Rewire Your Mind w/ Brad Bizjack

Business, Education, Entrepreneurship, Self-Improvement

You're doing everything right. So why isn't it working?

The Rewire Your Mind Podcast is for high performers who are already building something real... and feel there's another level they can't seem to reach.

You've read the books. You've bought the strategy. You've sat in the rooms that lit you up for two weeks. And you keep landing at the same ceiling.

Here's what's actually happening. Your results will never outgrow your subconscious wiring. Part of you is lit up to hit the next level, and another part is built to keep everything safe exactly where it is. That second part wins every time, because it runs underneath your awareness. You can't out-work it. You can only rewire it.

Every week, Certified High Performance Coach Brad Bizjack breaks down the mindset, psychology, and subconscious patterns behind lasting success, in plain language you can use before the episode is over. You'll hear why self-sabotage shows up right when things start working, what the top 1% think, believe, and do to build wildly successful and deeply fulfilling lives... and how to go do the same without burning down the life you've already built.

Brad went from $92,000 in debt to a multi-7-figure business by rewiring his own subconscious mind, and over the last 13+ years he's walked more than 80,000 people through that same process. This show has become the go-to personal development podcast for entrepreneurs, coaches, creators, network marketers, and leaders who refuse to settle for average.

If you're a high performer who knows you're made for more, you're in the right place. Hit follow so you never miss an episode, and remember... you're only one insight away from a radically different life.

  1. The G.R.O.U.N.D.E.D. Framework For When Nothing's Working

    Show notes

What do you do when you're trying everything and nothing is working? In this episode, Brad reveals the GROUNDED framework, the exact eight-step process he used to take a burned-out creator from "nothing's working" to a list of twelve solutions in under twenty minutes, so you can step out of the story, isolate the one problem you actually need to solve, and get back into action from the most optimal state possible.

"Nothing's working" is a story, and inside every story there's one small problem waiting to be solved.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • When you're in pain, your brain reaches for absolutes. "He always does this." "Nothing's working." It craves certainty because certainty feels like control, but an absolute is a story, and you cannot think objectively from inside a story.
    • Ground yourself before you try to solve anything. Two full inhales, then one slow exhale out your mouth, or inhale for four and exhale for eight so the exhale runs longer than the inhale. A long exhale tells your body it's safe, and this is the step almost everyone skips, which is why solving from a stressed state never works.
    • Ask "What IS working?" and refuse to accept "I don't know." When she finally got honest, she had a video that went viral, 1,800 people grabbing her freebie, two paid brand partnerships, and content that felt true to her. Every win you name breaks the generalization a little more and climbs you up the emotional ladder.
    • Isolate the one problem and turn it into a number. "Nothing in my business is working" became "my response rate is 5% and I need it to be at least 10%." That's a fact, and facts are solvable.
    • Unhook from your story by taking the outside view: what advice would you give someone else with this exact problem? Then phone a friend. "Nothing's working" pushes you into isolation, isolation builds shame, and shame keeps you from asking for help, which is how you end up with zero solutions instead of twelve.
    • Narrow to your top three solutions, reconnect with your vision, express gratitude, then detach from the outcome. Without a compelling vision of the future, you're forced to focus on the problems of the past and present. And letting go of the outcome only becomes possible once you're out of the story.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION:

Fear shows up at the exact moment of every important decision, and because nobody taught you how to read it, you wait for it to pass... and stay in the same spot for years. In this episode, Brad breaks down the six fears that show up right before your life changes and gives you a specific tool for each one, so you can tell the difference between your intuition saying no and your head fighting your heart, and finally move when it matters most.

