The Bogey Men

The lads are back after a 2 week break, and it's been a hectic couple of weeks in golf, there's been a mass exodus of players from LIV Golf, so we discuss what the DP World Tour and it's members might do next.

We also started a new segment on the pod called The Bogey Box and we answered the question 'What what is one golf shot that still haunts you to this day?'

Jonny took Michael to play Ardglass Golf Club for the first time and we absolutely loved it.

Ardglass is one of Jonny's favourite golf experiences on the island of Ireland. From the welcome you get from Paul & his team to the shot shaping and imagination required to get the ball in the hole, Ardglass is world class!

Viktor Hovland has won for the 8th time on the PGA Tour, beating Scottie Scheffler in a playoff and Michael compares the Fitzpatrick brothers to the Nevilles.

We were invited to play & stay at Galgorm Resort and had so much fun.
Galgorm is special place for us, we’ve been here a lot over the years. So we got to play the course & chat to Ross Oliver about recent course works as well as the announcement of a new course in Bellarena by the Galgorm Collection and of course hosting the NI Legends Tour Events later this summer.
If you’re heading up that way, you have to stay in Galgorm. For more information, please visit: https://www.galgorm.com #AD

Irishman Stuart Grehan adds his name to history as he won The Amateur Championship this week & Wyndham Clark battled Shinnecock, the field and the fans to win his second US Open.

Michael & Jonny are back from their trip to Czechia and recount some of our highlights.

3 of our favourite courses, favourite holes and some of the off-course highlights from beer baths & brewery tours to standing pitchside at the Sparta Prague Stadium.

In partnership with Heritage Golf Getaways, the new series will see The Bogey Men travel to Czechia, showcasing one of Europe’s most exciting emerging golf destinations. Combining world-class golf with rich culture, historic cities and unforgettable off-course experiences, the series will highlight why Czechia is fast becoming a must-visit location for travelling golfers.

Filmed across a selection of Czechia’s premier golfing venues and cultural landmarks, Tee Time will capture the full experience of a modern golf trip—where championship golf meets historic castles, vibrant city life and renowned hospitality.

Heritage Golf Getaways specialises in bespoke, luxury golf experiences, offering tailored packages that combine championship-level courses with seamless travel, premium accommodation and authentic local experiences.

With more than 100 golf courses across the country, many located within easy reach of Prague, the destination offers a unique blend of accessibility, quality and variety for golfers of all levels.

More information can be found at www.heritagegolfgetaways.com.

Jonny & Michael played a match and the loser had a forfeit. If Jonny lost, he had to bleach his hair, if Michael lost, he had to shave his head. Well, Michael won and so Jonny bleached his hair last week!

We also talk why Wyndham Clark isn't liked particularly by golf fans, and why golf is pretty boring to watch at the moment.

We've landed in Czechia with Heritage Golf Getaways to film 'Tee Time Czechia' and today we're playing our first course, Greensgate near Pilsen.

If you want to check out a golf trip to Czechia, make sure to contact https://heritagegolfgetaways.com/

Seed Golf is changing the golf ball market and is the classic Irish David vs Goliath story, from small beginnings during COVID to being recognised repeatedly as one of the best performing golf balls, Seed Golf is on a trajectory to take over the golf ball market and it's really cool to see an Irish based company making so much positive noise.

Jonny sat down with Dean Klatt from Seed Golf to talk about the company's journey as well as his ambitions for the future.
