Her, Rebuilt.
Her, Rebuilt. is for the woman ready to level up in mind, body, and spirit—whether she’s finding herself after a heavy season or simply ready for more.
I’m Natalie Strahorn—a wife, mom of two, certified holistic health and wellness expert, entrepreneur and fitness instructor. After navigating betrayal and rebuilding myself and my marriage, my understanding of wellness became deeply personal. Taking care of ourselves goes far beyond what we eat or how we move—it includes our relationships, emotional health, spiritual growth, and the things that make us feel confident in our own skin.
Here, we’re talking about all of it: deep healing work, self-trust, and emotional intimacy alongside workouts, nutrition, skincare, and cosmetic treatments. Expect honest conversations, personal experiences, and practical ideas for feeling stronger, more connected, and more like yourself.
You don’t have to experience a life-altering event to grow. You’re allowed to want more for yourself—and to have fun becoming her.
