The more information that comes out about the investigation into the passing of 15-year-old Javits Frimpong, the more skeptical I become.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny has provided new details about the investigation, including three possible motives police are exploring, that are questionable.

There is also a troubling questions surrounding the New York City Department of Education after Chief Kenny revealed that investigators are having difficulty obtaining school records without a subpoena.

Police also say they have surveillance footage of three individuals before and after the incident, including footage of them jumping a subway turnstile and boarding a southbound No. 5 train toward Manhattan.

But that’s not all.

Students from DreamYard Preparatory School staged a walkout demanding justice for Javits. I’m going to play footage of students raising serious concerns about their school administration, including allegations that school officials failed to do enough to protect students.

With conflicting accounts, unanswered questions, and three individuals still being sought by police, I do not like the direction this investigation is taking.

What happened to Javits Frimpong? Could more have been done to protect him? And are the authorities doing everything necessary to bring his family justice?

On November 1, people from across America came together for ONE MARCH, 50 STATES, a nationwide movement bringing together people from all walks of life, backgrounds, religions, and communities with one common goal: JUSTICE.

Since July 6, the Trent Out Loud YouTube channel has continued asking one question: WHAT HAPPENED TO NOLAN WELLS?

Yesterday, I spoke about the tragic passing of 15-year-old Javits Frimpong, a young boy born in Ghana who had been living in the United States for only one year before he lost his life while walking to school in the Bronx, New York.

At the end of that video, I made a passionate appeal to the African diaspora. Black Americans, Black Caribbeans, Black Canadians, Black Europeans, and Africans across the continent must not allow division to destroy our unity.

Unfortunately, today I’ve come across videos that demonstrate exactly what I was concerned about.

In this video, I’m going to share three different perspectives that raise some difficult questions about identity, belonging, and unity within the African diaspora.

First, two African men delivering what they describe as a warning to Black Americans.

Second, a heated confrontation at Javits Frimpong’s vigil between an African woman and a Black American man. The woman argues that this is a day for Africans, while the man makes the case that this is a day for all Black people to come together and mourn.

Finally, we’ll hear from Gloria Frimpong, who shares her personal experiences of leaving Ghana and moving to the United States.

Three videos. Different perspectives. Different experiences. And a conversation that desperately needs to happen.

WE CANNOT ALLOW DIVISION TO BECOME MORE IMPORTANT THAN JUSTICE!

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: we need to build a coalition.

Whether your ancestors were born in Ghana, Jamaica, Nigeria, Haiti, Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, or Europe, our differences should not prevent us from recognizing our shared humanity, supporting one another, and standing together when injustice occurs.

We also need allies from every background, nationality, and religion who believe in fairness, accountability, and justice.

At a time when so many Black, brown, and marginalized communities are demanding answers and accountability from institutions of power, we cannot afford to turn against one another.

This conversation is not about attacking Africans or Black Americans. It’s about understanding where these divisions come from, acknowledging different experiences, and finding a path toward unity.

Javits Frimpong was only 15 years old. His family deserves justice, dignity, and support. His passing should bring people together, not push them apart.

As promised earlier today, I am back with PART TWO of ONE MARCH, 50 STATES: WHAT HAPPENED TO NOLAN WELLS?

For those who missed Part One, I’ll give you a quick recap. But this video is dedicated to the powerful images, protests, and marches that took place across America today as people from all walks of life came together with one common goal: JUSTICE.

Black, white, young, old, regardless of race, religion, or background, people stood together in solidarity to demand justice for Nolan Xavier Wells and for every person who has been oppressed, forgotten, or treated unfairly by the justice system.

Today was bigger than one person, one community, or one state. It was about unity, accountability, and reminding the world that no life should be forgotten and no family should have to fight alone for answers.

From coast to coast, people showed up, raised their voices, carried signs, marched through the streets, and sent one powerful message: WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED.

A CALL TO THE BLACK DIASPORA WORLDWIDE! 🌍✊🏾

15-year-old Javits Frimpong came to the Bronx, New York, from Ghana just one year ago. On Thursday, his young life was tragically cut short. Now, his passing has sparking a much bigger conversation about unity, identity, and solidarity within the Black diaspora.

Before we have that conversation, I’m going to bring everyone up to speed with news reports, surveillance footage, an interview with his father, protests, a statement from his family, and the responses from New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and President Donald Trump.

