Michigan’s Wildman | Linda’s Encounters Along the Powerline

A neighbor slams on her brakes as a Sasquatch reportedly steps out of a powerline clearing. Something growls and shakes a tree after a trash can is moved. And beyond a group of deer in a nighttime field, a set of eyes appears an estimated eight feet above the ground. In this episode, Linda from Michigan shares years of unusual experiences around a riverside property crossed by a wide powerline corridor. Her account includes local stories of the “Wildman,” stick structures, tracks, unexplained impacts against her house, and suspected nighttime visits to the trash can.

Despite attempts to capture evidence with trail cameras, she says the activity has remained elusive. Linda also recalls a frightening growl during a camping trip and a separate 2025 encounter in southeast Michigan that left her wondering what was standing behind the deer. Another Bigfoot Report From Northern Michigan | A Strange Call (Something Crashed Into the River)

Season 4, Episode 14

Jeff grew up in Northern Michigan hunting, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. He has visited every state park in Michigan, but three experiences in the woods and on the water have left him with questions that years of outdoor experience haven’t answered. As a child hiking near Metamora, Michigan, Jeff was with his brother and cousin when a powerful roar erupted from the forest. They ran—and heard a second roar as they fled. In July 2019, a camping and kayak fishing trip in Oscoda County, Michigan, brought another unsettling experience. Huge splashes broke the quiet of the lake, and Jeff describes logs being thrown into the water with a force and distance he believes were beyond human capability.

His friends also witnessed the disturbance. Then, during a September camping trip in Wisconsin, Jeff and his girlfriend heard a strange, three-toned call from the forest. Breaking branches and heavy crashing and splashing in a nearby river followed. With king salmon in the area, Jeff wondered whether what they heard was there to feed. In this episode, Jeff recounts the experiences he connects to Sasquatch—and the uncertainty of encountering something unfamiliar in places where he has always felt at home. Off-Grid in Northern Michigan: Ashley’s Unexplained Encounters

Living off-grid with her young daughter in Northern Michigan, Ashley began noticing things in the surrounding woods that she couldn’t explain. In this episode, she recalls a July 2026 evening when familiar coyote calls were followed by something very different. She also describes leaving flowers as a peace offering, only to find them rearranged, including one placed on a stump.

Ashley shares stories from her homestead and a family trip to the Roscommon State Forest Area, where she encountered bent and arched pines. We discuss possible tracks, unexplained vocalizations, tree formations she believes change over time, and an inconclusive photograph she wonders might show a Sasquatch. A Bigfoot Encounter In The Michigan Woods | The Day Her Horse Refused to Go Farther

Candice grew up on a Michigan dairy farm, surrounded by wildlife and a family familiar with hunting. But while walking her horse through woods adjoining a state forest, she says she encountered something she couldn’t explain: a figure she estimated stood six to eight feet tall, partially concealed behind a V-shaped tree, with its hands wrapped around the trunks. Her horse refused to go farther.

Candice recalls struggling to see the figure’s features, describing its appearance as though it absorbed the light. Along with the sighting came a powerful feeling that she should leave. In this episode, Candice recounts that first encounter and the strange experiences that followed. She shares her brother’s report of something running toward him on all fours, an unnerving return to the trail, and what she describes as telepathic warnings to stay away. She also recalls a night in a woodland cabin when heavy, seemingly bipedal footsteps stopped outside her window, and the message she perceived felt protective rather than threatening. Her account ends years later in Cocoa Beach, Florida, where she sensed a large, dark presence outside the windows on a rainy night.

“It Sounded Like The Predator” | Leslie’s Encounters in British Columbia And East Texas

Bent steel fence posts. Heavy blows against a backyard fence. And a strange clicking sound in the Canadian wilderness that reminded one witness of Predator. In this episode, Leslie from Texas shares a series of unexplained experiences that began in East Texas at a site she describes as an Indigenous burial ground. While there with a group, she heard what sounded like large animals moving nearby; sounds they initially assumed were cattle. Leslie also recounts unusual activity at her home in a busy, populated area, including bent steel fence posts with no tire tracks or obvious signs of human involvement.

After discovering the damage, she says she began hearing something striking her backyard fence with what sounded like the force of a full-grown man. The conversation then takes us to British Columbia, where Leslie joined a research trip and describes hearing wood knocks, finding what she believed were Sasquatch footprints, and encountering a robotic clicking sound she attributed to an unseen creature. A CRYPTID ENCOUNTER AT LAKE WAZEE WISCONSIN | DID I ENCOUNTER A WENDIGO?

