Season 12 Episode 7

Tom & Andrea get stuck in another loop (or is it a spiral?) in Slay the Princess. We need a hero, a princess, a narrator, and the gamer to complete this visual novel turned gaming experience. It gets plenty cerebral in this one, so be sure you're paying attention. We take on the path Andrea went down for this one, as there are several you can take. Regardless, there's always a forest, always a shack, and always a princess. Will we slay her? Come find out what happens in Slay the Princess.

Season 11 Episode 7

Tom & Andrea take a trip behind the iron curtain in Atomic Heart. Come join P3 and his AI companion as they trek around Russia in an altered-history where Russia saved the world after WW2. There are robots, diseases, and more Bioshock references than an actual Bioshock game. All that being said, there are concerns about this title supporting Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine. The studio has denounced war on any peoples and has not aligned with Russia politically, however it's difficult to overlook the implications of the project and the connections already made.

We spent $30 on the game and felt the balance from that money spent should be repaid to the people tenfold. So we donated $300 to https://help.rescue.org/donate Love to Ukraine.

Hope you like this episode.
