How to Design Your Next 15 Years on Purpose in a Midlife Career and Life Transition
Episode 352
Show notes
What would your next 15 years look like if you designed them on purpose? And what if you have so many options for your next chapter that you can’t decide which one to choose?
For many women in a career or life transition, the challenge isn’t a lack of options. It’s never having had the time to picture what they want clearly enough to choose. Continuing the visioning step of the Pyramid of Reinvention, Kavita’s six-step process for moving from confusion to clarity, this episode takes the Odyssey Plan from the bestselling book Designing Your Life by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, and stretches it across your next 15 years, part of what Ikigai co-author Francesc Miralles calls an ocean of time. With layoffs and AI reshaping work, those years are coming either way, so who decides what they look like, you or your circumstances?
In this episode, you’ll discover:
• Why the next 15 years of your life may be the ones most worth designing on purpose, and why they don’t have to look the same as the first part of your career
• How to use the Odyssey Plan, a way of sketching three very different futures, to picture the life you’re living now carried forward, what you’d do if that path disappeared, and the life you’d choose if money and other people’s opinions didn’t matter
• How your Ikigai, your reason for being, and the lift of positive, anabolic energy can help you decide which version is right for you, plus how Kavita blended all three versions into her own plan at 60Press play to picture three versions of your next 15 years and start designing the one that’s right for you, on purpose.
To go one step further, email kavita@itsmytimenowcoaching.com for the free Inner Mentor Exercise, a guided visualization where you meet your future self, and share what your three versions look like. And if you’d like to picture your next chapter alongside other women doing the same work, join the waitlist and share what you’d love to see in Kavita’s group program and community opening in January.

#351: How to Find Your Purpose in a Midlife Transition With One Powerful Question
Episode 351
Show notes
If you could choose the words people will use about you one day, would they match the life you’re living right now?
Most of us assume we’ll be remembered for our title, our years of service, or the roles we held the longest. In this Thursday check-in, a companion to Monday’s episode 350 with former CNN anchor Carol Lin, that assumption gets turned around. When Carol describes her legacy, she doesn’t mention a single job, and Ikigai co-author Francesc Miralles names a greatest success that has nothing to do with selling millions of books. Their answers continue visioning, the second step of the Pyramid of Reinvention, where you begin to picture what you want your next chapter in a career or life transition to truly mean.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
• Why one simple question can cut through everything that looks impressive from the outside and brings career clarity to what matters most to you now
• What Carol Lin and Francesc Miralles each hope to be remembered for, and what their answers may reveal about your own
• A simple exercise to write the words you’d love to be remembered by, and one small step to start living your way toward them this weekPress play to write the words you’d love to hear about your life, and start living your way toward them in your next chapter.
Kavita would love to send you the Inner Mentor Exercise, a guided visualization where you meet your future self, the wisest version of you, and hear what she wants you to know about your next chapter. Email her directly at Kavita@itsmytimenowcoaching.com to request it.
And if you’d like to picture your next chapter alongside other women in transition, Kavita is opening a group program and community in January.Join the waiting list and share what you’d like to see.

#350: What Staying May Be Costing You in a Midlife Career and Life Transition, with Carol Lin
Episode 350
Show notes
Are you torn between staying in a career that no longer fits and leaving without a plan B in place?
Most of us only count the risk of leaving. Former CNN and ABC News anchor Carol Lin, the first national anchor to break the news of 9/11, faced a different calculation when her husband was diagnosed with a fatal cancer while she was six months pregnant. Walking away from a career that had asked everything of her, with no financial safety net, led to three more careers she never could have predicted. Her story opens visioning, the second step of the Pyramid of Reinvention, where you begin to picture what you truly want your next chapter to look like, even when a life transition makes it hard to see anything new.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
• The one question that may help you decide whether to stay or go in a life transition
• The surprising everyday habit Carol says can train your brain to picture a different life
• What to ask yourself when you’re redefining ambition in your next chapterPress play to weigh the real price of staying against the price of leaving, and give yourself permission to picture what comes next.
Ready to take those first steps alongside others in transition?Join the waiting list for Kavita’s new group program, opening in January, and share what you’d love to see in the community. And if you’d like to talk through your own next steps one-on-one,book a Complimentary Clarity Call with Kavita.

