Can you reincarnate into the same family?

The answer, according to many past life regression experiences, is yes.

When we experience deep loss in Past Lives, losing multiple loved ones, or people they were deeply connected to, it can leave a very specific energetic and emotional imprint that carries forward to your present lifetime.

It usually doesn’t show up as a clear memory. Instead, it tends to surface as patterns, sensitivities, or subconscious fears in the present life.

One of the most common imprints is a deep fear of loss or abandonment. Even when life is stable, there can be an underlying expectation that “something will go wrong” or that loved ones won’t stay. This can lead to hyper vigilance in relationships or difficulty fully relaxing into love.

Another way it shows up is through emotional protection mechanisms. Someone might:

Keep people at a distance without realizing why

Struggle to fully open their heart

Or, on the opposite end, form very intense attachments quickly because there’s a subconscious urgency to love before it’s “taken away”

There can also be a grief imprint that hasn’t fully processed. In this Past Life, my client felt she was to blame for all her losses and felt she was being punished. Past life trauma can follow you, life after life, and until you look it straight in the face, it can continue as a pattern. In this LIVE hypnosis regression session, I guide my client through suppressed memories of his alien abduction experiences and documented ET contact encounters. One event stood out above all others, the night his memory was completely erased.

He remembers a sudden flash of light inside his home… and nearly three hours of missing time he could never account for. This experience, often associated with classic alien abduction patterns and Grey alien encounters, left him with unanswered questions for years.

He previously spoke about aspects of this event in the documentary" Calling All Hybrids", but during this regression therapy session, we went deeper.
