Truth Doesn’t Need a Costume
Show notes
If someone has received real information about this reality, why does it need a costume?
White flowing gowns, shimmering personas, dramatic music, websites announcing they were sent here on a mission. Truth shows itself without effort, and the more it gets dressed up, the harder it is to trust. Now the same voices are calling to rebuild a better, more transparent world, on top of the same rules that let anything you love be taken at any moment.
Nothing changes until we stop agreeing to the rules underneath it all.

Why Accept What You Can’t Control?
Show notes
We’re taught that peace comes from accepting what we can’t control.
But acceptance never touches the terms themselves: being told how to live from school to retirement, and losing the people we love, our health, or everything at any moment. People who hit rock bottom often come back “awakened,” calmer and more at ease with the arrangement, and then go on to teach acceptance to everyone else. In this episode, I ask whether any of us would sign those terms if they were handed to us today, and who benefits when we stop questioning them.
Acceptance doesn’t get you out of the terms; it only makes them easier to live with.

Believing What No One Can Confirm
Show notes
Everyone seems to know the secrets of the universe, but no one can confirm where their answers came from.
Dates for miraculous events come and go, and we just wait for the next one. People come out of deep grief with visions and downloads, then build a brand around the answers they were handed. The stories conflict about who we are, where we came from, and what happens next. We keep following them anyway, because we’re scared and tired, and hoping feels better than sitting in the unknown.
Before you build your life on someone else’s story, start by looking at what doesn’t add up.

Human Beings Stuck in the Land of Doing
Show notes
We’re called human beings, yet we live in a reality built entirely around doing.
When the doing stops fitting, we’re told something is wrong with us: get therapy, take medication, find a hobby, learn to be more present. In this episode, Sarah talks about dropping the 50-hour workweek, the relationship, the consuming, and the posting, only to find the hours between waking and sleeping still waiting to be filled. Using the example of her son, who learns hands-on but is made to sit through classroom PowerPoints, she asks why we can see the mismatch so clearly for him and never for ourselves.
Maybe nothing in you needs fixing, and it’s the reality that doesn’t fit.

Why Do We Believe Everything We’re Told?
Show notes
Almost everyone is questioning the institutions running the world now, but almost no one questions the life they were handed.
Who decided what life is, how it’s supposed to go, and that we’re here to make up for our sins? If the elite many people now say run the world also built the schools, medicine, religion, and nearly every institution that taught us what normal looks like, then trusting any of it doesn’t add up. We stop questioning where it gets uncomfortable, because being told how life works means we don’t have to change anything.
You can’t question the people at the top and still believe everything they built.

Who Told You This Was Life?
Show notes
All we really know is that we’re observing something, and everything else was handed to us.
When someone says god came to them in a dream, all they know for sure is that they had a dream. When someone heals and we say god healed them, all we know is that they healed. The same goes for life itself. From the moment we’re born, we’re told that what we’re experiencing is called life, and we’re handed a script for it: school, marriage, kids, work, debt, retirement, and then death. This episode asks who handed us that script. If something did give us life, it may not be the loving, all-knowing god we were taught to believe in. It may be whatever runs this reality, the one where tragedy can take everything at any moment while we’re told to stay positive.
Maybe it’s time to step all the way back and ask who told us this was life.

The Truth Isn't Coming
Show notes
We keep waiting for something outside to fix things so we never have to change ourselves.
In this episode, I break down how waiting for new leadership, open contact, a collapse, or a sign in a dream all serve the same purpose: keeping us comfortable. Even the voice you hear in meditation or the message that comes in a dream is still outside of you, and you’re the one deciding it was divine.
The truth isn’t coming, because it’s already here, covered up by your comforts.

Rearranging the Furniture in Your Prison
Show notes
We’re furious about corrupt leaders, but we’ve never been angry about the reality that allows us to lose everything in an instant.
We pray, practice gratitude, work harder, buy bigger houses, and hope for new leaders who will wipe the slate clean and rebuild. We’ve been told we’re here because we sinned or made a mistake, and that tragedy is just God’s plan. But one phone call can still change your life forever, and none of what you built or replaced will matter.
You can rearrange the furniture all day long, but you’re still a sitting duck until you stop agreeing to the terms.

Death Is Not the Exit, Part 2
Show notes
Every small comfort you reach for is a signature on the terms of this reality: pain, suffering, and loss.
In this follow-up to “Death Is Not the Exit,” Sarah uses the Seinfeld episode where Kramer took a lifetime supply of cafe lattes before hearing the real offer to show how we settle for scraps every day. The glass of wine and Netflix at night, the relationship that keeps you from being alone, the next Starbucks run: each one agrees that this is enough, and it keeps you coming back for more of the same. She shares what happened each time she refused comfort in her own life, and why that refusal, not a vision or a download, is where real understanding comes from.
What would you see if you stopped signing?

Death Is Not the Exit
Show notes
Death isn’t an escape from this reality; it’s how we get recycled into it.
In this transmission, I look at the promise that a better place waits for us if we follow the rules, and at who benefits from us believing it. Birth, life, and death are the terms and conditions of this material world, and every reach for comfort is another signature on that contract, whether it’s avoiding a conversation, staying in a relationship out of fear, seeking validation online, or numbing out every night.
The answer doesn’t come before you push back on comfort. It comes when you do.