There are reports that Javits experienced harassment at school, but whether that alleged harassment had any connection to his passing remains unclear.

What is especially disturbing is the conversation happening online, with some suggesting that Black Americans should not concern themselves with his passing simply because he was born in Ghana.

We need to talk about that!

Whether you’re Black American, Black Canadian, Caribbean, African, Black European, or part of the African diaspora anywhere in the world, our differences should never become an excuse to abandon one another.

For centuries, people of African descent around the world have experienced oppression, discrimination, and injustice. Our histories may be different, but our struggles are connected.

In 2026, with so many troubling incidents involving young people and families demanding answers, this is a time for solidarity, not division.

JAY-Z, ROC NATION & THE 2027 BLACK BOWL: A CALL FOR UNITY AND JUSTICE!

Following reports that Jay-Z will headline the 2027 Super Bowl halftime show, I had what I can only describe as an epiphany. And today, I have a message for Jay-Z and Roc Nation.

For those who have followed The Trent Out Loud YouTube channel for some time, you know that throughout 2026, I’ve been critical of Jay-Z and Roc Nation, particularly when it comes to what I believe is their lack of support for independent and new media. I’ve always considered that constructive criticism because I strongly believe new media is the future, and our voices deserve a seat at the table.

But over the past six months, I’ve also been preaching something even bigger: UNITY.

I’ve been advocating for a powerful coalition of Black, Brown, and other minority communities. And I’ve come to realize that if we’re serious about unity, that coalition must include our celebrities, entertainers, business leaders, and cultural icons, even those with whom we’ve had disagreements.

We are living through a critical moment in our 400-year struggle for equality, justice, and opportunity. This is not the time to allow minor differences to divide us. This is the time to come together.

That’s why I’m putting my differences aside and supporting Jay-Z as the reported 2027 Super Bowl halftime headliner.

But I want Jay-Z and Roc Nation to think BIGGER than a halftime performance.

The Super Bowl is one of the biggest global stages in entertainment. This is an opportunity to do more than celebrate Jay-Z’s legendary music catalogue. It’s an opportunity to celebrate our communities, amplify our voices, honor our culture, and demand justice.

I want to see Jay-Z and Roc Nation use that stage to bring attention to the calls for justice for Nolan Xavier Wells, Ashlee Jenae, and Kohen Wiley.

I want to see support for HBCUs, historically Black colleges and universities, and the incredible talent they produce.

I want to see local choirs, churches, community organizations, and young Black artists represented on that stage.

I want to see the entire African diaspora celebrated, from African Americans to the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America, and beyond.

I want to see a halftime show that represents our history, our struggles, our achievements, our culture, and most importantly, our future.

I WANT JAY-Z TO TURN THE 2027 SUPER BOWL INTO THE 2027 BLACK BOWL!

This isn’t about division. It’s about unity, representation, accountability, empowerment, and using one of the world’s biggest platforms to make a meaningful difference.

Jay-Z and Roc Nation have an opportunity to create something that goes far beyond music. Something that could inspire an entire generation.

The question is: Will they take it?

The 911 audio and police body-camera footage from the controversial incident involving Nevada, the 3-year-old soccer player, have now been released, and the controversy is taking another turn.

Several online podcasters, YouTubers, and commentators are making a big deal out of the fact that the person who reportedly called the police was Thomas Hayes, a Black man, rather than a white parent. Some are now asking, “How does the Black community feel knowing it was a Black man who called the police?”

I do not speak on behalf of all Black people, BUT I can assure you that many of us are not surprised. We are well aware that in situations like this, there can be someone willing to accommodate, defend, or do the bidding of white people, even when that means treating another Black family unfairly. The terms “Uncle Tom” and “Sambo” have historically been used to criticize that kind of behavior.

Before we break down the newly released 911 audio and body-camera footage, we’re going to examine an important interview Nevada’s mother gave to Loren LoRosa of The Breakfast Club. She shares details that I believe everyone needs to hear before drawing conclusions about what happened.

Then we’re going directly into the 911 call involving Thomas Hayes. One of the most revealing moments, in my opinion, is when Hayes complains that Nevada’s mother was putting him on Instagram and calling him names. Why was that something he felt needed to be raised during a police call?

We’ll also examine the body-camera footage, where several remarks raise serious questions about how this situation was handled.

