Andrew Birkle and Tony Garcia are back on Hail Yes! to talk about Michigan football's huge win vs. Penn State. After a disastrous first half, Kyle Whittingham finally made the call that everyone had been discussing for weeks, benching Bryce Underwood for freshman Tommy Carr.
