Tippecanoe Place (South Bend, IN) is the mansion home of Clement Studebaker, one of the original brothers who was part of the Studebaker dynasty. It has been many things since being inhabited…a home for deaf children and now a fancy restaurant. The Old Canal Inn, located at 2 E. Passaic Ave in Nutley, New Jersey, is widely considered one of the state's most haunted bars. This is primarily due to the legend of the Death Seat.