Fear measures the size of the opportunity, never your ability to handle it.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Fear only measures one thing: how big the thing in front of you is. It carries zero information about whether you can handle it. So when a big fear shows up, read it as a measurement of a big opportunity. Like a pendulum, the degree to which you face a fear with courage is the degree of success waiting on the other side.
    • Your nervous system can’t tell the difference between something dangerous and something that will change your life, because both are unfamiliar and both trigger the same alarm. Run the Two Signals: does this feel right in my heart, and does it scare me? Right and scary is the exact combination behind every breakthrough you’ve ever had. Wrong and scary is your intuition’s real no. Most people were never taught to separate the two, so they say no to everything that scares them.
    • “Things don’t work for me” is a belief doing a job: protecting you from getting your hopes up and getting hurt again. But everything you tried worked exactly as far as it was built to go. Write the sentence down, ask who taught it to you, and remember that a belief someone put in can be taken out.
    • The strongest force in your personality is the need to stay consistent with who you already believe you are. If you’ve been the capable one who handles everything, asking for help feels like losing something. But you can’t read the label from inside the bottle. The pattern capping your results is invisible to you, and someone standing outside can read it in minutes.
    • The history you’ve been reading as proof you can’t change is actually proof of something much simpler: you changed the temperature without ever touching the thermostat. Find the one change in your life that stuck, and notice a belief moved before the behavior did. Then rehearse the win: 90 seconds a day picturing an ordinary Tuesday a year from now where the change held, so your nervous system finally has a safe picture of life on the other side.
    • Life escalates its lessons: first the feather, then the brick, then the truck. And confidence never arrives before the leap. Confidence comes after courage, and courage means acting while you’re still scared. Fear is your imagination undirected. Faith is your imagination directed.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION:

Right before your life changes, something in your head starts building a case for why you should wait, or walk away entirely... and it sounds completely reasonable. In this episode, Brad reveals the five exits your ego hands you at the edge of every breakthrough, in the order they usually show up, and gives you one simple rule for each so you can catch the exit while it’s happening instead of weeks later when you’re still standing in the same place.

The closer you get to a breakthrough, the smarter the exit sounds.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Your ego is a bodyguard, and keeping you safe means keeping you familiar, so it rarely argues with you. It agrees with you, then quietly turns your yes into a not yet. Stop asking whether the thought feels right and start asking why it showed up at the exact moment you were about to act.
    • Exit 1: “Not right now.” It sounds like timing, but later is just a no being kinder. The rule: any “not now” gets an exact date on the calendar or it becomes an automatic no. The ego can live forever inside “later.” It cannot survive a date.
    • Exit 2: “That’s just not who I am.” That story is built entirely from evidence collected by a version of you who hasn’t done the thing yet, which means you turned a description of your past into a rule for your future. The rule: do it once, as the person you’re becoming. Your ego can argue with a plan, but it can’t argue with something you’ve already done.
    • Exit 3: “I’ll do a version of it.” Half the plan, half the reps, the book without the exercises. It lets you say yes without anything changing, and it hands you the evidence to say “I’ve tried everything” later. The rule: all in or it’s a no. A clean no is more honest than a halfway yes, and the gray zone is the only place the ego can hide.
    • Exit 4: “I can’t do this to them.” The ego knows you would never abandon a breakthrough for yourself, so it hides the exit inside your responsibility to someone else. The rule: ask them out loud. Tell them what it would take from you and what it would bring back to them, then listen to what they actually say. Nine times out of ten, the people you love say go.
    • Exit 5: “Am I sure about this?” Doubt is a delay tactic. The ego only needs to keep the argument going until you’re too tired to decide, and not deciding becomes the decision. Certainty only ever comes after the leap. The rule: decide once, write it down, and only reopen it for new information, never for a new feeling. The peace you’re waiting for shows up about ten minutes after you fully commit.

  9. 7 Symptoms You're Addicted to Insight (And Why All That Inner Work Left You Stuck)

    Show notes

🚨1x Per Year Opportunity: Join the Success Accelerator Challenge… a free 5-day experience to identify and break your limiting beliefs that hold you back from creating a life on your terms, starting October 20th.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION:

You've read the books, filled the journals, and sat through the seminars, so why does your life still look the same? In this episode, Brad reveals the seven symptoms of insight addiction, the hidden pattern where every new understanding gives you the feeling change was supposed to give you, so the change never has to happen. You'll learn how to spot each symptom in your own week and the specific shifts that turn all that knowledge into a life that actually looks different.