The most troubling moment, in my opinion, comes when Hayes acknowledges that both sides — the white parents and Nevada’s parents — were arguing, yet decides that Nevada’s family should be the one removed.

If both families were arguing, why weren’t both families asked to leave? Why was Nevada’s family singled out?

To me, that raises serious questions about whether Thomas Hayes was showing preferential treatment toward the white parents rather than applying the same standard to everyone involved.

We have obtained publicly released videos and photographs from the heartbreaking funeral of Kohen Wiley, and today we are sharing them with you.

There is a reason why Emmett Till’s mother, Mamie Till-Mobley, insisted that the world see what happened to her son and allowed Jet magazine to publish those devastating photographs. She wanted the world to witness the reality of what had happened. I believe there is a similar importance in allowing the public to see these images from Kohen Wiley’s funeral.

But before we share those emotional moments, we have some important developments to discuss.

Officer Hunter Foster has offically resigned following the Kohen Wiley shooting. But does resignation really mean accountability? We examine what his departure means, whether he could potentially work for another law enforcement agency in the future, and why resignation alone does not necessarily prevent an officer from returning to policing.

We also take a closer look at Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch, including questions surrounding her professional background and allegations involving racial discrimination and unequal pay affecting Black employees.

A young Black soccer player named Nevada is making headlines after allegations surfaced that parents of other players called the police because of his incredible talent and dominance on the soccer field.

According to the story circulating online, Nevada was scoring goals, controlling the ball, and outperforming other children. But instead of celebrating his talent, some parents allegedly decided to involve law enforcement.

Based on the information we have right now, I can’t help but question whether this young man’s biggest offense was simply being phenomenally Black!

Was this really about sportsmanship, or was this another example of a talented young Black child being treated differently because he was simply too good?

We’re going to examine the allegations, separate what has been confirmed from what hasn’t, and discuss the bigger questions surrounding race, youth sports, and the treatment of gifted Black children.

6 Key Details About the Nevada Soccer Controversy

• Young Soccer Phenom: Nevada is a talented young Black soccer player who reportedly dominated games, scoring goals and outperforming other children.
• Parents Complained: According to allegations circulating online, some parents became frustrated with Nevada’s exceptional performance on the field.
• Police Were Called: Winter Park police were contacted during the incident. However, police say the call concerned a disturbance involving adults, not Nevada scoring too many goals.
• Trespassing Allegations: The incident reportedly involved a trespassing dispute. However, Winter Park police say no trespass warning or trespassing enforcement action was taken.
• Removed From the League: Nevada’s family says i9 Sports removed him from the program and refunded their registration fee following the controversy.
• No Arrests Made: Despite police involvement and the reported trespassing dispute, authorities say nobody was arrested.

The Bigger Question: Was Nevada simply too talented for the competition, or was this another example of a gifted young Black athlete being treated unfairly? His family’s concerns raise important questions, although racial discrimination has not been established as the cause of the incident.

New body camera footage has been released in the Kohen Wiley case, and in my opinion, this footage raises even more serious questions about Officer Hunter Foster use of force.

This is NOT the same body camera footage released two days ago. This newly released footage is from Officer Hunter Foster himself, and it shows him drawing his weapon while running toward the vehicle occupied by Kohen Wiley as the vehicle is reversing.

Officer Hunter Foster fires three shots. In my opinion, the first and second shots require further independent investigation. However, I believe the third shot, which appears to have been fired from the side of the vehicle, raises particularly serious questions about whether the use of force was legally justified.

Under U.S. Supreme Court precedent, each use of force from an officer must be evaluated based on the circumstances at the moment it occurs. A moving vehicle can present a deadly threat, but that does not automatically justify firing at it, particularly if the immediate threat has passed.

In my opinion, this new footage strengthens the case for criminal charges against Officer Hunter Foster. I believe he should be arrested, formally charged, and required to answer for his actions in court.

There have also been reports suggesting that Officer Hunter Foster has resigned. However, an official resignation letter has not been made public, and we are reserving that announcement until we receive official confirmation.

I also believe that resignation alone is not enough. If Officer Hunter Foster simply resigns, there is a possibility he could seek employment with another law enforcement agency. In my opinion, he should be terminated and held accountable through the criminal justice system.

We’re going to watch this newly released body camera footage together, examine all three shots, and discuss why I believe this case demands immediate accountability and an independent investigation.

