
    • Why every type of information needs a reliable home and defined purpose
    • How better information management supports delegation, decision-making, focus, and proactive leadership

Your information-management system should not depend on your memory, availability, or ability to reconnect every piece. It should help the right people find, understand, and use the right information—without always needing you.

    Season 9, Episode 245

    Show notes

The Hidden Cost of Keeping Everything in Your Head

What happens when your brain becomes the operating system for your entire team?

Keeping everything in your head can look like exceptional leadership. You remember the deadlines, connect the conversations, catch what others miss, and always seem to know what needs to happen next.

But underneath that competence is a hidden cost: mental overload, reactive decision-making, team dependency, execution risk, and a growing organization that can only move as quickly as you can personally coordinate it.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    •

Why capable leaders accidentally become the “integration layer” for their teams

    •

How keeping everything in your head contributes to leadership burnout and reaction mode

    •

Why your helpfulness may be creating team dependency

    •

How to recognize when your memory has become the system

    •

A simple exercise for separating tasks, projects, information, leadership rhythms, and strategic decisions

    •

How to begin creating clarity without building another complicated productivity system

Your brain is a powerful place to think, connect, create, and decide. It is a terrible place to store the operating system for an entire team.

  12. The One Leadership Scorecard Every Manager Needs

    Season 9, Episode 244

    Show notes

The One Leadership Scorecard Every Manager Needs

If you’re a manager who feels like you’re constantly reacting, checking multiple systems, or trying to hold the entire picture of your team and work in your head, you may not need another to-do list—you may need a Leadership Scorecard.

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, I’m breaking down the three areas every manager should be able to see clearly: organizational performance, team health, and Leader Standard Work.

    You’ll learn:

    •

The difference between a Weekly Dashboard and a Leadership Scorecard

    •

What metrics and signals actually belong on a leadership scorecard

    •

How to think about leading vs. lagging indicators

    •

Why team health deserves visibility alongside business performance

    •

How Leader Standard Work helps you measure whether you’re consistently doing the leadership work that drives results

    •

Why a scorecard is not your entire system—but an important part of your Leadership Operating System

    •

How better visibility can help you move from reactive management to intentional leadership

The goal isn’t to measure everything. It’s to make the few things that matter most visible—so you can quickly understand what’s working, what needs attention, and where you need to lead.

Because getting organized at work isn’t about becoming better at remembering everything. It’s about building systems that allow you to remember less.

🎙️ Next week on Get Organized at Work

We're continuing the series with The Hidden Cost of Keeping Everything in Your Head—because when you're the person remembering the details…there is a cost to that.

And I think a lot of really high-performing leaders don't realize just how much energy they're spending being the human integration layer for their work.

Stop Managing Tasks. Start Managing Systems

If your task list keeps getting longer but you still feel like you're constantly reacting at work, you may not have a task-management problem.

You may have a systems problem.

As your leadership grows, so does the complexity you're managing: more projects, people, meetings, decisions, information, delegated work, follow-up, and competing priorities. Eventually, even a great to-do list can't hold all of it.

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, I'm breaking down why leaders need to stop trying to manage everything like a task and start building the systems underneath the way they work and lead.

    We'll talk about:

    • Why traditional task management starts to break down as your responsibilities grow
    • The five interconnected systems of a Leadership Operating System: Information, Projects, Tasks, Leadership, and Strategic Planning
    • What happens when your systems aren't connected—and you become the integration layer
    • Why lack of visibility can keep even highly capable leaders stuck in reaction mode
    • How to identify the system underneath the friction you're experiencing at work
    • The shift from remembering and carrying everything yourself to creating systems you can actually trust

Because the goal isn't to become better at carrying everything.

It's to build a way of working that helps you consistently know:

    What matters.
    Where it stands.
    What needs you.
    And what can wait.

If you've been searching for better task management, project management, productivity, organization, or time-management strategies at work, this episode will help you zoom out and ask a much more powerful question:

What systems would make this easier to lead?

    Episode 242

Why High Performers Still Feel Disorganized

Have you ever looked around your desk (or your inbox) and thought...

"How am I this busy and still feel so disorganized?"

If you're a high-performing leader, manager, project manager, healthcare professional, or business owner, the answer might surprise you.

In this episode of Get Organized at Work, I'm sharing one of the biggest leadership lessons I've learned this year:

    Success creates complexity.

As your career grows, your responsibilities don't just increase—they become exponentially more complex. The systems that helped you succeed early in your career often aren't the systems that will sustain you as a leader.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or like you're constantly juggling too many priorities, this episode will help you see your work through a completely different lens.

    We'll explore:

    • Why high performers often feel disorganized
    • The hidden cost of leadership growth
    • Why more discipline isn't usually the answer
    • How complexity changes the way leaders need to work
    • Why building a Leadership Operating System can create more clarity, confidence, and follow-through

This episode kicks off a brand-new series exploring the five core systems every leader needs to thrive in today's increasingly complex workplace.

Because getting organized isn't about doing more.

It's about creating the clarity to lead what matters most.

  15. The Biggest Leadership Lesson I Learned This Year - It's My Birthday! 🎂

    Season 9, Episode 241

    Show notes

The Biggest Leadership Lesson I Learned This Year

Today is my birthday, and birthdays have a funny way of making me pause and reflect.

