Show notes
Welcome to The Porch & Cradle Podcast!
I'm Autumn, a mom, birth doula, and the heart behind Porch & Cradle. I created this podcast as a place for honest conversations about the things that matter most during the years when we're building and raising our families.
Here, we'll talk about birth, doula support, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, homeschooling, parenting, homemaking, marriage, faith, and everyday family life.
But more than anything, this podcast is about community.
Motherhood can feel incredibly lonely, and I believe we weren't meant to navigate it alone. I want Porch & Cradle to feel like pulling up a chair on the porch with another mom—having an honest conversation, sharing what we've learned, laughing about the messy moments, and reminding each other that we're doing better than we think.
So grab your coffee, pull up a chair, and welcome to Porch & Cradle.
