- Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) joins us LIVE to discuss the battle for Colorado's House seats on the eve of Election Day.
- Last-minute midterm polling check: Democrats lead the generic ballot by roughly eight to nine points as pollsters warn about nonresponse bias and fake polls.

Five days before the midterms, the Justice Department has issued a new wave of grand jury subpoenas in its criminal probe of how “Decoy Dan” Dan J. Sullivan landed on Alaska's Senate ballot, after a New York Times report that Democratic operatives sought to recruit candidates who share the incumbent's name. The Times also reports that federal agents investigated Rep. Ilhan Omar's marriage during the Obama administration, reportedly found evidence of fraud, and never brought charges. Early voting is past 31 million ballots, the Twin Cities saw another round of fraud-related search warrants, and El Salvador is sending about 1,000 troops to Haiti.

- The New York Times reports that FBI and DHS investigators examined Ilhan Omar's marriage in 2016 under Obama, reportedly found some evidence it was fraudulent, and prosecutors concluded the statute of limitations had run.
- Midterm update with less than a week to go: more than 31 million early votes are in, Republicans lead among Florida's 3.5 million early ballots, and the Democrats' generic ballot lead has ticked down slightly.
- El Salvador sends about 1,000 troops to Haiti after four Salvadoran members of the UN-backed force went missing following a gang ambush.
- Federal and state agents carry out court-authorized searches at several sites in the Twin Cities and Rochester, including autism-services providers, in Minnesota's latest fraud investigation.

Sen. Chuck Grassley says Jack Smith's special counsel team and the Biden Justice Department collected data on at least 639,000 Republican donors, supporters and voters, including red MAGA hat buyers, with records dating back to 2005 and, in Grassley's words, "well outside Smith's scope." On the legal front, the Ninth Circuit has handed the Trump administration a win over California, ruling the state can't force federal immigration agents to display identification. And the administration says it has removed tens of thousands of deceased and double-covered people from Obamacare, as fraud becomes a front-line midterm issue. Plus: a container ship goes down near Hormuz, U.S. soldiers return to the jungle in Panama, and The Daily Signal's Virginia Grace McKinnon joins us live on new midterm election scandals.

Three weeks before the midterms, early voting numbers are running well below expectations in many states, lower than some experts projected. The Democrats' answer? Pull Hillary Clinton out of political cold storage to co-host a midterm podcast with Kara Swisher. Meanwhile, the Falklands are heating up again: British paratroopers just rehearsed a 1982-style amphibious assault on the islands as Argentina's Javier Milei lets his ultimatum over the Sea Lion oil project run out. Plus, the Supreme Court takes up the case of a Nigerian asylum seeker who cooked for a terrorist group, and the FBI hits North Korean laptop farms across Texas.
TONIGHT'S RUNDOWN:
- Early voting numbers are coming in far below expectations in many states, lower than some experts projected.
- Hillary Clinton returns to the mic with "High Stakes," a midterm-focused podcast with Kara Swisher launching Wednesday through Vox Media.
- British paratroopers wrap a six-day Falklands exercise modeled on the 1982 landings as Argentina's Milei lets his deadline over the Sea Lion oil project expire.
- The Supreme Court agrees to decide whether a Nigerian asylum seeker's work cooking meals for a terrorist group, allegedly against his will, counts as "material support" under federal immigration law.
- The FBI searches roughly 40 Texas homes tied to North Korean "laptop farms," seizing about 187 devices in a scheme that used stolen American identities to funnel money to Pyongyang's weapons programs.