#349: How to Start Living Your Reason for Being Without Changing Everything in a Midlife Transition
Episode 349
Show notes
What if you could start living your reason for being this week, without quitting your job or changing everything at once?
So many people in a career or life transition believe their Ikigai, their reason for being, only begins after one big move. Continuing the rediscovery step of the Pyramid of Reinvention and building on Monday’s episode 348, this Thursday check-in shows how your purpose can start showing up in small ways in the work and life you already have. Through a story from Ikigai co-author Francesc Miralles and two women Kavita interviewed at the Ikigai in Nature retreat in Zermatt, Switzerland, Llynne Plante and Liza Solonos, you’ll see how small steps can open the way to your next chapter.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
• Why your reason for being doesn’t have to wait for one big leap, and how small steps often lead to bigger changes with a careful plan behind them
• What a 7 a.m. coffee shift taught the co-author of Ikigai about living your purpose in the work you already do, and how two real career transition stories put it into practice
• Three simple ways to begin bringing your reason for being into your life this week, and how your energy can guide you toward career clarityPress play to find the first small step that brings your reason for being into your life now, and let the next one become clear from there.
Haven’t gathered the pieces of your Ikigai yet? Start with the freeIkigai Clarity Assessment, which takes about five minutes and shows which of your four dimensions are alive in your life right now.

#348: Why You Can Know Your Strengths and Passions and Still Not See Your Purpose in a Midlife Transition
Episode 348
Show notes
Have you uncovered your strengths, passions, and values, yet still can’t see how they add up to a clear direction for your next chapter?
So many people in a career or life transition already hold the pieces of their purpose. What’s missing is the picture that connects them. Continuing the rediscovery step of the Pyramid of Reinvention, this episode shows how your Ikigai, your reason for being, comes together into one guiding statement for your life and career. Through the story of a client who said reading her statement made her feel like she had wings and could fly, Kavita’s own evolving statement, and insights from Ikigai co-author Francesc Miralles, you’ll see what becomes possible when the pieces finally fit.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
• Why finding the pieces of your purpose can still leave you feeling unsure, and why your reason for being is not missing, only unassembled
• How the overlaps work: your strengths and passions give you your how, your values and contribution give you your why, and together they become your Ikigai statement
• Four simple steps to write your own guiding statement, and how to use it as a compass for career clarity when an impressive-looking opportunity doesn’t fit who you arePress play to start putting your pieces together and give your next chapter a direction you can trust.

#347: What to Do When You Want More From Your Life but Don’t Know What to Change First
Episode 347
Show notes
Does so much in your life feel off right now that you don’t know what to change first?
Once you admit one thing isn’t working, it can start to feel as though nothing is. Your career, your health, your marriage, your friendships, even your evenings all seem to need fixing at once, so you either want to blow it all up or you freeze where you are. In this Thursday check-in, a companion to Monday’s episode 346 on the Pyramid of Reinvention, Kavita takes you through the first step of that climb, rediscovery, so you can see clearly where you are before you decide where you’re going in your midlife career and life transition.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
• Why overwhelm in a life transition so often freezes us in place, and the honest alternative to either changing everything or changing nothing
• How the Wheel of Life, a simple circle that scores each area of your life from one to ten, reveals where your energy is really being drained, and why the biggest surprise is often the most important part
• The one question that shifts you from what’s missing to what’s possible, and how to choose the single area that can lift all the othersPress play to find out where to begin, and let yourself imagine what a 10 could look like in your own life.

#346: How to Know Where to Start When You’re Ready for a Career Change or Life Transition
Episode 346
Show notes
Do you know something in your life needs to change, but have no idea where to begin?
It might be loud, like a layoff, a divorce, or a house that feels too still after the kids have gone. Or it might be so subtle you cannot name the day it started. Either way, the pull is to do something fast, and those changes rarely last. The answers live in the in-between, in a deliberate pause before you act, and this episode gives that pause a clear path through your career change or life transition.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
• Why so many of us jump straight into action in a career change, and why those changes so often don’t last
• The six steps of the Pyramid of Reinvention that take you from “something has to change” to a next chapter that truly fits
• A simple way to see where you are on that path right now, so you know exactly where to begin this weekPress play to find where you are on the Pyramid of Reinvention and take the first step toward a next chapter that truly fits you.