Michael and his family stopped at Wisconsin’s Lake Wazee to camp, fish, and enjoy nature. What followed was a series of experiences he still struggles to explain. An unusual absence of wildlife gave way to a horrifying dream of a strange hominid watching his family.

The following night, his daughter suffered nightmares of her own. Michael recalls heavy breathing from the tree line, an urgent thought telling him to leave, and a sense that something terrible could happen if they stayed. By morning, he noticed a strange disturbance in the snow and marks along the side of their tent. In this episode, Michael also describes a possible translucent figure, sounds he interpreted as an unknown creature mimicking owls, and his belief that infrasound may have played a role.

After bringing a rock home from the lake, he says frightening experiences began at his Minnesota home. He shares why he suspects a connection—and discusses the strange tree breaks he later found along the tree line.

SOMETHING TERRIFYING CAME TO HER DOOR IN OREGON | TRUE ENCOUNTERS FROM THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Kalinna, who grew up in Oregon and has experienced strange and unexplained activity throughout much of her life. As a child, Kalinna remembers her grandparents warning her about the “wood boogers” living in the forest and telling her not to venture outside at night. Later in life, after spending years around the forests of Oregon and being married to a logger, she began noticing things she couldn't easily explain. Kalinna discovered unusual teepee-like structures in the forest and large bedding areas that didn't resemble typical deer, elk, or bear beds. She also began experiencing powerful physical sensations in certain locations, describing vibrations throughout her body and an overwhelming feeling that something was nearby. At one home, strange noises could be heard outside at night. Pebbles appeared to strike the roof, and her dogs would become frightened and shake as if something was lurking outside. Kalinna eventually felt so uncomfortable that they left the area.

But one of her most disturbing experiences occurred near Brookings, Oregon. While living in a bus, Kalinna woke around 2 or 3 a.m. to find her dogs terrified and alerting to something outside. When she looked out, she says she saw a strange face staring back at her. She described its skin as extremely dark and mummy-like, with pointed-looking teeth. At the same time, she perceived a strange, choppy voice that seemed to say, “Let me in.” Kalinna refused. She says the creature's expression quickly changed from a smile to anger. The following morning, she discovered an unusual green stone sitting on the steps of the bus. Her experiences didn't stop there.Kalinna recalls eerie silence in the Oregon forests, strange lights between the trees, unusual whistles and vocalizations, an encounter near Cave Junction, frightening sensations around caves and rock formations, and an incident in which her horse suddenly panicked and ran approximately four miles back home. Years later, after moving to Georgia, Kalinna says she began seeing strange lights again and wonders whether some aspect of the unexplained activity followed her.

SOMETHING CALLED ME “MOM” FROM THE WOODS | CALIFORNIA BIGFOOT ENCOUNTERS | A CABIN IN THE WOODS

In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Meg from California about a series of strange experiences at a remote cabin near Highway 108. The activity began when Meg heard an incredibly loud slap against the house. At first, they tried to find a normal explanation for what had happened, but the incidents continued. Meg eventually discovered a rock circle and what appeared to be a small juvenile Bigfoot footprint nearby. Curious about what might be living around the property, Meg began gifting.

She left cookies outside, and when she returned, she discovered a mushroom placed on the stump. Later, a feather mysteriously appeared on the front porch. Meg also discovered unusual tree structures throughout the area and began experimenting with wood knocks and rock clacking. On multiple occasions, she believes something in the surrounding woods responded. She experienced rocks being thrown, heard whistles during the night, and sometimes small rocks would strike the cabin window. One of her most unsettling experiences occurred when she heard what sounded like someone calling “Mom” from the woods.

The voice reminded her of her daughter—but her daughter wasn’t there. Shortly afterward, Meg heard strange chatter that sounded female. The property also has fruit trees, and Meg noticed that large amounts of fruit could seemingly disappear overnight. She believes the food source may be one reason for the continued activity around the cabin. Then came a possible visual encounter. Meg saw a strange figure pass in front of a window and estimated it to be approximately seven feet tall. Could a family of Sasquatch be repeatedly visiting this remote California property?

BIGFOOT GRABBED MY VEHICLE! | A TERRIFYING BIGFOOT ENCOUNTER NEAR NASA IN MISSISSIPPI

In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Jason, a professional truck driver who shares a terrifying encounter that took place in Mississippi near the NASA Stennis Space Center in November of 2019. Around 3:00 a.m., Jason was driving his car back toward Mississippi under a bright full moon when he noticed something strange standing in the middle of the road. At first, it appeared to be a person walking back and forth. As Jason got closer, he thought it looked almost like someone wearing a ghillie suit—but what he was about to experience convinced him that this was no ordinary person.

