  1. Agent Gateway Explained: How Enterprises Control AI Agent Actions

    Season 1

    Show notes

AI agents can now read emails, search documents, access enterprise applications, and take actions across systems such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and more. But once an agent can use real tools and make business changes, the critical question is no longer only what the agent knows. It is what the agent is allowed to do.

In this episode, Jas Kaur explains the emerging role of the agent gateway: a managed control layer between AI agents and the tools, APIs, MCP servers, data, and enterprise systems they use.

Using a supplier-invoice prompt injection scenario, the video shows how an agent with valid credentials could still be manipulated into taking an unsafe action. It explains why connecting an AI agent to enterprise systems is not enough, and why enterprises need independent controls for tool access, identity, authorization, policy enforcement, human approval, and auditability.

You will learn the difference between an integration platform, API gateway, model gateway, and agent gateway; the six capabilities an enterprise agent gateway should provide; and how MCP, tool discovery, delegated access, least-privilege permissions, and execution policies fit together.

The episode also explores how an agent gateway can help limit the impact of indirect prompt injection not by claiming to eliminate every attack, but by ensuring that a manipulated model cannot automatically take an unauthorized business action.

Jas also examines developments from AWS, Microsoft, Cloudflare, and enterprise platforms building centralized controls for AI agents. The key takeaway: enterprises do not necessarily need a separate gateway product for every use case, but any organization deploying agents across sensitive systems will need these governance capabilities.

Watch the full video to understand how enterprises can give AI agents useful autonomy while maintaining security, accountability, and control.

  2. Enterprise AI Agent Integration Explained: MCP, Tool Gateways and Security | StackOne

    Season 1

    Show notes

APIs for AI agents are becoming a central enterprise question. An AI agent may understand a task, but can it safely discover the right tool, access the right data, and take the right action inside systems such as Workday, SAP, Salesforce, and more?

In this episode, Jas Kaur speaks with Romain Sestier, Co-Founder and CEO of StackOne, about the enterprise AI integration gap: why connecting an AI agent to an API is not the same as giving it reliable, governed access to enterprise systems. The conversation explores the missing layer between agents and enterprise software: tool discovery, permissions, authentication, policy enforcement, token efficiency, observability, and secure execution.

They also discuss what MCP still does not solve for enterprise use cases, why agents cannot be given thousands of tools at once, how a tool gateway can reduce unnecessary context and token costs, and why deterministic controls matter when agents can read or write sensitive business data.

  3. AI Agent Identity Explained: Who Controls What Your Agents Can Do?

    Season 1

    Show notes

AI agents can now read your CRM, draft emails, access documents, call tools, and even approve business actions. But once an agent has access to company systems, the real security question is no longer only whether it can log in, it is who controls what it can do.

In this TeqTalk episode, Jas Kaur explains how to secure AI agents through agent identity, permissions, authorization, and governance. You will learn why using human credentials or shared API keys makes AI agents invisible in audit logs, why standing privileges create unnecessary risk, and why an agent acting for a user should authenticate as itself not as that user.

The video breaks down the five shifts shaping AI agent security: giving every agent its own identity, maintaining a clear human owner, separating agent and user identities, using short-lived credentials, and checking authorization continuously as an agent acts. It also explains delegated access, task-specific permissions, AI agent accountability, and why every enterprise agent needs an off switch.

Jas also examines what Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping Identity, and SailPoint are building for AI agent identity management, access control, and governance. If your company is deploying AI agents, agentic AI workflows, MCP tools, or enterprise automation, this is a practical guide to controlling what AI agents can access, what they are allowed to do, and how to trace every action back to the right owner.

  4. AI Data Security Explained: Where Your Data Goes When AI Touches It

    Season 1

    Show notes

Enterprise AI security is no longer only about whether a model is secure; data is encrypted, or a vendor is compliant. The harder question is: once AI gets access to your company data, where does that data go next?

In this TeqTalk episode, Jas Kaur explains how enterprise data moves through AI systems, AI agents, RAG applications, vector databases, tools, APIs, employee workflows, and downstream systems. You will learn why approved access does not automatically mean approved AI use, how shadow AI creates hidden data risks, and why AI agent security is ultimately a data movement and action-control problem.

The video breaks down where enterprise data enters AI, what agents can do after accessing it, how employees can create uncontrolled copies of sensitive information, and how to monitor, track, and reconstruct AI activity. It concludes with a practical four-question test for evaluating any enterprise AI workflow.

If your company is deploying AI assistants, RAG, copilots, or autonomous AI agents, this is a practical guide to AI data security, AI governance, data lineage, traceability, and responsible enterprise AI adoption.

  5. AI Slowdown Explained in 12 Minutes | Why AI CEOs Want to Slow Down the AI Race

    Season 1

    Show notes

AI leaders spent much of 2026 pushing autonomous agents forward. Then the same industry began confronting a harder question: should AI capability development move faster than safety, alignment, monitoring, and control can keep up? This is the AI slowdown explained and why top AI CEOs are calling for a slowdown amid growing safety concerns.

