Welcome to a new month, and with it, a new Monthly Medicine!

Our theme for November is Making Changes.

November is a portal of transformation, a massive opportunity to simultaneously sense into what it means to surrender and give over to larger waves of evolution in our lives, and what it means to make empowered, necessary choices to pivot and change for our continued expansion. This is a "let go or be dragged" month, and it is wise to heed it's call.

The month is inviting us to honor the tender grief, fear, and pain that can come with deep change, while infusing us with the courage to finally make the leaps, take the risks, and open to the shifts that need our attention, especially in the month ahead. The energies are fairly complex and multi-layered, but what would we expect with Scorpio season and November vibes? We have everything we need to do this, to heed these invitations, and collaborate with the changes that have arrived at our doorstep.

Our theme for October is Magic as Refuge.

This is a twisty, windy, snake-like, slow roll of a month. It is a candle slowly burning, tea slowly steeping, giving way to itself as we traverse it. We are invited to reclaim and deepen into whatever we feel is rooted in magic, or feels magical in our lives -- as medicine, as refuge. We are invited to get tender, vulnerable, truthful, to bring our whole heart and soul to our relationship with that magic, to really ask for what we want and are hoping for.

The rest of the month is a complex web of invitations, some that will ask us to slow down, pause and reorient, and some that will call on us to put our foot on the gas a little more than we have been.

Through it all, magic remains the North Star. How can you bow over to the invitation, reclaiming and rejoicing in your own magic, in the most open and curious way possible through the month ahead?

June is tricky and interesting, in terms of energetic invitation. The medicine and balm is clear: rest where you can, reach for pleasure, joy, deep nourishment and laughs where you can, but there is so much more going on under the surface of the month, in terms of invitation. So much process, tons of invitations to dive into deep healing and clearing, likely with some foundations under us feeling like they are more shaky than usual. No matter what life might bring, we are encouraged to stay firmly planted in the realm of what sustains and pours back into our well (this month and beyond).
