Strongest Style

It’s SPOOOOOOOOOKY STYLE! The boys are getting in the spirit of the season by giving you the most frightening wrestling news of the week, that being the AJPW Real World Tag League lineups, a full review of 2006’s See No Evil starring Kane, and a Retro Review of WCW Halloween Havoc 1993! We’re spinning wheels and making deals!

It's short and sweet Strongest Style as the boys reconvene to cover all the wrestling news of the week! In this edition we go over some brief highlights of what happened in the wrestling world such as Zach Gowen's retirement and Montez Ford's potential legal issues. Then Jack guides us through the hijinks of Taichi's Old-School Pro Wrestling 2, and we give a full rundown of AEW's WrestleDream!

The following podcast contains quotes from Max Caster that do not reflect the thoughts and opinions of Strongest Style. In this episode we go over the saga of Max's very brief TNA run, as well as give tributes to the recently passed Jeff Cannonball and El Buho, a Retro Review of Sareee-ISM Chapter VI, and full reviews of both NJPW's King of Pro Wrestling and AEW's Grand Slam France.

The boys are back and on top of things as ever. In this edition we go over the closing of Shinjuku FACE, the free agencies of The Acclaimed and Sheamus, Jack gives us the rundown on NJPW Destruction, we cover AEW's A Tribute to PAC, and our Retro Review this week is Shimmer Volume 67 featuring Kana!

This one's tough. On this edition of Strongest Style, we tried to distract ourselves for the first half by going over the names on PWI's Top 500 list for 2026 before we give our tributes to The Man That Gravity Forgot, The Bastard, and quite possibly the most perfect professional wrestler, Benjamin "Pac" Satterley.

It's Cooper and Jack in the booth for the 50th episode of Strongest Style! The boys discuss a cavalcade of wrestling news before reviewing CMLL's 93rd Aniversario show, giving their predictions for both NJPW's Destruction in Kobe and AEW's All Out, and giving you more retro reviews by going over Arsion's 1st Anniversary Stardom show from 1999!

The boys are unburdened by the curse of the Strongest Style championship, as Cooper has called in sick, Logan and Jack hold down the fort with all the latest in wrestling (and movie?) news! From Keith Lee's questionable life choices to the debuts of hulking Young Lions to AEW's touching editions of Dynamite and Collision, Strongest Style has you covered!

The boys are reunited and it feels so good! Cooper has returned from his English excursion ready to discuss the news of the wrestling world. Unfortunately we start this episode discussing the passing of three great wrestlers in Jerry Oates, Bill Dundee, and "The Butcher" Andy Williams. Jack then gives us the updates on NJPW leading into Destruction. Then we give our full show review of AEW's climactic All In with Cooper's on the ground perspective!

The boys are going alllllllllllllll the way back to the 90's with a very special CAREER retrospective of the newly retired NJPW legend, the Raging Bull, Hiroyoshi Tenzan! While Cooper is away for All In, Jack and Logan go through highlights of the former IWGP Heavyweight champion, from his return from excursion, to his time in NWO Japan, into the depths of Inokism, and all the way through to his final chapter with Satoshi Kojima.

The boys, and the newshound, are exhausted. With so much rumor and hearsay to cover, this is by far the longest news segment in Strongest Style so far, covering contract expirations, contract signings, and racially insensitive language. But before that, Logan is the lone host who watched Strong Style Evolved 2018, so he must review it and all the boys give their AEW All In predictions!

The boys have added up all their points and are ready to head into the finals of the most prestigious wrestling tournament of the year. But first, there is news to be discussed with the continued series of allegations levied against PRODUCE's founder, a bottom of the barrel return in GCW, and an incredible match from Marvelous's Korakuen Hall show. Cooper gives the AEW rundown before Jack gushes about Ryohei Oiwa's unexpected G1 win!

The boys are paying their dues in the latest Strongest Style! Cooper details the various embarrassments of American indie wrestling over the week and this year's N1 lineup. Jack goes over the dwindling days of the G1 and the possible win scenarios for those who still have a chance. And finally the boys give our full review of a stacked edition of AEW Grand Slam: Mexico!

HUZZAH! The boys are back from afternoon tea and Big Ben has struck the hour for Strongest Style to review SummerSlam 1992 from Wembley Stadium. Before we go back in time though, Jack has all the latest G1 results, and Cooper goes over a packed Dynamite and Collision!

The boys are back and will NOT be moving to WWE Radio! In this edition of Strongest Style, Cooper breaks down the continued media capture of WWE with ESPN's firing of Andreas Hale and the rebrand of SiriusXM's Pro Wrestling Nation, we discuss the retirement of Natsupoi, and because we're insane, we give full reviews of both AEW's Redemption and 4 nights of G1 block action!

The boys are shocked beyond words. This week the boys go through a cavalcade of wrestling news, as AEW gets involved in legal action, The Triangle of Madness sails to Stardom, Jack tries and fails to understand the horrifically offensive new look of Jake Lee, and we all give our predictions for AEW’s Redemption!

The boys are already getting their brackets broken as Strongest Style returns to give you the latest in pro wrestling news! In this edition, we review the season premiere of Dark Side of the Ring focusing on Jeff Jarrett, the "retirement" of Tiger Mask, the first night of the G1 Climax in Chicago, and the historic AEW title change at Beach Break!

The boys return from the depths, as then wrestling world continues to spin. In this episode, even more TNA departures, Sheamus has a new lease on life, Logan watched MLW, Cooper watched PRODUCE, we crown a new Strongest Style Champion, and Jack has thoughts on one Gabriel Kidd!

The boys are exhausted from too much wrestling news! Sami Zayn won the WWE Championship, AJ Styles' son debuted, Kojima has taught Labron Kozone the secrets of the lariat, something with Naraku happened, and Forbidden Door has layed out the path to Wembley Stadium!

The boys are on the road to Forbidden Door and with a relatively slow news week (aside from Tommy Dreamer being embarrassing) we jump into the latest programming from both NJPW and AEW. We break down the recent G1 qualifiers and how we see the tournament going. We also get in the weeds on the latest editions of AEW Dynamite and Collision, and round things out with our predictions for Forbidden Door!

The boys have had it up to here! In this episode we kick things off discussing the recent exoduses of Steve Maclin and Tessa Blanchard from TNA as well as Tessa's unfortunate new commitment to CMLL, we run down the brand new Progress management's decision to book Joe Coffey, Cooper and Jack lament the Jey Uso-ification of Andrade, and Jack gives us a full review of NJPW's Dominion!