#345: How to Borrow Courage When You Don't Feel Brave Enough for Your Next Step
Episode 345
Show notes
Have you been circling the same brave step for weeks, maybe years, waiting for a surge of courage that never quite arrives?
Most people in a life transition think the problem is that they are not brave enough yet. The truth is kinder, and far more useful. You do not have to generate all of your courage on your own. You can borrow some from the people around you until you have built up enough of your own. In this Thursday check-in, a companion to Monday's conversation with Andrea Maizes in episode 344, Kavita picks up on one idea from that episode and turns it into a small, doable invitation for the week ahead.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• What borrowed courage actually is, and why watching another person be brave becomes real proof that your next step is possible for you too
• Why the judgment you are bracing for is almost always a story you are telling yourself, and what tends to happen when you finally let people in on what you are working toward
• How to choose one small act of rebellion this week, something that stretches you a little rather than terrifies you, and why that one honest act teaches you something fear never willPress play to borrow a little courage, choose your one small act, and take the step you have been circling in your midlife career and life transition.
If the idea of borrowing courage from a circle of other professional people in the same season of life speaks to you, Kavita is considering creating a small group program for people navigating career and life transitions together, uncovering their ikigai, your reason for being, and lifting each other up through each next brave step. Add your name to thewaitlist here. There is no commitment, only a way to let Kavita know you are interested, and she will share details as they take shape.

#344: What to Do When You Can't Tell If You're Burned Out or Ready to Leave Your Career, with Andrea Maizes
Episode 344
Show notes
Are you exhausted at work and already picturing the day you walk away, without really knowing what you would be walking toward?
That one moment, when burnout and being truly ready for something new feel exactly the same, is where many smart, accomplished people make a decision they later wish they had taken more time with. In a midlife career and life transition, the stakes are high. The title, the structure, the social network, and the built-in sense of purpose all go when the work goes, and most of us plan our finances for years without giving a single thought to how we actually want to live. Today's conversation with Andrea Maizes, a former senior HR executive who left her 35-year career believing she was ready and quickly learned she was burned out, is an honest look at how to tell the difference before you leap, and how to design a next chapter that actually fits you.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• How to tell the difference between burnout and being truly ready to leave your career, before you make a decision you cannot easily undo
• Why planning the life you want matters as much as planning your finances and the questions no financial planner is asking you
• What "borrowed courage" is, and how watching one other person be brave can be the thing that moves you forward in your own midlife transitionPress play and give yourself the honest pause this season of your life deserves, so your next chapter is one you choose on purpose.
If Andrea's story resonates and you want to discover your Ikigai, your reason for being, and design your next chapter alongside other professional women doing the same work, add your name to the waiting list for Kavita's new group program. And if you are wondering whether your career still fits the life you want, take the freeCareer and Life Fulfillment Quiz as a starting point.

After 35 years as a senior HR executive, Andrea Maizes walked away from her corporate career and quickly learned that exhaustion is not the same thing as being ready for what's next. #343: How to Rediscover the Gifts You Have Lost Sight Of in Midlife
Episode 343
Show notes
If someone asked you right now what is truly remarkable about you, what you are genuinely good at, and what lights you up, would you go silent?
Most of us would, and not because those things are not there. It is because we stopped looking at them a long time ago, somewhere underneath decades of pouring ourselves into everyone else. In this Thursday check-in, a companion to Monday's conversation in episode 342, Kavita picks up the line that reinvention is not about becoming someone new, it is about remembering every beautiful bit of who you already are, and she walks you through the honest questions that begin to lead you home to yourself in a midlife career and life transition.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• The one question about your younger self that reveals the earliest clues to what you are still drawn toward in midlife
• Why the things you are truly gifted at feel so easy that you dismiss them, and the simple ask that helps other people show you what you cannot see
• How the moments you feel most like yourself point straight at your values, your ikigai (your reason for being), and what actually matters in a midlife transitionPress play to begin remembering the self you have been overlooking for years, one honest answer at a time.
Kavita would love to hear what you rediscover this week. Email her directly at Kavita@itsmytimenowcoaching.com and share one beautiful bit of yourself you had forgotten.