Knowledge explains the pattern. Knowing breaks it.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Insight gives you the feeling change was supposed to give you, so the change never has to happen. Every new understanding delivers a hit of relief and significance, and that hit quietly drains the urgency to do anything different.
    • There are two kinds of knowing. Knowledge is what you can explain. A true knowing is what you've lived, wired in so deeply that it runs whether you feel like it or not. Most people spend years collecting the first and never arrive at the second.
    • If you can explain your pattern in detail, you're probably keeping it alive. The explanation makes you feel understood and intelligent, which replaces the discomfort of actually changing. For one week, stop explaining the pattern to anyone, including yourself, and only report the actions you took.
    • Your brain builds a tolerance to information the same way it builds a tolerance to a drug. When a book used to shift you for months and an event now barely lasts a weekend, more input was never the missing piece. Read one page and apply it, because inspiration without action is delusion.
    • Saying "I know" ends the conversation before it can change you. Replace it with "tell me more," especially when you're certain you already know, because that's usually the moment you know the least.
    • Before your next investment in growth, ask one question: does this work on a behavior level or a wiring level? If everything you've bought so far has worked on behavior and you're still standing in the same place, you already know your answer.

  10. 7 Signs You Hit An Invisible Ceiling (And Why More Effort Makes It Worse)

    Show notes

🚨1x Per Year Opportunity: Join the Success Accelerator Challenge… a free 5-day experience to identify and break your limiting beliefs that hold you back from creating a life on your terms, starting October 20th.

    👉 Register here: https://www.bradbizjack.com/successaccelerator

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

You’ve been stuck at the same number for a year or two, and nothing external explains it. In this episode, Brad reveals the seven signs you’ve hit an invisible ceiling, why the fix you keep reaching for makes it worse, and the better move for each one, so you can stop pushing against a limit you can’t see and start raising it.

You can’t outwork a ceiling. You can only raise it.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Your results have a thermostat. The ceiling was set years ago by a smaller version of you, based on what felt safe and what people like you were allowed to have. Every time you climb toward it, something pulls you back to normal. Adding more effort is adding weight to a bench press with bad form.
    • When the same number lands no matter which tactic you try, you’ve been solving the wrong problem. Trace the feeling instead. Ask where else in your life that flat, stuck feeling shows up. If it appears in more than one area wearing a different costume, you’ve found the setting.
    • If hitting the goal gave you relief and then nothing, your success got wired to proving. The target was never the number. It was a feeling of being enough, and no number produces that. Ask what the goal was supposed to prove and who it was supposed to prove it to.
    • Redoing work that was already good is protection dressed up as quality assurance. 70% done is perfect. 100% perfect is failure. Send it before it’s ready and notice that nothing bad happens. That’s your evidence the ceiling was never about the work.
    • Knowing exactly what to do and still not doing it is a tug of war where both ends of the rope are you. Part of you wants the outcome. Part of you is protecting you from what you think comes with it. Name the goal through “I am responsible for,” name the fear out loud, and stop trying to out-discipline yourself.
    • The 2 a.m. question (“what if this is as good as it gets for someone like me?”) is your default setting talking, installed by people you loved who had their own ceiling. Affirmations don’t survive contact with your nervous system. Evidence does. Make a list of every ceiling you’ve already broken. You’ve done this before without knowing it.

  11. Why Some People Change In 5 Days And Others Take 5 Years

    Show notes

🚨1x Per Year Opportunity: Join the Success Accelerator Challenge… a free 5-day experience to identify and break your limiting beliefs that hold you back from creating a life on your terms, starting October 20th.

    👉 Register here: https://www.bradbizjack.com/successaccelerator

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Two people read the same book, go to the same event, finish the same program... and six months later only one of them is living a different life. In this episode, Brad reveals the invisible line that decides whether change sticks and the three forces that determine how fast it happens, so you can stop white-knuckling your way through another year of two steps forward, three steps back. You'll find out which force you've been running without, and why it's probably the one you'd swear you already have.

