  5. Thursday Night Football Best Bets (Packers-Panthers)

    Show notes

Loops, Danny and Gavin are back, in Halloween costumes, with their best bets for Thursday Night Football: the Carolina Panthers at the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay comes in after a ref-filled loss to the Lions. Carolina got blown out last week and has the longest ATS streak in the league after a loss. A 4-point spread on a short weekโ€ฆ what could go wrong?

We give our game pick against the spread and build the Almost Friday Same Game Parlay. Then come three spooky sneaky props (one from each of us), a first Panthers touchdown scorer and our first touchdown scorer of the game. And of course, Mischief Night stories nobody asked for.

    Week 7 is here.

The early window opens with one of the biggest games of the college football season. No. 4 Ohio State heads to Bloomington to face No. 5 Indiana, with the Buckeyes entering as 3.5-point road favorites. A top-five Big Ten showdown with major playoff implications. Elsewhere, Mississippi State heads to Death Valley to face LSU, where the Tigers are laying two touchdowns at home.

The afternoon brings Missouri at Ole Miss. The Rebels enter as roughly six-point favorites, looking to build on a dominant win over Vanderbilt. Missouri comes in with momentum of its own, setting up another SEC matchup that could have major implications in the conference race.

The night window belongs to the SEC. Alabama heads to Knoxville to face Tennessee in the Third Saturday in October rivalry. The Crimson Tide are favored by 8.5 on the road, but Neyland Stadium is never an easy place to play, especially in one of college football's biggest rivalries.

Ohio State-Indiana. Mississippi State in Death Valley. Missouri-Ole Miss. Alabama-Tennessee. Four massive games, conference title implications, and plenty of opportunities for an upset. October football is heating up. Drop your favorite Saturday bet in the comments. ๐Ÿˆ

  17. Best Bets Thursday Night Football: Broncos-Seahawks

    Show notes

    Week 6 starts in Denver.

Thursday Night Football brings Seahawks at Broncos. Both teams enter 3-2, but they're coming off very different Sundays. Denver rallied for a 23-17 road win over the Chargers, while Seattle suffered a frustrating 32-29 loss to the undefeated 49ers, turning the ball over four times.

The defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks are looking to bounce back behind Sam Darnold and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, the reigning NFL Offensive Player of the Year. But Darnold has thrown five interceptions over his last three games, and Denver's defense will be looking to take advantage. On the other side, Bo Nix and Sean Payton are trying to find consistency offensively against a Seattle defense that has yet to allow 200 passing yards in a game this season.

Now the Seahawks head into Mile High on a short week, where Denver will break out its throwback uniforms for a primetime showdown. The Broncos have a chance to move to 4-2 and make a statement against the defending champs, while Seattle is trying to avoid back-to-back losses with Kansas City waiting next week.

Seahawks-Broncos. Thursday night. Darnold and JSN against Bo Nix and a Denver defense looking to make life difficult at Mile High.

Week 6 starts under the lights in Denver. Drop your favorite Thursday night bet in the comments. ๐Ÿˆ
