  1. Who Do You Need to Become to Build the Wealth You Want?

    Show notes

What if the biggest thing standing between you and the business, wealth, and life you want isn't your strategy, experience, or bank account?

What if it's who you believe yourself to be?

    Oh, friend. We're going THERE.

I recently had the honor of speaking at a women's wealth conference hosted by entrepreneur Shelby Sapp, surrounded by 3,000 ambitious women ready to dream bigger, build wealth, and create success on their own terms.

And let me tell you, I walked away with some BIG lessons.

In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes to share three powerful observations about entrepreneurship, leadership, and breaking the rules. Then, I'm sharing my FULL keynote presentation, where I answer one question every entrepreneur needs to ask:

Who do you need to BE before you BUILD?

We're diving into my three-part framework for building wealth.

I'm also sharing personal stories about leaving law school, building businesses when I felt completely unqualified, and learning to create success on my own terms.

Because here's what I know: You don't have to be the smartest, most experienced, or most connected person in the room to build something extraordinary.

You just have to be willing to become the person who figures it out.

What if the reason you're struggling to make sales has less to do with what you're SAYING…and more to do with what you BELIEVE before you ever get on the call?

    Oh, friend. We're going THERE.

After years of selling through webinars, DMs, Zoom calls, and live events, I've learned one thing: The sales conversation starts long before you ever speak to a prospective buyer.

And believe it or not, I first learned this lesson from my HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL COACH. (Yes, your girl played basketball. I know. Shocking.)

In this episode of The Jasmine Star Show, I'm taking you behind the scenes of a real conversation with my sales team about the mindset shifts that can completely change how you approach selling.

Because here's what I know: Making money is a skill set. Selling is a skill set. And how you PREPARE to sell matters just as much as the conversation itself.

Whether you're selling your first digital offer or leading an entire sales team, this episode will challenge you to rethink your sales mindset, overcome limiting beliefs, and confidently communicate the value of what you offer.

Ready to change the way you sell? Click play, friend. Let's get into it.

  3. How to Make the Next 90 Days Your Most Profitable Yet

    ↓

Do you want to repeat the last 90 days of your business?

Same revenue. Same schedule. Same stress. Same “I’ll get to it when things calm down” conversations?

If your answer is NOPE, this episode is for you.

I’m breaking down how to create a 90-day profit plan designed to help you simplify, focus, and build a more profitable business. Because friend, you probably don’t need another idea, strategy, funnel, or saved Instagram post. You need to focus on what will actually move your business forward.

In this episode, you’ll learn why I prioritize profitability over flashy revenue numbers, why I’m biased toward scalable digital offers, and how the one offer, one funnel, one result approach can help eliminate overwhelm.

I’ll also walk you through three things you need for your next 90-day sprint: an actual start date, 5–7 focused hours per week, and an idea that matters enough to finish.

But we’re going deeper than strategy, because having the perfect plan doesn’t matter if your beliefs keep talking you out of executing it.

Your next 90 days aren’t just about what you’re going to do. They’re about who you’re willing to become while doing it.

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why profitability matters more than impressive revenue numbers

[04:52] How a 90-day profit plan can create more consistency in your business

[08:14] Why looking at your last 90 days reveals what needs to change next

[12:32] How to create your “matchstick moment” and finally make meaningful progress

[14:57] Why one offer, one funnel, and one result can eliminate business overwhelm

[18:13] How to set up your 90-day sprint with a start date, 5–7 weekly hours, and an idea that matters

  4. Your Business Can’t Outgrow You: How to Expand Your Wealth Consciousness

    Show notes

Have you ever reached a point in your business where you’re doing all the things…and somehow, MORE still feels out of reach?

More revenue. More opportunities. More impact. More freedom.

Friend, what if the answer isn’t doing more—but expanding your capacity to HOLD more?

In this episode, we’re talking about wealth consciousness. (And yes, if that sounds a little woo woo, I GET IT. I used to think the same thing.)

I’m sharing how my own beliefs about money, hard work, and success led me to create MORE work for myself during one of our most successful launches—because somewhere deep down, I believed success had to feel hard to be deserved.

    Whew.

Through raw clips from a coaching session inside The Consistent $10K, I unpack what I call the “bigger bowl”: the idea that your business can only expand as much as YOU are willing to expand.

We’ll talk about the gap between expectations and reality, scarcity versus abundance, and the questions I’ve been asking to change my own relationship with money.

Because maybe your next breakthrough isn’t another strategy, tactic, or thing you need to DO.

Press play, friend. This conversation might change the way you think about your next level.