Jason watched the creature repeatedly look toward him and then turn and look behind itself. As Jason passed, the creature suddenly lunged toward his car and made contact with the vehicle. Jason looked out his window and saw the creature standing right beside his car. He says the force of the encounter threw his vehicle to the side, and afterward his car was knocked out of alignment. Jason also believes he saw a smaller creature cross the road shortly after encountering the larger one. Looking back on the experience, he wonders if the larger creature kept looking behind itself because it was watching or protecting a juvenile. He also remembers the creature moving with incredible speed and says one of its steps or leaps appeared to cover approximately 20 feet.

TENNESSEE MAN FINDS A GIANT FOOTPRINT PRESERVED IN STONE | THEY FOLLOWED ME HOME

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Dale from Tennessee about a series of unexplained encounters that have occurred around his home and in the surrounding countryside. Over the years, Dale has experienced rocks being thrown at him in the forest, strange sounds around his cabin, and several possible sightings. While returning home from work one evening, he spotted a mysterious solid-white figure that reminded him of Bigfoot, although he was never able to fully identify what he had seen. Months after another unsettling experience in the country, Dale witnessed a huge brown creature walking across a field. When the creature apparently noticed it had been seen, it suddenly dropped to the ground.

Dale also remembers a powerful musky odor resembling old urine and later heard bizarre chatter that reminded him of an old record skipping. His girlfriend would eventually report seeing a brown creature peeking from behind the trees before hiding and moving away. Dale believes these creatures may migrate through the area, but one discovery raises an even bigger mystery. Near a lake in Tennessee, Dale found a roughly 75-pound rock containing what appears to be a massive footprint measuring more than 14 inches long and approximately 5 inches wide. Was this impression created by a person, an ancient giant, a Sasquatch or something else entirely?

Dale also wonders whether removing something from an area used by these creatures could cause them to come looking for it. Join us as we examine Dale’s encounters and the strange activity surrounding his home in Tennessee.

In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Scotty from Iowa who shares chilling encounters that took place near a remote creek in northwest Iowa. Scotty and his brother were using the Randonautica app when it led them to a precise GPS location, and within minutes they began hearing unexplained giggling, echoing laughter that sounded unnatural, and a terrifying scream so powerful it vibrated through their bodies and vehicle. Scotty also describes finding strange tree structures, hearing loud grunts in the woods, and witnessing mysterious glowing orbs in this same area.

What makes this case especially unsettling is how quickly the activity began once they arrived at the coordinates, suggesting something may already have been waiting. This is not a campfire story. TERRIFYING BIGFOOT SCREAM NEAR LAKE ROBINSON UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA

In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview James about a terrifying encounter he experienced in upstate South Carolina near Lake Robinson, Greer, Spartanburg, and the Paris Mountain area. The encounter happened in September 2024, shortly after a powerful hurricane had moved through the region. With widespread power outages leaving the area unusually dark and quiet, James was riding his e-bike home from a friend’s house at approximately 1:00 a.m. As he rounded a turn near Lake Robinson, James was suddenly overwhelmed by a horrible musky odor.

He then heard something massive moving through the nearby woods. James is a former hunter and was familiar with the sounds of whitetail deer, black bears, and other wildlife found throughout South Carolina. Whatever was moving through the woods that night did not sound familiar to him. Then his phone suddenly went off. Moments later, a terrifying scream erupted from the darkness. James describes the vocalization as unlike anything he had ever heard before. The sheer power of the scream rattled his entire body, and he could physically feel it in his chest.

For a moment, James says his body completely locked up. He instinctively lowered himself before finally beginning to pedal as fast as he could to escape the area. A HUNTER HAS A TERRIFYING ENCOUNTER IN NEW MEXICO | IT WANTED TO EAT ME (UNIT 23)

In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview John from Missouri, who grew up hunting the rugged backcountry of New Mexico. John shares a series of disturbing experiences that began during a mule deer hunt in January 2021. While traveling deep into the National Forest on a 4x4 trail, John and his hunting party discovered strange, human-like scat and large footprints. Even more unsettling, some of the tracks appeared inside their fresh tire tracks, suggesting that whatever made them had crossed the trail after they arrived. The tracks eventually led toward the area where they had parked their truck. Later, they discovered that a log had been rolled into the road—and similar tracks were found nearby. Months later, John returned to the same region for another hunt.