After a week of Houthi missile attacks on Saudi airports, a Saturday strike on Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport left at least 12 dead, including an American, and more than 300 wounded. Back home, Homeland Security agents executed a judicially authorized search warrant at Rep. Ilhan Omar's Washington-area home, part of what the Justice Department calls an ongoing criminal investigation, just three weeks before the midterms. And a federal judge says the Trump administration defied her order, cutting down hundreds of trees at a historic D.C. golf course without the notice she demanded.
TONIGHT'S RUNDOWN:
- Riyadh's main airport suspends operations after a deadly strike that killed at least 12, including one American citizen, as Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia escalate.
- Federal agents search Rep. Ilhan Omar's Washington-area home as part of an ongoing criminal investigation, and Omar calls it political targeting.
- Judge Ana Reyes blasts the Trump administration after hundreds of trees came down at D.C.'s East Potomac Golf Links despite her order to give notice, and halts further cutting.
- Columbus Day vs. Indigenous Peoples Day: Trump proclaims October 12 Columbus Day, and the holiday culture war is back in full swing.
- Why Justin Murphy, the Republican nominee taking on Sen. Cory Booker in New Jersey, may be the best GOP Senate candidate of the cycle.Help get inappropriate material out of elementary schools. Sign the petition by texting TONY to 83848 or visit https://JoinADF.com/tony

A federal judge ruled that the Justice Department's effort to collect state voter rolls and run them against a federal immigration database is unlawful, and another judge blocked the deportation of a man shot by ICE in New York City. The State Department has now revoked more than 250,000 visas, and Rubio just wrapped a European tour featuring a new Greenland security pact and a Strategic Dialogue in Athens — State Department Principal Deputy Spokeswoman Paloma Chacón joins us LIVE. Meanwhile, the Michigan Senate debate got personal, forecasters are feuding over the midterm polls, and gun owners just scored a major win as the ATF stops enforcing NFA registration for suppressors and short-barreled rifles.
TONIGHT'S RUNDOWN:
- Judge Sparkle Sooknanan rules in a 78-page opinion that DOJ's push to gather state voter rolls and check them against the DHS SAVE database to demand removals is unlawful — DOJ says it is reviewing the ruling, and it has lost more than 20 similar cases
- Judge J. Paul Oetken temporarily bars the deportation of Oscar Belgal, a Dominican national shot by ICE officers in the Bronx during an arrest attempt, and bars his transfer outside the New York–New Jersey area while his detention challenge is pending — DHS says he has a grand larceny conviction and a lengthy arrest record
- The State Department says it has revoked more than 250,000 visas since January 2025, up from 175,000 in August — Paloma Chacón joins us LIVE to talk Rubio's trip, the new U.S.–Denmark–Greenland security pact, and the U.S.–Greece Strategic Dialogue
- Michigan's Senate debate between Abdul El-Sayed and Mike Rogers turns into a shouting match of personal attacks, while Nate Silver and other forecasters trade barbs over what the latest polling actually shows
- The ATF announces it will no longer enforce NFA approval, registration, and tax-stamp requirements for suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and "any other weapons," effective today — a major win for the Second Amendment

Tonight on The Tony Kinnett Cast — live at 7PM ET on The Daily Signal's YouTube channel.
Texas Senate nominee James Talarico has been off the campaign trail for 12 days with just 26 days until Election Day — his campaign says it's the flu, while Ken Paxton's "Where's Jimmy?" countdown and a crowd chant at Trump's San Antonio rally have turned the absence into the story of the race. Meanwhile, Vice President Vance announced that Microsoft, Adobe, and several Indian IT firms are being suspended from the green card program for H-1B workers over fraud allegations, Defense Secretary Hegseth says the firing squad execution of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan will be public, and President Trump just promised no strikes on Iran before the midterms.
TONIGHT'S RUNDOWN:
- James Talarico's 12-day absence from the trail becomes the Texas Senate race's biggest storyline — his campaign says he has the flu and will be back this weekend, while Paxton's campaign demands "proof of life," Trump calls him "missing in action," and Talarico's next scheduled event is a CNN town hall on October 14
- Vice President JD Vance announces the White House Fraud Task Force is suspending Microsoft, Adobe, Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, and Capgemini from a program used to seek green cards for H-1B workers — Vance says Microsoft laid off 6,000 Americans while obtaining 6,300 H-1B visas, and Labor Secretary Sonderling says DOL has uncovered $22 billion in visa fraud
- Nidal Hasan, the former Army psychiatrist convicted of killing 13 people at Fort Hood in 2009, is set to be executed by firing squad on December 3 — the first U.S. military execution since 1961 — and Hegseth says "we'll make sure that people are able to watch it"
- President Trump announces on Truth Social that the U.S. "will not be attacking Iran at any time prior to the midterm elections," citing "productive discussions" with Tehran, one day after The Atlantic reported the White House asked the Pentagon for pre-election strike options
- Michigan Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed faces fresh trouble from his own side — focus groups of Michigan Democrats show doubts over Israel and a sense of being taken for granted among Black voters — while Democratic Senate candidates across the map scramble in the final stretch