As I looked back over the past year, I realized something that completely changed how I think about leadership, organization, and even my own business.

For years, I thought I was teaching OneNote and time management. But after working with hundreds of leaders, creating the Ultimate OneNote Hub, launching the Leadership Operating System Audit, and hearing incredible success stories from members of our community, I realized I was actually teaching something much bigger.

In this episode, I'm sharing the five leadership systems that I believe every leader needs:

📝 Task Management – Know your top priorities each day.

📁 Project Management – Always know the status of your projects.

📄 Information Management – Quickly find meeting notes and important information when you need it.

👥 Leadership Management – Know who and what needs your leadership attention.

🎯 Strategic Planning – Pause to plan instead of constantly reacting.

I'll also share what I've learned from the first 26 Leadership Operating System Audit responses, why I believe most leaders don't actually have a time management problem, and how one weak system can quietly create friction throughout your entire workday.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed, reactive, or like you're working hard but never quite getting ahead, I think this episode will help you identify where to start.

Remember: You don't need to rebuild your entire life.

You just need to build the next system.

Why Slowing Down Feels Wrong (Until It Changes Everything)

Why does slowing down feel so...wrong?

If you've ever felt guilty for blocking 30 minutes to plan your week, reflect, or simply think ahead, you're not alone.

Many high-performing professionals have been conditioned to believe that productivity only counts if it looks busy. But what if the most valuable work you do isn't answering emails or checking off tasks—but preventing problems before they happen?

In this episode, I share a story from my years working in a hospital blood bank that completely changed how I think about productivity, leadership, and creating systems that reduce chaos before it starts. We'll explore why planning feels uncomfortable, why your nervous system may resist slowing down, and how creating intentional thinking time can completely transform the way you lead.

If you're ready to stop reacting and start leading proactively, this episode is for you.

✨ In this episode you'll learn:

    • Why planning often feels "unproductive" (even though it isn't)
    • The difference between visible work and invisible work
    • How high-performing leaders create space to think
    • Why preventing chaos is more valuable than constantly responding to it

What You Can't See in Hero Mode (And Why It Matters)

What if the goal isn't to become more productive... but more present?

When we're in "hero mode," our brains become incredibly efficient at scanning for problems, deadlines, and the next thing that needs our attention. It's how we survive busy seasons.

But it's also why we miss so much.

In this episode, I'm sharing one of the biggest lessons I've learned this summer: the connection between margin, noticing, and leadership. We'll talk about why organization isn't just about getting more done—it's about creating enough space to see the people, opportunities, patterns, and moments that matter most.

If you've been feeling like you're constantly reacting instead of leading, this episode is for you.

    • Why hero mode narrows our perspective

The Most Valuable Skill I Learned Was Asking Better Questions

The most valuable leadership skill I've learned wasn't having better answers—it was asking better questions.

Early in my career, I believed great leaders were the ones with the answers. The more responsibility I took on, the more I realized that the highest-impact leaders often do something very different.

    They ask better questions.

In this episode, I'm sharing the questions that have transformed the way I lead, facilitate meetings, make decisions, and think strategically. These aren't questions I learned overnight—they've developed over years of building systems, creating more mental capacity, and learning to lead at a higher level.

    We'll explore:

    • Why leaders don't need to have all the answers
    • The questions I ask in meetings to create clarity
    • How better questions lead to better decisions

Stop Getting Organized. Start Building Leadership Capacity.

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why getting organized actually changes the way you lead?

For years, I've taught productivity systems, OneNote, weekly planning, and dashboards. I've experienced firsthand how these tools transformed my own career—but this weekend, I finally found the words to explain why they work.

In this episode, I'm sharing one of the biggest mindset shifts I've had in a long time:

Systems don't just help you get organized. They create capacity.

And that capacity gives you the mental space to notice patterns, ask better questions, make better decisions, and become a more intentional leader.

In this episode, we'll talk about:

    •

Why organization isn't the ultimate goal

    •

    How systems create mental capacity

    •

The leadership shift from having all the answers to asking better questions

    •

  20. The Freedom Every Leader Is Really Looking For

    Season 9, Episode 236

    Show notes

The Freedom Every Leader Is Really Looking For

As we celebrate 250 years of independence this Fourth of July, I want to explore a different kind of freedom—the kind every leader is really looking for.

    Not freedom from work.

    Freedom from constant reaction.

Freedom from carrying your to-do list around in your head.

Freedom to leave work on time, be present with your family, and lead with intention instead of urgency.

This week has been a real test of that for me. With sick kids, getting sick myself, and a shortened holiday work week, I found myself relying on my Leadership Operating System more than ever. It didn't prevent life from happening—but it helped me navigate the chaos with clarity.

In this episode, I'm sharing the three questions I ask whenever life interrupts my plans and how simple leadership systems create the freedom to think clearly, prioritize what matters, and protect your energy.

    In this episode, you'll learn:

    •

Why freedom—not productivity—is the goal of effective leadership

    •

The difference between reacting to work and leading with intention

    •

The three questions I use to prioritize during overwhelming weeks

    •

How a Leadership Operating System helps you make better decisions under pressure

    •