Some people change in five days. Some take five years. The only difference is which forces are running.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Every tactic you've ever bought lives at the behavior level. Lasting change lives beneath a line, in your beliefs, your values, and how much you believe you're allowed to have. Change what you do without changing what runs underneath, and February looks exactly like last year.
    • If you value success but equally value being safe, being liked, or being the one who has it all handled, you have two commitments pulling in opposite directions. No habit stack fixes that tug of war. It just exhausts you.
    • Force one is coaching and mentorship. The strongest force in the human personality is the need to stay consistent with who you already think you are, so the part of you trying to coach yourself is the same part protecting the pattern. You can't read the label from inside the bottle.
    • Stop asking down. Asking the people who need you feels safe and turns into commiserating, while asking up, to people who have walked it before, gets you held to a higher standard. This week, ask one person ahead of you "What's the pattern you see in me that I can't see?" and then say nothing for 60 seconds and write down whatever they say.
    • Force two is your peer group. Your nervous system treats whatever your dinner table calls "a big goal" as the ceiling, and the most dangerous person in your life is the cheerleader who champions mediocrity. Write down the five people you talk to most and what each of them considers a big goal. That list is your ceiling.
    • Force three is immersion. Surface learning keeps you in the knowledge zone, where you can explain a concept and still not live it, and the event high wore off because the new belief never got enough consecutive repetitions to survive the old wiring. Five consecutive days of the same practice, with someone watching, beats five scattered across a month, and when all three forces run at once, aimed beneath the line, that is acceleration.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

In this episode, Brad traces your greatest limitation back to the recording years, the window before age ten when your mind absorbed every rule about money and success without a filter, and shows you how a single moment became a belief that's been voting on every decision you've made since. Then he walks you through a four-step tracing exercise so you can find the rule that's capping you, say it out loud, and start to loosen it this week.

What got you here has a ceiling. And it's hiding inside your personality.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Before roughly age seven to ten, your mind took everything literally and recorded it without a filter. You absorbed your rules about money, success, and worth the same way you absorbed the English language, which is why you can't remember learning any of them and why they run everything.
    • A moment becomes a rule through two ingredients: high emotion and a child's interpretation. The stronger the emotion, the deeper the rule goes. And the rule comes from the meaning the child gave the moment, which is why two kids raised by the same father can draw completely opposite conclusions about their lives.
    • The rule that built your success has a range. "I have to prove I'm enough" is blast-off fuel. It gets you up before the kids wake and makes you outwork everyone in the room. But proving is running away from something, and away-from energy runs out right when you start making real progress. What got you out of the atmosphere is lighter fluid. What gets you around the moon is charcoal.
    • Installed rules feel like reality, so they hide inside your personality. "I'm just conservative with money." "I'm just not a big goal person." That's a rule wearing your name, and your personality has great branding for the approval of people whose approval you no longer want.
    • Blame is a waste of time. The people who installed your rules were running their own installed rules. It's inherited software, passed down generation to generation until someone decides to be the exception. It isn't your fault the rule got installed. Being the exception means taking full responsibility for what you do about it anyway.
    • Knowledge is potential power. Knowing is a lived experience. To close the gap: pick the pattern that keeps repeating at your level, name the actual emotion underneath it, follow that feeling back to the first time you remember it, and write down what you decided in that moment. Say the sentence out loud three times with a big diaphragmatic breath between each, notice your brain start to reject it, then ask "what is the truth?" and breathe through that three times too.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Things are fine, maybe better than fine, so why does your stomach drop every time revenue goes flat? In this episode, Brad reveals why a good month can feel worse than being broke, why your mood has been quietly taking orders from your dashboard, and why more effort stopped moving the number... so you can get your energy and creativity back and finally climb off the plateau you keep sliding back onto.

