  1. Amy Has One Big Question About Ryan Blaney’s Mustache

    Show notes

We’re back in studio for another round of Bless Your ‘Hardt, and Amy has a question that requires a call to Ryan Blaney.

After dressing up as Alan Jackson, Amy can’t figure out how anyone eats with a mustache. Dale gets Blaney on the phone, and his answer confirms it’s just as much work as she suspected.

Dale shares stories from his Ohio hunting trip, including a brand-new Crock-Pot that shattered the moment he unboxed it and a hunting blind with wasps buzzing around that he decided to sit in anyway. Amy is switching to a fake Christmas tree and asking Dale to keep his giant Sharpie away from her presents.

Plus, Ask Amy settles how long you have to wait before posting about a movie, whether leftovers are fair game, and how many times is too many on the snooze button.

    Show notes

Dale welcomes CARS Tour champions Caden Kvapil and Mason Walters to talk about their championship seasons, the work behind their success, and what comes next.

Caden reflects on a huge year behind the wheel for JR Motorsports, adding a Late Model Stock championship, a Martinsville grandfather clock, and the Virginia Triple Crown to his résumé. He shares what separates him from brother Carson, how racing at Millbridge shaped his driving, and the sacrifices their dad, Travis Kvapil, has made to help both sons chase their dreams. Plus, whose Martinsville clock gets the best spot in the house?

  5. Tommy Baldwin's Hysterical Lap Down Story About Jimmie Johnson

    Show notes

Plug in the aux, headphones, or surround sound — it's time to get into some Dirty Thirty! This week's best moments from Dirty Mo Media include: Dale's Zane-Hocevar thoughts, Jimmie Johnson's first wave around, and the Red Clay Strays on the business of Nashville.

First up, although a penalty has already been issued for Zane Smith, Dale Jr. shared his thoughts on how he didn't care for the contact Zane Smith initiated after the race with Hocevar, especially with the injuries we've seen in the Next Gen car.

Over in the land of Door Bumper Clear, 7-Time Champion Jimmie Johnson joined this week, and Tommy shares his view from the neighboring pit box when he had to coach Chad Knaus on how to take the wave around... because the 48 team was just that good!

On Actions Detrimental, Denny Hamlin has had the same feeling a few Mondays in a row, and he lets all his frustration out after Phoenix.

And lastly, The Red Clay Strays joined Dale Jr. for a guest interview where they discussed their hit song "Wondering Why," their writing process, and why they don't want to fall into a formula as a band.

Amy and Dale are back with another episode of Bless Your ’Hardt!

This week, Dale learns that if something is above Amy’s eye level, it might as well not exist.

The two recap a late night with the Red Clay Strays and Tim Dugger. Dale spent the next day on the couch, while Amy survived a field trip hungover.

Amy reveals whose celebrity closet she’d raid (Sydney Sweeney’s, since they’re the same size, or Gwyneth Paltrow’s for her style). Dale finally explains his problem with “still or sparkling” water.

  7. The Red Clay Strays Didn’t Know “Wondering Why” Would Be a Hit

    Show notes

This week, Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets an up-close look at one of the most meteoric rises in music as he sits down with the Red Clay Strays. Hailing from Mobile, Alabama, the band cut their teeth playing covers along the Gulf Coast, including packed nights at Charlotte’s own Thirsty Beaver, before building a catalog of original songs. Thanks to their single “Wondering Why” and a viral performance on the Western AF video series, they went from dive bars to amphitheaters to arenas in a matter of years. Their latest album reunited them with Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb, continuing to define their brand of Southern rock-informed country music.

Dale has been a fan for years and invited the band to headline his Driven to Give charity event for the Dale Jr. Foundation. They agreed to play a full show and turned down payment. Dale asks what it’s like to spend half the year on the road together, the pressure of supporting a 50-person crew, and how more success means more work behind the scenes. The guys also open up about their faith, recording live with Dave Cobb, AI deepfakes of the band (and the trading cards with AI-written bios about the wrong people), and their tour of Hendrick Motorsports with Rick Hendrick himself.

  8. Zane Smith Crossed the Line & Dale Says NASCAR Has to Act

    Show notes

Dale Jr. and the crew recap Phoenix with just three races left in the championship battle. They get into Kyle Larson’s struggles, Christopher Bell closing in on the points lead, and the incidents between Riley Herbst and Michael McDowell, along with Zane Smith and Carson Hocevar. Dale explains why he believes NASCAR needs to draw a line when it comes to post-race contact, especially when drivers are hitting each other at 130 mph.

With Talladega up next, Dale wants to see Denny Hamlin take more chances and get back to the way he used to race at superspeedways. TJ has a different take on how much the Next Gen car limits drivers, and the guys debate what it takes to make moves and stay in the championship fight.

Tyler Reddick joins the show to talk about his Phoenix win, how his team has found speed on long runs, and the strategy that could make a difference at Talladega. He also opens up about how much the demands of racing have changed with less practice time and more work behind the scenes.

Plus, Dale shares his latest college football obsession after pulling a Bear Bachmeier autograph card, the guys make their Talladega picks on Dirty Mo Dough, and Dale answers your questions on Ask Jr. They also talk about JRM’s plans for Talladega and an upcoming Whatnot auction featuring some cool pieces from Dale’s storage unit.

  9. What Keeps Shane Hmiel Going On The Other Side Of Tragedy

    Show notes

Back at it like we never left! It's time to round up the week with the best moments from Dirty Mo Media's slate of shows — and this week it's Griddy-ing with Chase Briscoe, Leigh Diffey's accent confusion, and getting deep with Shane Hmiel.

We kick things off with Chase Briscoe on his success at 1.5-milers and how his son loves to hype up the crowd, even when he walks up to the plate at his Little League baseball games.

Then we go down under (you make of that what you will) with Door Bumper Clear, who hosted two-thirds of the NBC Broadcast Booth, Leigh Diffey and Jeff Burton! Leigh clears up some accent confusion and tells a great Ward Burton story, and Jeff responds to a fan who noticed his Freudian slip on TV.

Over on Actions Detrimental, Denny Hamlin explains the chassis shuffle teams are doing in this part of the season and how it could be helping some of the other organizations.

And lastly, in one of our more vulnerable moments of the year, Shane Hmiel shares his heart with Dale Jr. about how he appreciates his friendship, his family and the fight to stay strong on the other side of his accident.

  10. Amy Just Exposed Dale’s Driving Habits on Public Roads

    Show notes

When is too old to trick-or-treat? How long do you have to date someone before they get a wedding plus-one? And does the shape of your pasta actually matter?

Amy and Dale are back with another episode of Bless Your ‘Hardt to tackle the everyday debates that somehow turn into full-blown arguments (in the best way possible, of course).

This week, Dale is going toe-to-toe with a rat that has somehow chewed its way through the internet cables, but Dale and his buddies are on the case to trap the rats.

Dale also tells the story of sneaking around a massive property to egg passing cars as a teenager — because apparently, Halloween mischief came with a whole escape plan that leaves Amy raising an eyebrow.

Also, Amy completely exposes Dale’s driving habits on public road that may have something to do with spontaneous Amazon purchases.

All this and more are in this week’s episode of Bless Your ‘Hardt.