I would also like to remind everyone that earlier this week, Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch officially determined that Officer Hunter Foster’s use of force in the shooting of Kohen Wiley was justified and declined to pursue criminal charges. This decision was announced before the full body camera footage was publicly released, and in my opinion, the newly released evidence raises serious questions about that determination.

KOHEN WILEY FAMILY & ATTORNEYS DEMAND JUSTICE! OFFICER HUNTER FOSTER RESIGNS!

Kohen Wiley’s family and attorneys just held a powerful press conference, making it clear that they believe this is an open-and-shut case and that Officer Hunter Foster should be held criminally accountable for the Kohen Wiley incident.

In today’s video, we’re going over the entire press conference. Authorities are expected to officially release the complete footage today after allowing the family to view it first. But one major question remains: Who leaked yesterday’s footage, and why?

During the press conference, the family and attorneys raised several serious concerns:

* Alleged Shoplifting: Attorneys emphasized that this was an alleged shoplifting incident. Nobody had been arrested or charged with shoplifting at the time.

* Officers’ Actions: The family’s legal team argued that officers appeared prepared to act aggressively before the vehicle was allegedly pointed toward them, pointing to footage showing officers running out of Walmart with their hands near their waists.

* Walmart Policy: Attorneys questioned why officers pursued the situation on Walmart property when Walmart’s shoplifting policy reportedly discourages chasing suspected shoplifters.

* Independent Autopsy: Mississippi has not yet released the official autopsy findings. According to the family’s attorneys, an independent autopsy determined that Kohen Wiley was struck from the side rather than directly from the front.

* Use of Force: Attorneys referenced Supreme Court precedent requiring each use of force to be evaluated individually. They argued that even if an initial shot was justified, subsequent shots must also be justified.

* The Third Shot: The family and attorneys repeatedly emphasized that the third shot, allegedly fired from the side while the vehicle was fleeing, was NOT justified.

* Calls for Accountability: The family called on Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch to do the right thing, criticized the city and county’s handling of the incident, and called for FBI involvement.

Both of Kohen Wiley’s grandmothers spoke during the press conference, along with two activists. Kohen’s father was present but did not speak. His mother was not in attendance, and no reason for her absence was confirmed.

The family also reminded everyone that Kohen Wiley would have celebrated his second birthday on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

And just as the press conference was ending, news emerged that Officer Hunter Foster had resigned from his position. He was NOT fired. He resigned.

The family continues to demand accountability, transparency, and justice for Kohen Wiley.

NEW BODY CAM & WALMART SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE RELEASED IN THE KOHEN WILEY CASE!

Darkhorse Press has obtained body-camera and Walmart surveillance footage from the June 14, 2026, officer-involved incident with Kohen Wiley in Senatobia, Mississippi.

Yesterday, we reported that Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch determined that Senatobia Police Officer Hunter Foster was justified in his use of force and would not face criminal charges. That decision has sparked significant backlash. We will pin yesterday’s video in the comment section below.

Today, we’re examining the newly released footage.

According to an article published by Mississippi Today, in collaboration with journalists from The New York Times and Verite News, a law enforcement official who requested anonymity confirmed the authenticity of the footage. The news organizations also conducted their own video analysis, comparing the recordings with previously captured bystander footage.

Darkhorse Press reports obtaining three body-camera recordings and two Walmart surveillance recordings.

HOWEVER, THERE IS SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER!

We still have NOT seen all the available footage, including the body-camera recording from Hunter Foster, the officer identified as having fired the shots.

Based on the footage I have reviewed so far, including the Walmart surveillance video, I believe Hunter Foster was NOT justified in his use of force and should be arrested immediately. That is my opinion.

What I see raises serious concerns about the actions of Officer Foster and what I believe was a clear abuse of power. However, I also recognize that additional footage could provide important context, which is why the complete release of ALL available recordings is so important.

In today’s video, we’re going to review the footage together, discuss what it shows, what remains unanswered, and whether Attorney General Lynn Fitch’s decision was justified.

🚨 MISSISSIPPI IS BACK IN THE HEADLINES! RELEASE THE BODY CAMERA & SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE!

On June 14, 2026, 1-year-old Kohen Wiley lost his life during an encounter with law enforcement in Senatobia, Mississippi. Now, serious questions remain about what actually happened, and the public deserves answers.