#342: Why the Belief That You Are Too Old Is Keeping You Stuck in Midlife
Episode 342
Show notes
Have you started imagining what could be next for you, only to hear a familiar voice say some version of "It is too late for me, I am too old to start now"?
If you are in a midlife career and life transition, there is a good chance that one belief, more than any other, is the thing standing between you and the life you actually want. It is one of the most common beliefs people carry into this season, and it is not a fact. It is a story absorbed somewhere along the way from family, culture, and a world that keeps telling anyone past 50 to fade into the background. The good news is that a belief you were handed is a belief you are allowed to hand right back, and there is a clear, honest way to do it.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• Why "I am too old" is a learned limiting belief, not a truth, and where beliefs like this usually come from in the first place
• The four questions that dismantle any belief keeping you stuck in your midlife transitions walked through in real time using "I am too old" as the example
• Why reinvention is not about becoming someone new, but about taking every skill, every hard thing, and every buried passion you already carry and putting them together in a way you never have beforePress play to hand back the belief you were handed, and start walking toward the next chapter that has been waiting for you all along.
If a circle of like-minded people in the same season of life, doing this exact work together, sounds like something you would want, add your name to the waitlist here and share what you would want most from a community like that. There is no commitment, just an indication that this speaks to you, and your honest thoughts will help shape whether and how this program comes to life.

#341: How to Take Time for Yourself Without the Guilt in Midlife Career and Life Transitions
Episode 341
Show notes
Have you spent so many years pouring yourself into everyone else that you are no longer quite sure who you are underneath all the roles you carry?
Somewhere along the way, most of us slid to the very bottom of our own lists, and the well we were giving from slowly ran dry. And when the idea of taking real time for yourself finally comes up, the first thing that arrives is guilt. In this Thursday check-in, a companion to Monday's conversation with Monica Packer in episode 340, Kavita picks up one line worth sitting with, and turns it into a small, doable first step back toward the person you have been waiting to meet again in your midlife career and life transition.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• Why the belief that you have to keep pouring yourself out for everyone in your life is slowly emptying the self you were meant to be giving from
• The simple "do something list" practice you can start this week, and why it works so well for anyone who has spent decades getting it right for everyone else
• How giving yourself permission to try small, ordinary things purely for the joy of them begins to lead you back toward what actually lights you up in your midlife life transitionPress play to give yourself permission to take up space in your own life again, one small, imperfect, entirely yours thing at a time.
Kavita would love to hear what ends up on your do something list this week. Email her directly at Kavita@itsmytimenowcoaching.com and share the one thing you used to love and are ready to pick back up.

#340: What If Perfectionism Is the Real Reason You Feel Stuck in Midlife? with Monica Packer
Episode 340
Show notes
Have you ever wondered if the reason you feel stuck in your midlife transition has nothing to do with a lack of discipline, and everything to do with a hidden form of perfectionism you didn't even know you had?
Most of us think of perfectionism as the overachieving, driven, never-good-enough version. But there is another side of it that almost no one recognizes in themselves, the giving up, the waiting until you are sure you will not fail, the staying on the sidelines. It is the same rule underneath: if you cannot do it perfectly, it is not worth doing at all. This week, habits and identity coach Monica Packer joins the show to unpack the hidden perfectionism keeping so many of us stuck, why your identity has been misplaced onto your roles and outcomes, and what it looks like to finally come back home to yourself.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• Why so many accomplished people are perfectionists without even realizing it, and what that hidden pattern is really costing you
• How your identity gets tangled up in your roles as parent, partner, or professional, and the shift that helps you reclaim who you are underneath all of them
• The small, surprising practice Monica calls the "do something list" that helps you rediscover your passions, prioritize your own fulfillment, and find your way back to yourselfPress play to see why the years you may have spent calling yourself lazy, undisciplined, or someone who never follows through were never really about any of that, and what to do instead so this next chapter can actually be yours.

