We’re Fletch and Abby, a father-daughter duo, and we’re kicking off our Columbo rewatch podcast by answering the big question new viewers always ask: Who is this rumpled guy with the wrinkled raincoat, the glass eye vibe, and the weird green cigar, and why is he so hard to stop once he starts talking?