In this TeqTalk episode, Jas Kaur examines what changed. AI agents gained hands to act across software, money to make approved purchases, and the ability to work with other agents. The video explores the controlled AI-agent test involving Hugging Face, where agents found ways to coordinate through a shared service, and why that kind of behavior changed the conversation around AI safety.

The episode breaks down why top tech CEOs are urging a slowdown of the AI race, why some AI leaders are agreeing that AI development must slow down, and why OpenAI and Anthropic restricted access to certain advanced models. This is not about stopping AI progress. It is about ensuring that safeguards, human approval, auditability, and the ability to control AI systems keep pace with what those systems can do.

If your company is building with AI agents, agentic AI, or enterprise automation, this video explains what the AI slowdown means in practice. Watch to understand why the most important question is no longer only how smart an AI agent is but how much authority it has, where it must stop, and who remains accountable when it acts.

Jas breaks down three things enterprise AI leaders need to measure before calling any AI agent a success:
    • Why AI agent governance and bounded autonomy matter more than raw automation
    • The Outcome Intelligence framework: system performance, decision quality, and business outcome, measured separately
    • Why AI observability has to expand past uptime and latency to actually track AI decision making

Teqfocus has it’s own agentic AI practice, where these Outcome Intelligence principles are built directly into how enterprise AI agents are deployed, governed, and measured as real AI in production.

For CIOs, CDOs, enterprise architects, business systems leaders, and technology executives scaling enterprise AI agents, this episode offers a practical framework for building, governing, and measuring AI in production.

  11. AI Harness: What Makes Agents Reliable, Not Just Smart

    Season 1

    Show notes

AI agents are getting smarter, but intelligence alone does not make them reliable. This episode breaks down Harness Engineering, the operating system around AI agents that determines what they know, what they can do, what they remember, how they recover, and how safely they act in production.

Using a real refund-agent scenario, we unpack the 9 layers of reliable enterprise AI agents:

Context, orchestration, sub-agents, tools, skills, state and memory, permissions, verification and observability, and recovery.

You’ll also see what production lessons from OpenAI and Anthropic reveal about agent reliability, human approval fatigue, guardrails, durable state, and why traditional software engineering becomes even more important when AI starts taking real-world actions.

  14. Your AI Agent Is Missing These 4 Memory Layers

    Season 1

    Show notes

For an enterprise agent to remember previous interactions, apply company knowledge, follow business rules, and act reliably, organizations must build an entire memory architecture around it.

In this episode, Jas Kaur and Ajay Kumar break down the difference between context and memory and explain the four layers behind enterprise AI agents. Working memory helps an agent manage the current task. Episodic memory records what happened before. Semantic memory stores trusted enterprise knowledge. Procedural memory defines how actions should be completed.

The discussion also examines the risks of oversized context windows, poor data quality, weak instructions, and insufficient governance. Ajay shares a real enterprise example where an AI agent distributed more than $500,000 in unintended discounts because the surrounding memory and control system was not designed correctly.

    Season 1

    Show notes

AI agents are beginning to reshape e-commerce from product discovery, payments, and customer decision-making. Instead of humans opening multiple tabs, comparing products, checking delivery, and completing payment, AI agents may soon do the entire journey on behalf of customers.

In this TeqTalk episode, we break down the rise of agentic commerce and why the future of e-commerce may not be about who gets the most clicks, but who AI agents trust enough to recommend.

Jas explores the architecture battle behind AI commerce: Open ecosystems, where companies like Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, and Shopify are building protocols for AI agents, merchants, and payment providers to work together. Integrated ecosystems, where platforms like Amazon, Alibaba and ByteDance control more of the discovery, payment, fulfillment, and customer journey. Open networks, where India’s ONDC and UPI-style infrastructure point toward a more interoperable future for AI-driven commerce.

For CIOs, CTOs, digital leaders, e-commerce leaders, product teams, and technology executives, this shift raises a bigger question: Is your business ready to be evaluated, trusted, and recommended by AI agents?

    Season 1

    Show notes

Hospitals are now building a digital twin of your body before surgery — a patient-specific virtual model of your exact anatomy used to simulate, test, and plan your procedure before a single cut is made.

In this episode of TeqTalk, Jas Kaur breaks down three peer-reviewed clinical programs where digital twin medicine is already producing results:

→ Mayo Clinic: Sepsis digital twin trained on 28,617 ICU patients. 82% mortality prediction accuracy at 24 hours.

→ Boston Children's Hospital: Patient-specific virtual heart models for children with complex heart defects. 3 repair strategies tested on a digital replica before surgery. 100% survival across 60 consecutive arterial switch cases.

→ Cleveland Clinic & Twin Health: Whole Body Digital Twin tracking 3,000 data points per day. 71% clinical remission vs 2.4% standard care — randomized controlled trial, published in NEJM Catalyst 2025.

By using a digital twin heart, surgeons can run a full surgery simulation before the first incision. Patients and care teams can visualize risks, recovery time, and long-term outcomes in advance. Medical simulation is changing how complex diagnoses are approached.

Jas also closes on the governance question nobody is asking loudly enough: when your digital twin predicts something you don't want to know — who decides whether you see it?