#339: How to Reconnect With What You Actually Want in a Midlife Transition
Episode 339
Show notes
Have you tried to picture what you actually want your life to look like, and found that the dream would not fully come into focus, or that you felt a little silly even trying?
Somewhere along the way, most of us stopped letting ourselves dream at all. We were told to be realistic, and slowly, without ever quite deciding to, we traded the big open dreaming for practical planning, and started asking what we can manage instead of what we truly want. In this Thursday check-in, Kavita picks up where episode 338 left off and gives you permission, and a real way, to reconnect with what you want, with the fear-driven editor kept outside the room, so that for the first time in a long while you actually know what you are walking toward.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• The fifteen-minute practice, built around one honest question, that lets you dream with the inner critic kept out of the room
• An easier way in when the blank page feels hard, by asking what you miss instead of what you want, and why your truest desires are often old ones still waiting exactly where you left them
• Why you cannot move toward a life you will not let yourself picture, and how giving yourself permission to want is where your next chapter actually beginsPress play to give yourself the honest fifteen minutes this week to see what you truly want, so that for the first time in a long while, you know where you are aiming.
If you would like Kavita's guided visualization to help you dream more clearly, underneath all the noise and the shoulds, email her directly at Kavita@itsmytimenowcoaching.com and she will happily send it your way.

#338: The Real Reason the Money Fear Keeps You Stuck in a Midlife Transition
Episode 338
Show notes
Have you convinced yourself that the work you truly want to do is a luxury you simply cannot afford right now?
For so many accomplished women in a midlife transition, the money fear arrives in almost the same breath as the dream itself. You know the work you are doing no longer fits, and you want something that means more, and then reality steps in with the mortgage, the bills, the people who depend on you. The fear is real, and it deserves an honest answer. But it is also rarely the whole story, and this episode honestly turns the question around so you can see what is really underneath it.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• The one question to ask instead of "can I afford to follow my purpose" that reframes the entire risk of staying versus leaving
• What palliative care nurse Bronnie Ware learned from people at the very end of their lives about the true cost of staying in a life that no longer fits, and why it may change how you think about your work today
• Why abundance is not the same as money, and how to recognize the other forms of wealth you may be running bankrupt in right now, no matter how full your bank account looksPress play to hear a grounded, honest conversation about money fear, real abundance, and the careful, patient way accomplished women actually move toward the work that fits them.
If you are ready to see which parts of your Ikigai, your strengths, passions, values, and contribution, are present in your life right now and which are not, take the Ikigai Clarity Assessment and then book a Complimentary Clarity Call with Kavita to talk through what your results mean and what your next step could look like.

#337: Why Your Future Self Already Knows Your Next Steps in a Midlife Transition
Episode 337
Show notes
Have you finally admitted to yourself what you want next, and immediately found that a wall of fear and doubt stands between you and actually reaching for it?
On Monday, in episode 336, Kristy Halvorsen left us with one question that silenced every fear long enough for us to see what we actually want. This Thursday check-in picks up right there. Once you can see the life you want, the work becomes meeting the wiser future version of yourself who has already walked the path, and giving yourself the permission you have been waiting on someone else to grant. That is the shift that turns a private daydream into something you actually begin to move toward in your midlife career and life transition.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• How to meet your inner mentor or future self, the wiser future version of you who is already on the other side of the fear and knows exactly what to tell you to do next
• The real reason belief matters in a midlife career and life transition, and how it changes what you notice, what you say yes to, and what you actually reach for
• Why permission to believe your next chapter is possible is not something you have to earn, and the simple act of claiming it that begins to change what you doPress play to meet the future version of yourself who already knows the way, and let her show you the very next step in your midlife life transition.
If you would like Kavita's guided visualization to meet your inner mentor and see the life you actually want, email Kavita directly at Kavita@itsmytimenowcoaching.com and she will send it to you.