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why expanding your wealth consciousness may be the missing piece in your business growth

[00:59] How the “bigger bowl” metaphor explains your capacity to receive more opportunities and money

[03:14] Why believing success requires hard work can secretly keep you attached to the grind

[08:22] How changing who you believe you can become changes what you believe your business can create

[12:58] Why your expectations about how quickly success “should” happen create unnecessary frustration

[16:03] How embodying your clients’ desired outcome can strengthen your marketing and authority

[23:19] How to identify the money beliefs and attachments shaping your decisions

  5. Laying Bricks in Q3: Sales, Systems, Team Changes, and Stepping Away

    Show notes

What if the thing you didn’t want to do in your business turned out to be exactly what you needed?

Welcome to my Q3 2026 quarterly review—where I turn the business inside out and share the lessons behind the wins, messy moments, and unexpected opportunities.

This quarter, I stepped back into sales calls and discovered that sometimes the best marketing research isn’t another spreadsheet or strategy session—it’s listening to your customers. I also confronted a major shift I’ve made as a CEO: instead of quickly fixing problems, I’m asking, “What system can we build so we don’t have to solve this again?”

I’m also sharing what happened when I walked into a room of wildly successful founders feeling like they were playing chess while I showed up with…marbles, why I took nearly two weeks completely off, and the uncomfortable question I’ve been asking myself:

If the business only succeeds because I’m constantly driving it forward, have I built a business…or a fan club?

Q3 reminded me that growth doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means listening more closely, building better systems, playing your own game, and having the courage to step away.

Friend, the bricks you’re laying today might just become the breakthrough you recognize tomorrow.

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why I’m showing you the work nobody sees behind the business

[01:49] How getting back on sales calls completely changed my customer messaging

[07:09] How to respond when you walk into a room and feel completely outmatched

[12:52] Why stepping completely away from the business can be productive

[16:42] How knowing what you WANT and NEED changes the opportunities you accept

[21:35] Why some business problems don't come with a clean lesson or framework

  6. How to Keep Creating, Growing, and Moving When Business Feels Hard

    Show notes

Have you ever looked at your business and thought, “WHY is this so dang hard?”

The content isn’t performing. The idea didn’t work. The decision you were sure was right…wasn’t. Friend, I’ve been there.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something: Building a business isn’t just about becoming a better marketer, CEO, or entrepreneur. It’s about becoming a different version of YOU.

Recently, a listener pointed out that in two completely different podcast conversations—with Emily Ford and Ken Coleman—I kept coming back to the same idea: entrepreneurship, business, and content creation are some of the greatest forms of personal development.

Because the hard parts? They aren’t interruptions to the journey. They ARE the journey.

In this episode, I’m sharing pieces of those conversations and getting into what entrepreneurship really requires: hearing “no” and continuing anyway, experimenting without knowing the outcome, listening when you don’t have the answers, and creating again when something flops.

Because your business isn’t only something you’re building.

    Your business is building YOU.

So instead of asking, “Why is this happening?” maybe the better question is: “Who is this requiring me to become?”

Can I call us out for a second?

Sometimes the thing slowing down our business isn’t that we don’t know what to do…it’s that we’re avoiding what we KNOW we need to do.

    Oof. I know.

In this episode, I’m sharing a conversation from inside the Consistent 10K community about one of the sneakiest threats to business growth: avoidance.

I’m breaking down how to identify the emotion underneath your avoidance—whether it’s embarrassment, rejection, disappointment, or judgment—and how to move forward anyway.

    And friend, I’ve lived this.

I once went ALL IN trying to collaborate with a massive business podcast. I hired a videographer, created custom content, built a website, sent a gift…and then got FLAT. OUT. GHOSTED.

But here’s what I learned: People don’t think about our failures nearly as much as WE think about our failures.

So if you’ve been avoiding creating the content, sending the DM, choosing your niche, or taking that next uncomfortable step, this episode is your loving kick in the pants.

You don’t need to become fearless.

You need to identify what you’re avoiding, make the next step smaller, and move while you’re scared.

  8. The 3 Business Lessons My Greatest Mentor Taught Me

    Show notes

Have you ever had someone believe in you before you fully believed in yourself?

For me, that person was my mentor, Susan.

I first discovered Susan on Clubhouse while I was building Social Curator and trying to figure out the world of SaaS. After months of listening to her advice, I finally worked up the courage to ask her a question—and what she shared helped me raise $555,000 in less than an hour.

But the money isn’t what changed my life. Her belief in me did.

In this episode, I’m sharing the business lessons Susan taught me about focusing on the plan instead of constantly reacting to problems, deciding what to keep, delegate, or let go, and why diluted focus creates diluted results.