While quietly making his way down a trail before daylight, he began hearing rocks sliding, trees shaking, and something large moving along the mountainside. At first, he suspected elk. Then objects began flying toward him. They were rocks. As John attempted to figure out what was happening, he describes the atmosphere suddenly becoming extremely heavy and unnatural. Looking toward the hillside, John eventually spotted what he believed was a Sasquatch moving in the distance and attempted to zoom in on it with his phone. Two days later, John returned to the same location after spotting a group of mule deer bucks in the area. This time, the encounter became even stranger. John says he began experiencing thoughts that didn't seem like his own.

The atmosphere became thick once again, and he describes hearing what sounded like a voice inside his mind telling him, “STOP.” Then he saw a face watching him through the trees. Approximately 80 yards away, John describes seeing what appeared to be a male creature with reddish, leathery-looking skin, thick hair, a pronounced or hooded nose, and unusual pointed ears. John felt that the being was extremely intelligent—and potentially dangerous. Maintaining eye contact, John slowly backed away. In this interview, John takes us deep into the New Mexico wilderness and recounts the tracks, thrown rocks, strange atmosphere, possible telepathic communication, and terrifying face-to-face encounter that left him with a feeling of primal fear. BIGFOOT SIGHTING NEAR PLAINS GEORGIA | IT GLIDED ACROSS THE ROAD

Season 4, Episode 1

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Scott from Georgia about a series of Bigfoot encounters and unexplained experiences that have followed him and his family. Scott's first Bigfoot sighting happened in July of 2022 while he was working on a mapping project near Plains, Georgia. The area consisted of miles of timber, and temperatures were approaching 100 degrees. While mapping along the side of the road, Scott looked up and saw something emerge from the trees. The creature was solid black, extremely tall and thin, and appeared to glide as it crossed the road. Scott watched it take approximately six steps before disappearing into the timber on the opposite side.

When he drove to where it entered the woods, he could clearly see a large opening in the vegetation where the creature had passed through. Years of strange experiences would follow. Scott's children reported seeing a white Bigfoot-like creature while searching for their dog near a relative's property. Scott and his wife have also heard powerful impacts against the side of their house that Scott believes could be connected to Sasquatch activity. During another investigation, Scott attempted something unusual—playing his guitar to see if the activity would respond. Soon afterward, wood knocks were heard around the property and trees appeared to be violently shaken.

At his cabin, Scott has heard strange chattering between what he believes were multiple Sasquatch creatures. He and his wife have also experienced mysterious lights. During one particularly frightening incident, Scott's entire room suddenly illuminated with an unexplained light and he found himself unable to move. Scott has continued researching the area with his friend Dale. Together they have documented possible Bigfoot tracks in the snow, X-shaped tree structures, unusual tree bends, broken trees approximately seven feet above the ground, and other strange formations throughout the property. The activity has also reportedly included knocks against windows and unusual objects such as feathers appearing on the porch that Scott and his wife wonder could be gifts.

But perhaps one of their strangest experiences involved something completely different. Scott and his wife witnessed a pale, crawler or rake-like creature in their driveway
adding another mystery to an already unusual series of events.

JASON KENZIE FROM SEARCHING FOR SASQUATCH | A BIGFOOT APPROACHED HIS HAMMOCK AT NIGHT

In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I sit down with filmmaker and Bigfoot researcher Jason Kenzie, creator of the Searching for Sasquatch series. Jason has traveled throughout Canada and the United States interviewing eyewitnesses and investigating some incredible reports surrounding the Sasquatch phenomenon. Jason shares his experiences speaking with First Nations people in Canada, who told him about what they referred to as the Sasquatch people. They showed Jason an area where they believed the creatures traveled, and while investigating the location, Jason discovered impressive tracks and what was described to him as a possible migration path. But some of Jason's most intense experiences would come later while investigating the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Deep in the forest, Jason and his fellow researchers discovered unusual tree structures, twisted trees, fresh breaks, and trees pushed across trails. After deciding to spend the night in a hammock tent, Jason smelled an awful, rotten odor and heard strange howls in the distance. Then something approached his hammock. Jason heard a loud crack followed by footsteps coming toward him. He says he could actually feel the vibrations through the hammock before something came close enough to grunt directly into his ear. And the activity didn't stop there. During continued investigations, the team experienced unexplained footsteps, fresh tree breaks, strange vocalizations, and mysterious eye shine that appeared to watch them from the darkness.