#336: How to Follow the Tickles of Your Soul and Trust Your Intuition in Midlife Transitions, with Kristy Halvorsen
Episode 336
Show notes
Is there a steady pull inside you toward something different, something you keep talking yourself out of because it makes no sense on paper?
For so many women in a midlife transition, the hardest part is not the lack of a plan. It's learning to trust the inner knowing that keeps calling to you underneath the noise, the responsibilities, and the voices of everyone else. In this conversation, Kavita and Kristy Halvorsen explore what it means to live by what Kristy calls the tickles of your soul, your intuition, that quiet inner compass. In 2017, Kristy sold everything, walked away from her firefighting career, and drove into the unknown in her Airstream trailer, and nearly nine years later she shares why the life you long for may be waiting on the other side of finally listening to it.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• Why the inner pull you keep talking yourself out of, the one that makes no sense on paper, may be the truest compass you have during a midlife career or life transition
• The one question that dissolves almost every fear standing between you and the life you actually want, and how to sit with it honestly this week
• Why reinventing yourself is never about throwing away who you have been, but about bringing every skill, every role, and every hard-won lesson with you into what comes nextPress play to hear an honest, wide-open conversation about trusting yourself, letting go of the maps that no longer serve you, and remembering that you were born with permission to follow what is calling you.
If this episode is meeting you where you are, take the freeIkigai Clarity Assessment to turn down the noise and see honestly where your strengths, passions, values, and contribution are aligned in your life right now, thenbook a Complimentary Clarity Call with Kavita to name your very next honest step in your midlife career and life transition.

For nearly nine years, she has migrated with the seasons, often with no idea where she is heading next.

#335: Why Your Inner Critic Gets Loudest the Moment You Are Ready for a Transition
Episode 335
Show notes
Is there a voice in your head that keeps telling you you're not qualified, not ready, or not the kind of woman who gets to want something more?
That voice has a name. In coaching, it's called the gremlin, and you probably know it better as your inner critic. It was built a long time ago to keep you safe, and it has been doing its job by keeping you small ever since. In this Thursday check-in, Kavita goes deeper into step two of last Monday's episode 334, facing your fears, and walks you through the exact practice she uses with clients to loosen that voice's grip so it stops running your career and life decisions.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• What the gremlin (your inner critic) actually is, why it formed, and how to recognize it the moment it arrives during a career transition
• The simple naming and picturing practice that separates that voice from you, so you stop mistaking self-doubt for your own honest judgment
• How to give the same voice a new job and a new message, so the energy that was keeping you stuck starts working for your next chapter insteadPress play to meet your inner critic, understand what it has been trying to protect you from, and turn its voice into one that lifts you toward what you actually want next.

#334: What to Do When Your Career No Longer Fits in a Midlife Transition
Episode 334
Show notes
Have you built a career that looks successful from the outside, and still carry an honest knowing on the inside that it no longer fits the woman you have become?
Nothing may be obviously wrong. The title is still there, the paycheck is still there, and everyone around you assumes you should be grateful. But the person who chose this path 20 or 30 years ago is not you anymore. Your values have shifted, what you want from your days has changed, and wearing a career that fits who you used to be is a very particular kind of tired. In this episode, Kavita walks you through the three honest steps that finally move you forward when your career no longer fits your midlife career transition, drawn from her own reinvention and the women she has coached through the same crossroads.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• The one honest question you have to answer before anything in your career transition can begin to change, and why staying busy is how most women avoid it
• The real fear that is keeping you exactly where you are, even though you already know you want to move, and how naming your specific fear returns your power back to you
• Why fast external fixes leave you in a new version of the same unhappiness, and how getting to the root cause through your Ikigai and reason for being becomes the way forwardPress play to name what no longer fits, face the fear that has been keeping you there, and take the first honest step toward the next chapter that is truly yours.

#333: What to Do When Your Life Looks Fine but Something Feels Off in a Midlife Transition
Episode 333
Show notes
Have you been carrying around a low, humming sense that something in your life is off, but you cannot quite point to where?
On paper, much of your life looks fine. And yet underneath your days there is a low feeling of being out of balance, of moving from a good stretch to a hard one and back again without ever knowing why. Because you cannot name it, you cannot do anything about it, so you tell yourself it is nothing and you keep going. In this Thursday check-in, a companion to Monday's Episode 332 on making this season your own reset, Kavita walks you through a simple wheel of life exercise that turns that vague off feeling into a clear picture of where your life and who you are have drifted apart, and gives you one honest place to begin.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• Why the vague sense of being off in a midlife transition is not vague at all, and how putting your life on paper as a wheel makes it visible for the first time
• The eight areas to score honestly, and the one rule that matters more than all the rest
• How to choose the one starting point that smooths out your whole wheel, instead of trying to fix everything at oncePress play to name what has been off in your life, and find your one place to begin your reset this week.
To get the printable wheel of life exercise Kavita uses with her clients, email her directly at Kavita@itsmytimenowcoaching.com.
