November 2026 LSAT Predictions

Free November LSAT drill sets, one practice passage for every topic in my top tier: https://www.unpluggedprep.com/drill/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=nov-predictions-epic (look for the November banner) These are the 12 Reading Comp passages I think are most likely to come back on the November LSAT. After the list, I show you how to read each kind when one shows up (law, science, humanities, comparative), and what to do in the 10 seconds after you recognize it. Then Logical Reasoning, because it's 2 of your 3 scored sections. Before the October LSAT, I posted my top 12. 4 of them came back on sections that counted. A random 12 would have caught about 1. Honestly, the list is a bet, not a leak. I don't have LSAC's tests, and nobody else does either. The teaching parts come from my past lessons, cut down to what still applies to the current test. Free LSAT cheat sheet: https://unpluggedprep.com/yt/fmt2027long/cheatsheet Free practice test in the August 2027 format: https://unpluggedprep.com/yt/fmt2027long/practicetest LSAC is getting rid of the LSAT's experimental section. Starting with the August 2027 test, the unscored questions are mixed inside all 3 sections, and nobody tells you which ones count. Reading Comp always goes first. Every section gets longer (52 minutes for Reading Comp, 45 for each Logical Reasoning section), and you get 2 breaks. The 77 scored questions, the time per question, and the 120 to 180 scale stay the same. If you test by June 2027, nothing changes for you. If you test in August 2027 or later, start training for the longer sections now, with the tests you already own. This is the plan I'd follow until LSAC puts new-format practice tests on LawHub in February 2027. Trump's DOJ vs. Law Schools, Scholarships, and the ABA
Show notes
Download your free LSAT cheat sheet here: https://unpluggedprep.com/cheatsheet I've covered the government's moves on law school money and the ABA across a string of videos. This puts all of it in one place. After the admissions files, the Justice Department opened a review of law school scholarships at William & Mary. It says it has reached no conclusions. The 509 reports show full rides were already down 23% from 2021 to 2025. And the ABA dropped its diversity rule, then got a 500-page report recommending it lose its power to accredit law schools anyway. Accreditation decides whether your school's students get federal loans and whether its grads can sit for the bar in most states. It's also the reason every school publishes the 509 numbers you use to compare them. Schools are getting more careful about anything they can't defend on paper, and your LSAT score is the number they can. Too Old for Law School? The Complete Answer
Show notes
Download your free LSAT cheat sheet here: https://unpluggedprep.com/cheatsheet People ask me every day if they're too old for law school. I've answered it in a lot of videos and lives, and this puts the whole answer in one place. No, you're not. Admissions committees ask whether you'll pass the bar, finish law school, and use the degree, and an older applicant can often answer all three better than a 22-year-old. An old GPA matters less once you've built a real career. Your letters, resume, and personal statement can carry it. The real barrier is the LSAT. If you work full time and have a family, give yourself 5 to 6 months, study in a regular block instead of marathons, and aim above your target schools' medians. Law schools only count your highest score. At 35, 42, or 51, you'll be that age anyway. The question is whether you'll be a lawyer when you get there. 0:00 Am I too old for law school? 6:33 Your law school application at 30, 40, 50 12:13 The LSAT is the real barrier 16:38 An LSAT study plan for working adults 22:38 Law school as an older student 25:03 Who should go to law school I scored a 152 my first LSAT. Is Law School Worth It? The Full Answer
Show notes
Download your free LSAT cheat sheet here: https://unpluggedprep.com/cheatsheet I've made a lot of videos on whether law school pays off. This one puts the whole answer in one place, with the numbers. The answer comes down to what you borrow and what you earn. Three years of tuition at the priciest schools now runs over a quarter of a million dollars, and a full price seat and a full ride at a school ranked 40 or 50 can sit $200,000 or more apart. Starting salaries split in two. A little over half land between $55,000 and $100,000, big firms pay $225,000, and almost nobody sits in between. The class of 2025 data is in here too. Five schools dropped more than 8 points in one year in graduates landing real legal jobs, Howard included. Read each school's own numbers before you sign anything. The number that moves both sides is your LSAT score. It decides which schools say yes and how much they pay you to come. 0:00 Two numbers: what you borrow, what you earn 2:39 Borrow: what the degree costs 4:55 Earn: what the degree pays 12:56 School: full price or a full ride 20:35 Data: read the school's own numbers 26:21 Score: the one number that moves both I scored a 152 my first LSAT. How to Beat "Mini Logic Games" in LSAT Logical Reasoning
Show notes
Download your free LSAT cheat sheet here: https://unpluggedprep.com/cheatsheet "Mini logic games" are the rule-packed must be true questions in LSAT Logical Reasoning. One paragraph, a pile of rules, no argument to judge. You get every line on its own, and the whole thing falls apart the second you try to hold it all at once. I define the term, show the 2 kinds, and walk through 3 practice questions built like the real ones, easy to hard. Each one catches a different mistake. I name it and give you the fix right where it happens. You also get the 5 chain rules these questions test, plus a 2-night drill with released questions so you can see which mistake is actually yours. On the 102 released tests we have, these show up about 1 per test, flat since 1991. Honestly, that can't tell you much about today, because a test is years old by the time it's released. Takers on today's test report more, usually 1 or 2 per test. November 2026 LSAT Predictions, I Graded October First
Show notes
Free November LSAT drill sets: https://www.unpluggedprep.com/drill On October 5, 2026, before the October LSAT, I posted 12 Reading Comp passages I thought LSAC would reuse. 4 came back on scored sections. A random 12 would have caught about 1. The other 56 passages on my list did no better than luck, and my 13 Logical Reasoning long shots went 0 for 13. A hit means the same passage, on a section that counted. I also ran my November rule as a backtest on the August, September and October 2026 tests (8 of 36, against about 2 for a random pick), and I'm upfront that it's flattered. The November 2026 picks, made with the same frozen rule, are in this video, and I'll grade them the same way after November 14. Past-test history comes from Jon Denning and Dave Killoran's public recaps and from r/LSAT, including Graeme Blake's topic threads. The picks and the grading are mine. I don't have LSAC's test, and nobody does (I hope!). I scored a 152 my first LSAT. Got to a 175. I've been teaching this test since 2005.