On the third anniversary of October 7, the FBI announced it stopped an ISIS-inspired plot to attack the Mall of America, arresting an 18-year-old U.S. citizen of Somali descent from Richfield, Minnesota, after a nearly two-year investigation. Meanwhile, the DNC filed a federal lawsuit over the Trump administration's taxpayer-funded TV ads, ousted Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro is expected to face new U.S. charges over the alleged torture of Americans, and NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani's October 7 statement set off a firestorm.
TONIGHT'S RUNDOWN:
- The FBI arrests 18-year-old Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud of Richfield, Minnesota, after he allegedly pledged support to ISIS and paid $600 to an undercover FBI employee for an AK-47 and 200 rounds of ammunition, planning an attack on a festival at the Mall of America later this month
- The DNC sues the Trump administration in D.C. federal court, alleging its recent TV ad campaign is illegal government-funded propaganda — the White House calls the ads public service announcements, and Trump says future ads will be paid for by his MAGA Inc. super PAC
- Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores, already facing narco-terrorism charges in New York, are expected to face new charges tied to the alleged torture of Americans detained in Venezuela — an announcement could come as soon as Thursday
- The Atlantic reports, citing two unnamed administration officials, that the White House asked the Pentagon for Iran strike options that could be carried out before the November 3 midterms — the report says no decision has been made
- Mamdani marks the October 7 anniversary with a statement acknowledging Hamas "war crimes" while accusing Israel of "genocide" — the ADL, Israeli officials, and Jewish leaders blast the statement, with the ADL pointing out he never once used the word "Jews"
- More midterm chaos as early voting gets underway and campaigns scramble with less than four weeks to go

An internal DHS alert obtained by NewsNation warns that a cartel-linked smuggler may be planning to target and abduct Border Patrol personnel near Presidio and El Paso, Texas. Meanwhile, Middle East oil exports are reportedly back above pre-war levels, and President Trump signed an executive order letting truckers and farmers use tax-free red-dyed diesel on the highway through the end of the year. The media is also melting down over Trump's rally remarks about Iran and California, and the White House says critics are twisting what he actually meant.
TONIGHT'S RUNDOWN:
- An internal DHS alert reveals a known smuggler may be planning to bring migrants from Colombia and Venezuela across the Texas border as cover to target and kidnap CBP personnel in the Presidio and El Paso areas — CBP says it is vetting the intelligence and declined to discuss countermeasures
- Middle East oil exports climb back above pre-war levels, per Kpler data, while President Trump signs an executive order allowing tax-free red-dyed diesel for highway use through December 31 to bring down near-record diesel prices
- Trump's Nebraska rally comment — "Let them take out Los Angeles, let them take out San Diego" — sparks a media firestorm and a "deranged" charge from Gov. Newsom, while the White House says he was describing what a nuclear Iran would have threatened, not hoping for an attack
- Kilmar Abrego Garcia is back in federal court in Maryland as the government fights to deport him to Liberia, Sen. Elissa Slotkin claims Saddam Hussein "would spit out his tea" at Trump's corruption, and Michigan Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed again can't bring himself to condemn the Muslim Brotherhood on live TV
