In “The presentation”, a comms officer prepares forty beautifully researched slides to persuade a company’s founders to finally get on social media. Competitor analysis, audience insight, a whole section on brand voice. The boardroom is booked for two o’clock on Thursday.

Every story is real. Names have been changed and organisations anonymised, and the delivery is very, very straight. If you’ve ever made the case for a brilliant idea and then waited for sign-off, you’ll feel right at home.
