DIP Ep 678: The Extremely Clutch USPSTF Podcast (Part 2)
Show notes
I take a very different approach from most to explain the USPSTF guidelines in this podcast. I provide mechanisms, logic, and integration that makes it feel like an easy to understand subject than a bucket list to memorize. Super HY stuff for all the USMLE and COMLEX exams! I also integrate some strange but HY items like GAD-7, AUDIT-C, etc. I specifically try to emphasize traps that get many people down on these exams.

Comprehensive 20 Hour Step 2/3 Review (October 26-30, 2026)
Show notes
Watching lectures at 2x feels productive, but the NBME doesn’t test what you’ve watched. It tests what you can pull out of your own head under pressure.
In this episode, I walk through every class I teach for Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 3 and COMLEX, and why none of them are lectures. Every class is built on active recall: clinical vignettes, graphs, tables and arrow questions, presented the way the NBME presents them. You fill in a workbook live, we integrate across subjects, and we cover high-yield material most resources skip.
You’ll also hear about the new rapid review sheets that come with the 20-hour course, the Biostatistics Boot Camp and the Social Sciences and Ethics class. They’re organized by the USMLE content outline and built for the last few days before your exam.
Here are my October/November Classes;
For Step 1-3 (and COMLEX Level 1-3);
The 2.5 hr NBME Test Taking Strategies Class on 11/9/26 from 7.45 pm EST
The 4 Hour Biostatistics/Epidemiology review on 11/10/26 from 6.45 pm EST
The 5 Hour Social Sciences/Ethics/QI/Hospital Medicine review on 11/11/26 from 5.45 pm EST
For Step 2/3 (and Level 2/3) specifically;
The 20 Hour Step 2/3 Review from 10/26-30, 2026 from 6.45 pm EST on each day. This class specifically addresses the nutrition updates on the exam.
The 3 Hour Last Minute Primer on 11/12/26 from 7.45 pm EST
For Step 1 specifically;
The 25 Hour Step 1 Review from 11/2-6, 2026 from 6-11 pm EST each day. This class is also useful for basic science coverage with respect to the Step 2 and 3 exams.
