In this episode of Stronger Than the Struggle with Devin, I’m joined by my friend Brayden for an honest conversation about the mental and emotional side of living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD).

We talk about how DMD affects us beyond the physical challenges, dealing with difficult days, the emotional struggles people don’t always see, and how we take care of our mental health. We also discuss the importance of having a support system, being able to open up, and finding ways to keep moving forward even when life gets difficult.
