This mix is dedicated to Polar, the gold standard in heart-rate monitoring, with sports watches, fitness trackers and sensors to help you explore your performance and recovery. I use their H10 heart-rate sensor for running and to explore my responses to Signal Breath, the body-led breathing practice at the heart of my book.

I have a book out today called Signal Breath: Parasympathetic Athleticism, and I made this episode to accompany the breathing technique, which you can try on my website. Signal Breath follows your body's signals rather than fixed timings, encouraging you to explore breathing with greater awareness.

The first part of the mix is relaxed and meditative, ideal for starting your day or listening before exercise. More energetic tracks gradually come in later, which I hope leave you feeling positive and energised for the rest of your day.

I love knowing that my music helps a lot of people. This book is a more direct and practical way for me to build on that, sharing something I developed to help myself and others, with the hope that it inspires people to explore what their own bodies are capable of.

Freestyling... You can't stop the waves, but you can surf them.

During the month of March, I'm taking on The Great Tommy Sleep Out. I'll be sleeping outside for one night to fundraise for RBVE (Royal British Veterans Enterprise) and raise awareness for homeless ex-servicemen and women.

I want to make this episode the most important one by introducing my mum (Lesley Williams Artist) as we have a collaboration that involves art and music. Freestyle is being natural and inventing on the fly which is my main thing.