Before we get into this video, let’s clear up some misinformation connecting the Kohen Wiley case to the Nolan Xavier Wells case. Yes, both incidents happened in Mississippi, but they occurred in different districts and were handled by different authorities. However, there is ONE key government official with a connection to both cases, and we’re going to explain exactly what that connection is.

In this video, we’re breaking down:

🔹 The facts surrounding the June 14, 2026 incident involving Kohen Wiley.

🔹 The misleading information and misinterpreted evidence circulating online.

🔹 What I consider a HORRIBLY MISLEADING statement released by Mississippi public safety officials on June 14, 2026.

🔹 The statement from Kohen Wiley’s family, represented by civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump.

🔹 Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch’s determination that the officer’s use of force was justified.

🔹 Why the body camera footage and surveillance video are so important to understanding what actually happened.

According to law enforcement, the vehicle was heading toward officers, placing them in danger. However, Kohen Wiley’s family disputes that account and points to autopsy findings that they believe raise serious questions about the official version of events.

The family and their attorneys say they have not received the body camera or surveillance footage.

How can the public and family fully evaluate what happened without seeing this critical evidence? I find it deeply concerning that a determination has been made about the officer’s use of force while the family is still seeking access to the footage.

But here’s something equally important: WE MUST BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT WE SAY AND WHAT WE PRESENT AS FACT.

There is a difference between suspicion, interpretation, allegations and verified evidence. We must be diligent, responsible and willing to examine ALL the facts.

We need to crawl before we walk. Let’s not allow misinformation undermine legitimate demands for accountability.

RELEASE THE BODY CAMERA FOOTAGE. RELEASE THE SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE. LET THE EVIDENCE SPEAK FOR ITSELF!

Justice, transparency and accountability should never be controversial.

Are the lawyers representing Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends AFRAID to discuss the FACTS and FORENSIC EVIDENCE surrounding his passing? After 72 hours, I’m beginning to question whether Edward Paltzik and Tyler Cox ever had any serious intention of having a meaningful conversation.

Approximately 72 hours ago, I released a video discussing an olive branch that Tyler Cox reportedly extended to Secret Service Sam, suggesting that both sides sit down and have a conversation.

Sam subsequently invited me to participate in order to balance the discussion, with two lawyers, two content creators, and Sam facilitating the conversation.

We then presented our terms and proposals, including TWO NON-NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS:

1. THE SEA TOW AUDIO: Both sides would mutually agree on an independent, court-approved forensic audio expert to examine the UNREDACTED Sea Tow audio, followed by a qualified forensic transcription specialist to help establish exactly what can be heard in the background. The goal? To finally give the public credible, independently examined forensic evidence instead of endless speculation.
2. THE ALLEGED HORN ISLAND WITNESSES: We wanted answers about the credibility and reliability of the witnesses who reportedly claimed to have seen Nolan Xavier Wells on Horn Island around 6 PM on July 4. How did they identify Nolan? Did they know him personally? How far away were they? And what evidence supports their accounts?

These were not unreasonable requests. They were requests for FACTS, FORENSIC EVIDENCE, and TRANSPARENCY.

Now, approximately 72 hours later, we have yet to see meaningful progress toward agreeing on these two conditions. From my perspective, the apparent reluctance to address these specific issues raises serious questions about whether this proposed conversation was ever going to happen.

But here’s what I find particularly interesting: I’m actually GRATEFUL that these two issues appear to be sticking points.

Because if anything, this experience has reinforced exactly where I believe we should be focusing our attention as we continue demanding answers for Christine and Elmore.

This has NEVER been about winning an online argument. This is about establishing the FACTS, examining the FORENSIC EVIDENCE, and demanding JUSTICE FOR NOLAN XAVIER WELLS.

The questions aren’t going away. Neither are we. 🩵✊🏾🙏🏾

Yesterday, I was made aware that the attorneys representing Nolan Xavier Wells’s friends, Morgan Seymour, Jax Pitalo, and Benjamin Warren Hudson Jr., may be interested in extending an olive branch and opening a line of communication with content creator Secret Service Sam.

The attorneys, Edward Paltzik and Tyler Cox, have allegedly expressed interest in having a conversation.

Yesterday, while I was on Secret Service Sam's livestream, Sam invited me to join the proposed conversation with the attorneys. We then discussed whether sitting down with them would be a good idea, and we both agreed that such a conversation could be extremely valuable, not for the benefit of either side, but for the public and family, which has been demanding answers about the Nolan Xavier Wells investigation.