The number is the effect. Who you're being is the cause.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • When you were coming up, you knew how to handle the pain of limitation. Now you're attached to what you built, and the fear of losing it hits harder than the pain of never having it ever did. People who play small don't feel this ache because they're already losing... so if you feel it, you're a high performer and you're completely normal.
    • Great week, you feel amazing; slow week, you're short with the kids and can't say why. When your mood follows the number, you've handed your personal power to the outcome, and there's none left to change the outcome. Revenue is the effect, and who you're being is the cause.
    • The hidden rule most high performers live by is "I'm fine only if the number is growing." But expansion and contraction are both guaranteed, so if a great season means you're amazing, a slow season has to mean you're a failure. Your dashboard becomes a mood ring you wear every day, and that's unfair to you, your family, and your creativity.
    • Bad luck doesn't run on a schedule, but this does: every time you go above your energetic set point, something gets sloppy... a shiny new project, a fight with your partner the night before a big opportunity, suddenly too busy for the thing that was working. This is the first problem that doesn't respond to more work, and the only thing it responds to is letting go. The higher you go, the lighter you have to be.
    • Scarcity wears the costume of responsibility. You hesitate on the hire that would move the range, then spend three times that on the next strategy because effort feels safer than a bet on yourself. You never get beyond scarcity by waiting for a number to make you feel safe; you have to start beyond it.
    • Three shifts to make tonight: measure from the trailhead instead of the mountaintop, sort every money stress into "can control" and "can't control" and only work the first column, and trade "how do I get past this range?" for "what have I been believing about money and safety that keeps producing these decisions?"
    • Success is 80% psychology, 20% mechanics. Your dashboard needs a different person making the decisions, and that person is a different version of you.

  14. Your Goals Aren’t Too Big. The Beliefs That Got You Here Are.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

In this episode, Brad reveals why your revenue keeps landing in the exact same place year after year no matter how good your strategy is, and what your subconscious is actually protecting you from every time you try to go past it. You'll learn how to find the specific dollar number that feels safe to you, why that number is a conditioned set point and not a fact about your business, and three things you can do this week to grow into your goal instead of shrinking it down to be realistic.

You will never consistently outperform what you believe is possible for you, or what you believe it will cost you.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Everyone has a number. Below it you feel behind, at it you feel okay, and above it something in you gets nervous. That number is not a fact about your business. It is a belief about what going past it means, and it was set years ago.
    • Your results work like a thermostat. When a great month heats the room up, a client leaves, you get sick, or you quietly ease off the gas, and the year cools right back down to the set point. It feels like life is happening to you. It is actually your mind returning you to what feels safe.
    • Every goal passes through a filter before you ever take action. Early on, the question is "Does someone like me get to have this?" Once you've built something, it upgrades to "Can I have more of this without losing what I love?" If the honest answer underneath is no, your mind never argues. It just quietly refuses the action.
    • Two people with the same strategy, mentor, and script get opposite lives because they believe different things about what taking the action will cost them. One believes the next level means less of me: more leverage, more trust. The other believes it means more of me: more hours, more control, more grind. Only one of them makes the right hire.
    • The beliefs capping you now are usually the same beliefs that got you here. "No one's coming to save you" pulled Brad out of $92,000 in debt, then later kept him from letting anyone on his team touch anything that mattered. What got you here will not get you there, and beliefs that feel like strengths are the hardest to see.
    • Belief shifts first, evidence comes second. Nobody gets strong and then starts lifting. Start growing into the goal with three moves: make one decision today from the future version of you, catch the belief when it announces itself as a fact ("nobody does it like me"), and do the scary thing small, at 80%, and watch the world not end.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

AI just made most mindset coaches useless, and Brad thinks that's great news for anyone who feels like they’ve hit a ceiling in their business.

In this episode, Brad reveals why world-class advice has become a free commodity, why it still hasn't moved you, and the three filters your subconscious runs every piece of guidance through before you ever get to act on it... so you can finally turn what you already know into what you actually do.

