Based off the book The Rats, this is a canadian horror movie where rats eat steroid laced corn that's intended to be sent to africa to feed the starving? well, madness ensues having something to do with a subway? I don't really know. But they do kill a baby (offscreen) so half a point i guess.

Or is this another situation like The Room, where someone was so incompetent at making one thing, they accidently made another? I'd ask you to decide for yourself, but that would mean you had to watch the movie, which I suggest you don't.

But since i know you will, masochist, I just have a couple questions. Did we need the mall lady to be involved at all? What was up with ever scene being a phone call, until they figured out their psychic power, which was being able to remotely communicate? A skill mind you that could have been replaces with a phone call, and did a nuke go off at the school?

X-Ray, the Cannon films slasher from 1981, built specifically to try and get some of that sweet sweet 80's slasher money. But without all the atmosphere, or logic, or decent kills.

Psycho doctors, vague diagnosis, acid sinks, dripping chemical rooms, and a protagonist who knocks something over in every scene. You're gonna love it... to death.. acid sink death. (also, i think the drunk either lives, or it's his charts that got swapped with the protagonists.)