Over the past several days, the calls for justice have continued to grow, with protests and gatherings in New York City, Atlanta, and other locations across the United States. And from what we’re witnessing, this movement is only gaining momentum.

In today’s video, I’m going to discuss three reasons why I believe this conversation is important, along with two things both sides could collectively bring to the table that I believe could eliminate 80–90% of the speculation, confusion, and misunderstandings circulating online.

I’ll also outline the rules, boundaries, and parameters I believe should be respected if this conversation takes place.

Of course, I want to hear from you. I understand that some people may strongly disagree with the idea of sitting down with these attorneys, and that’s exactly why this discussion is important.

I’m always open to different perspectives, ideas, and approaches. But ultimately, any communication must serve one purpose: getting answers, demanding transparency, and continuing the fight for justice for Nolan Xavier Wells and his family.

Last night, New York City and several other locations witnessed enormous gatherings of people standing together to demand JUSTICE FOR NOLAN XAVIER WELLS!

For weeks, I have been warning Mississippi officials, District Attorneys, the medical examiner, law enforcement, and every authority involved in the Nolan Xavier Wells case that this moment was coming!

We have seen the rumblings growing over the past several weeks, but last night was something different. The movement is growing, the voices are getting louder, and the demand for justice is reaching far and wide.

In my opinion, the grand jury’s decision to return a “NO TRUE BILL” was the spark that ignited a movement that is now gaining attention around THE WORLD!

And if last night was any indication, what we witnessed was merely the beginning. The momentum is building, the public is paying attention, and the calls for accountability are only getting louder!

The people want answers. The people want transparency. And above all, the people want JUSTICE FOR NOLAN XAVIER WELLS!

This is bigger than one city, one state, or one country. The world is watching!

TMZ has just released a new article about the Nolan Xavier Wells case, reporting on a 300-page report containing information from Nolan’s cellphone, including Snapchat and other messages.

The headline reads: “Nolan Wells Family Releases Report Messages From His Friends.”

The moment I saw that headline, I had concerns about the direction TMZ was taking with its coverage.

I have been very vocal about TMZ’s reporting on the Nolan Xavier Wells case, and this latest article is no exception.

A few days ago, I received a screenshot from a supporter alleging that Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends, Warren Hudson Jr., Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour, along with their attorneys, Edward Andrew Paltzik and J. Tyler Cox, are pursuing a defamation lawsuit against me over statements I’ve made about the Nolan Xavier Wells case.

The allegations also involve an Instagram Reel I posted that was shared by NFL Hall of Famer and former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Terrell Owens.

IMPORTANT: I have NOT independently verified the authenticity of this screenshot. I do not know whether it is real, altered, or AI-generated.

I also received a SECOND screenshot allegedly showing former police officer and social media commentator Brandon Tatum reposting allegations that I’m being sued for defamation. Again, I have NOT verified whether this screenshot is authentic or AI-generated, and I am not presenting it as confirmed.

In today’s episode of The Trent Out Loud Show, I’m going to explain where I’ve been for the past four days, address these screenshots, and discuss FIVE very important things:

Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends have filed their first official lawsuit in Mississippi, claiming that NFL Hall of Fame wide receiver Terrell Owens defamed them when he reposted one of my Trent Out Loud Instagram videos in which I called for the immediate arrest of the three white boys “expeditiously.”

I want to make something very clear: Nolan’s former friends and their lawyers, J. Tyler Cox and Edward Andrew Paltzik, have sent out a number of 10-day defamation notices demanding that individuals comply with their requests. But this is the first official lawsuit to be filed, and they are demanding a trial by jury.

This marks the first official lawsuit connected to the Nolan Xavier Wells case — and unfortunately, it has nothing to do with bringing justice to Nolan Xavier Wells.

In this episode, I’m breaking down everything contained in the lawsuit, what it could mean, and the potential implications surrounding the case. I’ll also go over comments from Sarah J. Fields, former Officer Brandon Tatum, and attorneys J. Tyler Cox and Edward Andrew Paltzik, along with what each of them has had to say about me.

And, of course, I’ll tell you what I believe is really behind this lawsuit. In my opinion, this has far less to do with defamation and much more to do with grifting and the potential to make millions of dollars outside of the lawsuit itself.