Information is free. The only thing left worth paying for is transformation.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Advice has officially become a commodity. It has never been cheaper, faster, or better. So if information were the missing piece, your business would already be flying. The gap was never about knowing more.
    • AI only talks to your conscious mind, which runs a tiny slice of your day. Your subconscious runs the other 95 percent, and its only job is keeping you consistent with what it already believes is safe. When a new goal fights an old belief, the old belief wins every time.
    • Advice is income. Your beliefs are the account settings. If your account is set to auto-transfer every dollar out the moment it lands, doubling the deposits changes nothing. You don't need more deposits. You need to change the settings.
    • The Advice Filter explains why perfect guidance bounces off you. Filter one: advice talks to the wrong mind. Filter two: your beliefs edit the advice before you hear it. Filter three: action requires safety, and safety lives beneath logic.
    • Your beliefs are an outdated prescription. You read a strategy from someone who built what you want, and within four seconds a voice says "that works for them, not me." You didn't reject the strategy. A belief rejected it for you.
    • Rewiring isn't magic. New beliefs get installed the same way old ones did: repetition, emotion, and proof. This week, pick the one action you keep dodging, write down the exact sentence your mind uses to talk you out of it, and say it out loud. A sentence that was learned can be unlearned.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

You miss the workout, go quiet on your audience, or pick the fight at the exact moment things finally start going well... and then wonder what is wrong with you. In this episode, Brad reveals why self-sabotage is physically impossible, exposes the hidden income ceiling your subconscious enforces on your success, and walks you through a simple interrupt you can use this week... so you can finally let momentum keep building instead of snapping back.

Your breakthrough never felt dangerous because it was impossible. It felt dangerous because it was unfamiliar.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Self-sabotage is physically impossible. Your brain is the world's most advanced survival mechanism, and it would never intentionally destroy the very host it is designed to protect. What you’ve been calling sabotage is self-preservation.
    • Sabotage has a timing signature. It almost never strikes during the grind. It strikes right before the launch, right after the best month ever, or right when someone important starts paying attention. Random would happen anywhere. This happens at a ceiling or a floor, every single time.
    • You have an energetic set point: a subconscious belief about how much success, money, and visibility is safe for you to hold. When your results rise past it, your belief and your goal go to war, and your subconscious settles that war by pulling your results back down like a thermostat. Some clients can locate this number down to the dollar.
    • Avoiding pain will always outrank gaining pleasure in a survival brain. You can value the big goal all day long and build vision boards around it, but if you equally value avoiding the judgment and exposure success brings, the set point wins.
    • The pullback showing up is actually evidence you are close. The ceiling only activates your nervous system near the ceiling. So instead of calling yourself lazy or undisciplined, thank your mind for trying to protect you. That is what it was doing the whole time.
    • You can interrupt the pattern with four steps: identify your snapback signature (the vanishing act, the manufactured crisis, the shiny new pivot, the sudden sickness or exhaustion), name it out loud as the ceiling talking and not your truth, change your physiology fast, then take one slightly courageous action past your comfort zone and celebrate it. The celebration teaches your brain that action above the threshold is safe.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

You know exactly what to do, but you can’t seem to get yourself to do it. In this episode, Brad reveals why follow-through was never about laziness, discipline, or desire, and exposes the subconscious force that keeps pulling you back to old patterns... so you can stop fighting your own wiring and make consistent action automatic.

Follow-through is not a character trait. It’s what happens when your identity finally agrees with your goals.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Every abandoned goal follows the same cycle: uninformed optimism, then informed pessimism, then the valley of despair. And every restart costs more than the last, because each one adds evidence to the story that you’re someone who doesn’t follow through.
    • Willpower is push energy. It’s lighter fluid, not charcoal. It burns hot and fast, then runs out like a battery. Wiring, on the other hand, is renewable. That’s why willpower loses the fight against your conditioning every single time.
    • Laziness, lack of discipline, and not wanting it badly enough are all false explanations. The proof: you already have plenty of discipline in the areas where your identity matches the behavior. The fit person has the identity of an athlete. The gap isn’t effort. It’s identity.
    • Behavioral fixes like planners, 5am routines, accountability partners, and habit trackers are patching drywall over a foundation problem. The wall looks great for a month, then the cracks come back in the exact same spot, because the wiring underneath never changed.
    • The strongest force in the human personality is the need to stay consistent with who you already believe you are. Your behavior will always snap back to match your identity, no matter what your goals say.
    • What feels like self-sabotage is actually self-preservation. A nervous system primed for survival registers growth as danger and pulls you back to the familiar, even when the familiar is painful. That’s why quitting feels like relief for a day: your subconscious just restored consistency.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