One researcher using a high-end thermal device also reported observing something near their camp. Jason describes another frightening encounter in which he believes he witnessed two possible Sasquatch—one moving incredibly fast and another appearing to crawl away before disappearing into the forest. After reviewing his footage, Jason also noticed unexplained eye shine behind him. Jason even discusses recordings that he believes may have captured Sasquatch communicating back and forth in the wilderness. What was surrounding these researchers in the Michigan woods? SOMETHING WOKE US UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT | NORTHERN MINNESOTA BIGFOOT ENCOUNTER

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Dan from northern Minnesota about a series of strange experiences that he and his family have had in the remote wilderness near Lake Superior. Dan’s family owns a secluded 40-acre property overlooking Lake Superior where they spend time hunting, fishing, camping, and exploring the surrounding forests. Approximately 15 years ago, Dan was on a fishing trip with a friend near Echo Lake when something suddenly woke him in the middle of the night. Coming from the surrounding wilderness was an extremely strange and powerful sound. Dan describes it as sounding almost like an air horn, but it appeared to be an unknown animal vocalizing repeatedly.

Along with the vocalizations, they could hear what sounded like something pounding the ground. Neither Dan nor his friend has forgotten what they heard that night. The area also contained an abundance of raspberries and other natural resources that could potentially attract wildlife. Dan’s family has experienced other unexplained activity in northern Minnesota as well. His brother-in-law once heard a terrifying vocalization coming from a cedar swamp that he described as sounding like a “mountain gorilla.”

During another experience, Dan and his son were hunting in the Chippewa National Forest when they suddenly developed a bad feeling about the area and decided to leave. As they made their way out, they discovered a freshly broken branch that had been torn from a tree and left directly in the middle of the trail. Dan’s main encounter occurred in the Silver Bay region near Lake Superior—an area surrounded by vast stretches of northern forest. What was producing these strange vocalizations in the middle of the night?

I FOUND WHERE THE SASQUATCH ARE LIVING | WASHINGTON STATE BIGFOOT ENCOUNTERS

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I sit down with Hugh Knight from NW Yeti Quest to discuss his incredible experiences and ongoing Sasquatch research in Washington State. Hugh describes an encounter where he was able to observe a Sasquatch for nearly an hour as it moved through a remote canyon. After spending more time investigating the surrounding region, Hugh believes he discovered an area where these creatures may be living. Hidden within the dense conifer forests of the Pacific Northwest, Hugh began documenting unusual formations including upside-down trees driven into the ground, arches, tree breaks, and other strange structures.

He has also discovered salmon placed in trees, elk remains, and rocks that appear to have been deliberately moved or arranged. Some of Hugh's most unsettling experiences have happened while camping in the area. He claims the Sasquatch will approach his campsite after dark, sometimes coming extremely close to his tent. During one unforgettable encounter, Hugh witnessed a Sasquatch standing over his tent. BIGFOOT ENCOUNTERS FROM THE SWAMPS OF MICHIGAN | I SAW A BIGFOOT PEEKING FROM BEHIND MY SHED

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Dave from Michigan about a series of strange experiences that followed him through different stages of his life. Dave grew up on a farm near a swamp and spent much of his time outdoors hunting and exploring the surrounding wilderness. Long before he knew much about Sasquatch, he began experiencing things he couldn't easily explain. While walking through a field one summer, Dave heard something thrashing through the woods and caught sight of what appeared to be bipedal legs moving through the forest.

At the time, he assumed it might have been a hunter or trespasser. Other strange incidents followed around the swamp and nearby state forest. Dave experienced an overwhelming feeling that he needed to leave the area as the woods suddenly became quiet. His brother later heard something large and heavy following him while hunting in the same swamp. During another hunt, Dave heard a massive tree crash behind his blind. He would later learn about a reported sighting from the 1980s in the same general area. After moving to Northern Michigan, the unusual activity continued.

Dave describes rocks apparently being thrown near him, a dead rabbit found near his property, possible activity around his chicken coop, strange tree breaks and structures, and unusual discoveries while mountain biking—including part of a fawn left along a trail near a road appropriately named "Bigfoot Road." Then came Dave's most dramatic experience. While grilling burgers outside his home, Dave noticed something peeking from behind his shed. He describes seeing an approximately six-foot-tall, black, hairy bipedal creature with a face that was not completely covered in hair. The creature suddenly ran toward the field before diving into the trees. In this episode, Dave shares the full story of his experiences and why he believes something unusual may be roaming the forests and swamps of Michigan.
