Autumn unhurried
Season 2, Episode 23
Show notes
As we bid farewell to summer and welcome in the autumn season, I've allowed myself the time and space to do so gently. Consumerism around fall makeovers, home decor and overpriced pumpkin spiced coffee has inspired me to find my own rhythm this year. I've been traversing the hedgerows instead of the shops, appreciating the abundance in nature, noting the blessings I already have and slipping into the new season in my own way. Join me as I make a rosehip syrup with my children, a spiced sugar scrub for simple self care and share delicious recipes and dinner ideas that will put us all in an autumnal mood. So as the leaves turn and the season shifts, let's welcome autumn in. With a little more intention, a little less consumption and an appreciation for what we already have.

Blackberries & surprising discoveries
Season 2, Episode 22
Show notes
Join me as I soak up the last glorious days of late summer. I've been foraging in the hedgerows and this led me to discover the astonishing history, folklore, magic and medicinal qualities of our most promiscuous of wild berries, the blackberry. This journey took some bizarre turns, revealing the dark secrets of Sleeping Beauty and how the number 9 has it's own unique magic, hiding in plain sight. I'll also be sharing some cosy book recommendations, cooking inspiration, health insights and surprising discoveries about how our mind and body are truly connected.

Wildflowers & Motherhood
Season 2, Episode 21
Show notes
Join me as I revel in midsummer's energy, visit a friend and her magical home and enjoy reiki with some peace and quiet. I'll also give you an honest and deeply personal account of my motherhood experience. I welcome you into my life behind the microphone, share my personal style of gentle parenting, how I handle tantrums and stay sane with two small children. I open up about my current identity crisis about being a stay at home mum, my post natal ptsd and of course share the joys this lifestyle brings. It wouldn't be a summer episode without talk of wildflowers, a delicious recipe and anecdotes about life at home, so I hope you enjoy coming along for the ride.

Slow Living
Season 2, Episode 19
Show notes
Slow Living - what do these words mean to you? For me it's about cultivating a mindset not an aesthetic. Join me as I share how slow living has reshaped life, my perspective and softened the way I interact with myself and the outside world. Slow Living isn't just about romanticising your life, it’s about slowing down long enough to notice what you truly value and enjoy, and how to bring more of this into your life. If a calmer, joyful and more fulfilling way of life appeals to you, you don't need to wait, you can start right now.
