Quietly Serious Podcast
Quietly Serious with Pat is where real conversations, dark humor, relationships, life, culture, and everything in between get unpacked without overthinking it.
Hosted by Pat from Crash Dummies Podcast, each episode is a more personal, uninterrupted look at the thoughts, stories, and conversations that don’t always make it into the group setting.
Funny when it needs to be. Serious when it needs to be. Usually somewhere in the middle.

You're In A Fake Relationship - Episode 4
Show notes
My dad is back after taking an episode off, and we're getting into a little bit of everything.
This week, I talk about how some people love the aesthetic of being in a relationship more than the actual responsibility that comes with one. Everybody wants the cute pictures, matching outfits, and anniversary posts, but what happens when it's time to put in the work?
I also get into the importance of sleep, why being tired might be affecting more of your life than you realize, and something that doesn't always come easy: admitting when I'm wrong.
Between conversations with my dad, relationship realizations, and a little self-accountability, we're figuring out how to be better people without pretending we've got it all figured out.
Sometimes being quietly serious means admitting you were loudly wrong.

Her Boyfriend Might Not Love Her - Episode 3
Season 1, Episode 1
Show notes
For the first time on Quietly Serious, we're opening up the phone lines and letting the listeners join the conversation.
This week, we get into some real situations — a woman questioning how she's being treated in her relationship, the difference between being a good friend and being taken advantage of, and a father navigating life after being cheated on by his child's mother.
From relationships and loyalty to knowing your worth and setting boundaries, the Quiet Community brought some conversations that are funny at times, uncomfortable at others, but necessary all around.
Turns out everybody has a story, and sometimes hearing somebody else's helps you understand your own.
We're still figuring life out. We're just doing it out loud.
Welcome to Episode 3 of Quietly Serious w/ Pat.

Tears Turn Me On - Episode 2
Season 1, Episode 2
Show notes
This week, I respond to one of my viral videos and the comments section full of people who apparently know me better than I know myself. We talk relationship trauma, how people make their ex's mistakes everybody else's problem, and why your friends shouldn't have to act like unpaid members of your marketing team just because you started a business or bought a microphone.
I also bring my dad back for another conversation because apparently one episode wasn't enough to unpack 30 years of material.
And finally, we get into forgiving vs. forgetting. Because just because I forgave you doesn't mean my brain agreed to delete the footage.
A little accountability, a few uncomfortable truths, and some jokes that probably should've stayed in the group chat.
It's Quietly Serious. Unfortunately.

How To Win Arguments - Episode 1
Season 1, Episode 1
Show notes
In this episode, I talk about relationships, what I learned from watching my dad, and why I consider myself Type B-minus — somehow worse than regular Type B 😂I also get into my past relationships, the mistakes I’ve made, how they shaped the way I think now, and how I handle communication, arguments, and love in my current relationship. No interviews. No characters. Just me talking through life, relationships, growth, and the things we usually joke about before realizing they’re actually serious.Subscribe and join the Quietly Serious community.New episodes every week.