The Pressure of Becoming Real
Show notes
Everyone is feeling pressure somewhere, and it may be coming from the gap between who you are alone and who you pretend to be.
In this episode, Sarah talks about losing her job, leaving a relationship that gave her security, walking away from a spiritual framework she believed in, and refusing to grab the next identity on the way down. She also looks at why so many people come out of a hard time announcing who they’ve become, and why you should never need to tell anyone what you are.
If you have to wear a costume to keep your life intact, that’s exactly where the pressure will find you.

We Are All Just Sitting Ducks
Show notes
You can follow the script, keep the faith, and do everything right, and still lose something you’ll never come back from by tonight.
We’ve been conditioned to treat grief, illness, and loss as a normal part of life. Shows like The Office and Seinfeld show us what “real life” looks like, so we never question it. Even faith gets a pass: it gets credit for the blessings and even more devotion after a tragedy. And moving off-grid with good people on beautiful land doesn't take you out of the terms and conditions of this reality.
I’m not willing to accept being a sitting duck anymore, and I don’t think you should be either.

When You See What Everyone Around You Can't
Show notes
You’re living on the same street as everyone else, but you’re not living in the same reality anymore.
In this episode, I talk about what it’s like to start seeing things clearly while almost everyone around you still sees them the way they always have. They talk about the news, doctor visits, and celebrities like nothing’s changed, and they look at you like you’ve lost your mind. I share why going out in public has felt so different since 2020, and how you can tell who has real depth just by the conversations you have with them.
It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever been through, and I would never go back.

The Reality That Needs You to Blame Yourself
Show notes
We’re taught to lower ourselves, work on our ego, and do better, but nothing here ever teaches us sovereignty.
My own narcissistic relationship gave me the data to see how this reality treats us. A narcissist doesn’t choose weak people; he chooses strong people who will blame themselves. Religion, spirituality, and every system here teach that same habit: you sinned, you broke, you have an ego to get over, and something above you will judge how well you performed.
Sovereignty is the most feared state of being for anything that needs your life force to survive.

Trying to Get Happy in a Life You Don't Want
Show notes
You can love your family and still be empty inside the life you built.
Sarah shares how she followed every rule: the marriage, the kids, the house, the job. Then she spent years on healers, therapists, manifestation classes, and couples retreats, trying to feel better in a life she refused to question. None of it reached the real problem. Now the pressure to stop pretending is rising, and standing in the middle is no longer an option.
If you could only tell the truth, what would your life look like?

The Kind of Love That Watches You Suffer
Show notes
My old spiritual teachers told me a film called Astral City shows exactly what happens after we die. I believe it does, and that’s the problem.
In it, a doctor dies and wanders a dark wasteland for eight years. He’s rescued only after he begs, then taught to drop his ego and sent back to Earth to try again. The same teachers said the light loves us more than anything. I compare that to what any of us would do for someone we truly love, and to the five years I spent with a man who said he loved me while tormenting me until I gave in.
Something that can watch you suffer until you submit doesn’t love you.

Something Just Isn’t Right
Show notes
We can spot the deception in a cult from the couch, but not in the beliefs we’re standing inside.
In this episode, Sarah describes what happened when she let go of the relationship, the job, and her spiritual framework, and the constant voice she used to ask for guidance went silent. She walks through the documentary test: if you can see the brainwashing in a cult so easily, why does the same logic stop working when it’s pointed at your own faith? Everyone inside a system says theirs is the real one, and none of them can prove it.
Run it through your own guidance and see what holds up.

Losing Your Religion
Show notes
The relationship went. The job went. The belief system was supposed to be the one thing that stayed.
This one traces that exact order — walking away from an abusive relationship, then an abusive job, and finally hitting the last leg standing: the belief system underneath both, the one built on years of time, money, and certainty, the one already passed on to other people. What happens when the evidence stops matching the story you built your life on, and the embarrassment of realizing it never held up in the first place?

You Will Never Get There
Show notes
You’ve been sold an arrival that isn’t coming, and some part of you has known that for years.
Every day looks like the one before it — work, errands, buying things you don’t need, scrolling until it’s time to sleep — and the whole time a voice says keep going, you’ll get there. Nobody can say where “there” is. Ask someone why they keep running and the answer is almost always retirement, as if the same emptiness waiting at 30 disappears at 65. This one traces that mechanism down to the bone: the exhaustion, the fear of sitting still long enough to feel what you’ve been outrunning, and the reason almost no one stops long enough to ask the question out loud.
There was never a finish line. There was only the running.

Who Benefits From Your Belief?
Show notes
Every system you follow is hiding someone who benefits from your obedience.
Fifty years inside a cult, a narcissistic relationship, and corrupt hierarchies taught Sarah the same lesson from three different directions: wherever there’s a structure, there’s an inner circle that knows the real story, a layer of people doing the work without knowing why, and a floor everyone’s too afraid to look past. This episode names what’s underneath belief — not as a downloaded truth to accept, but as something to check against your own inner guidance.
The end of hierarchy starts with asking who’s actually gaining from what you believe.