If forcing positivity worked, you wouldn't still get triggered. In this episode, Brad dismantles the "just be positive" reflex and reveals where suppressed emotions actually go: underground, where they quietly run your life as anxiety, burnout, and numbness (aka depression). Then he shares the weight room principle and three specific moves for processing hard emotions without getting stuck in them, followed by a 5-step process to actually move through negative emotions.

Emotions buried alive don't die. You have to feel it to heal it.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Suppression doesn't eliminate emotions. It relocates them underground, where they control your reactions, your presence, and your energy without your awareness.
    • Every "just be positive" in a hard moment trains your nervous system to distrust its own signals, and years of that compounds into anxiety, burnout, and emotional numbness.
    • Forced positivity is fear in disguise: the fear that feeling the hard thing means getting stuck in it. In reality, only the emotions you refuse to feel have the power to trap you.
    • Emotional capacity grows like muscle. You don't build strength by avoiding the weight. You build it by staying through the temporary burn, which expands what you can handle.
    • Asking for help is a strength move, not a weakness. Every successful person does it, and every time you don't, you deny someone the gift of helping you.
    • Celebrating what you handled trains your brain that discomfort is survivable and worth it, which makes you far more likely to stay through it next time.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

For four years, Brad knew exactly what he needed to do to change his life... including a season when buying peanut butter and jelly sent his bank balance negative... and he still couldn't make himself act. In this episode, he shares the 6-step Fear to Fire Framework that finally cracked the code on procrastination, plus the counterintuitive move that makes doubt soften instead of scream. Procrastination was never laziness. It's emotional math running in the dark.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • Procrastination is not a discipline problem. It's a subconscious calculation that avoiding the action is safer than taking it, and willpower can't beat math it can't see.
    • Overwhelm exists because everything feels like a priority. The moment you name the one action you're avoiding, your cognitive ability organizes around it.
    • Under every procrastination pattern is an unnamed fear: failing, being seen, or proving the limiting story true. Naming the fear strips it of half its power.
    • You're getting something from avoidance, whether it's comfort, ease, or staying in the familiar. Seeing the secondary gain lets you understand the pattern instead of judging it.
    • The emotional math flips when you compare honestly: a little rejection now versus the same bad day two years from now. A little comfort tonight versus a life on your own terms.
    • Doubt visits everyone, including the most successful entrepreneurs. The difference is permission: doubt can visit, but it doesn't get to stay. Welcoming it softens it. Resisting it feeds it.

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

That sting you feel when someone succeeds in the exact area you've been working on? It isn't jealousy, and it isn't proof you're behind. In this episode, Brad hands you five short phrases that dismantle the comparison trap at the subconscious level, so other people's wins start fueling your progress instead of draining it.

Their win was never your verdict.

    KEY TAKEAWAYS:

    • "Their win, my timeline" builds a mental boundary that stops your subconscious from turning someone else's result into evidence of your failure. Two separate paths, not one scoreboard.
    • Every win you witness gives your subconscious two options: proof you're behind or proof it's possible. Celebrating proof instead of comparison flips which one gets reinforced.
    • "I'm for me, not against them" ends a competition that never actually existed, and teaches your nervous system to stop treating other people's success like a threat.
    • Comparison feels personal because of a hidden scarcity belief: if they got it, there's less for you. Naming the scarcity lie and replacing it with abundance truth dissolves the charge.
    • The word "ahead" secretly implies you're behind. Recognizing you're on entirely different roads removes the hierarchy altogether.
    • The words you say to yourself are instructions to your nervous system. Change the language and you change the pattern, often faster than you'd expect.