    And then? EXECUTE.

Because ideas and strategies are great, but they don’t change a business until we act on them.

This episode is also much more personal. I share what happened when Susan unexpectedly entered palliative care and the incredible gift of getting to tell her—in person—how profoundly her mentorship changed my life.

Friend, this episode is about business, but it’s also about something bigger: Tell people what they mean to you. Use what they taught you. And pass it forward.

  9. The One Skill That Makes Entrepreneurs Unstoppable

    Show notes

Do you know someone who can just…figure it out?

Not enough money, time, information, or resources? Somehow, someway, they MAKE. IT. HAPPEN.

There’s a word for this quality: agency.

And after spending years around successful entrepreneurs, I’ve become convinced that self-agency is one of the most important qualities a business owner can develop.

Because business WILL business. A launch won’t go according to plan. Your website will crash. The algorithm will change. Someone will drop the ball.

The question isn’t whether something unexpected will happen. It’s: What will you do next?

In this episode, I’m breaking down three ways to strengthen your self-agency: ownership, action, and responsibility. I also share a personal story about Dr. Gabrielle Lyon that completely changed how I think about refusing to accept a dead end.

Because self-agency doesn’t mean believing you can control everything.

It means believing that no matter what happens, you can control your next move.

Press play to learn how to stop waiting, start moving, and become the entrepreneur who figures it out.

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why “making it happen” might be the most valuable entrepreneurial trait you can develop

  10. Stop Being Afraid to Talk About Money: Building Wealth, Confidence, and a Business

    Show notes

For most of my life, we did NOT talk about money. Like…at all.

So when I entered the online business world and heard entrepreneurs openly discussing revenue, investing, and financial goals? Your girl was SHOOK.

It took me years to realize something that completely changed my relationship with money: Money isn’t good or bad. Money is a tool.

In this conversation with financial feminist Tori Dunlap, we go beyond money to talk about entrepreneurship, fear of failure, and recognizing the skills you already have that could become a business.

We also dig into why a saturated market doesn’t mean there isn’t room for you. Because people don’t just buy the cake—they buy from the baker. They don’t just buy the photographs—they hire the photographer.

Your perspective, personality, experiences, and values are part of what makes your business different.

If you’ve ever wondered, “Who am I to do this?” or “What if I fail?” this conversation is for you.

Talk about the money. Ask the question. Share what you know. Start the business.

    Friend, there’s room for you.

[01:46] How seeing money as a tool instead of a savior can transform the relationship with wealth

[03:25] Why risking failure can be better than living with regret

[04:30] How to recognize skills that could already be generating income

  12. The Six-Minute Content Strategy That Changes Everything

    Show notes

If you've been waiting until your content is perfect before you hit "post," this episode is your permission to stop waiting.

Marketing has changed—and that's actually great news for small business owners. Today's algorithms reward relevance over popularity, which means you don't need a massive following to grow your business.

In this episode, I'm sharing what's actually working in marketing right now, why consistency beats perfection, and six types of content you can create in less than six minutes. We'll also talk about why organic content should drive your paid advertising strategy, whether posting more really matters, and how to build trust with content that feels authentic—not overly polished.

If you're ready to stop overthinking and start creating, this episode will give you the mindset and practical strategies to market your business with confidence.

  14. The Truth Behind Building an 8-Figure Business (That I Never Planned to Say Out Loud)

    Show notes

If you've been listening to this podcast for a while, you know I love talking about business strategy, marketing, leadership, and scaling. But every once in a while, a conversation takes me somewhere much deeper.

This is one of those conversations.

When Leanne Lopez Mosley invited me onto her podcast, I expected we'd talk about entrepreneurship and content creation. We did—but she also asked me questions I'd never answered publicly before.

We talk about authenticity versus oversharing, why I don't actually love creating content (but love what it makes possible), how growing up with scarcity shaped my relationship with success, why I walked away from law school without even owning a camera, and the identity shifts required to build an eight-figure business.

I also share what surfaced during a week-long solo retreat that changed how I think about trust, leadership, marriage, and becoming the next version of myself.

If you've ever wondered what really happens behind the scenes of building a business—and the internal work that growth requires—I hope this conversation reminds you that success isn't just about better strategies. Sometimes it's about becoming the person capable of carrying the life you're building.

And yes… after all that, Leanne and I head into the kitchen to make my famous guacamole.

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why opening up about the things I usually keep private changed how I think about connection, leadership, and building trust online.

[03:44] How the strongest entrepreneurs survive every algorithm change by mastering the fundamentals instead of chasing every new tactic.

[09:26] Why growing up with scarcity can unconsciously cap your growth—and the mindset work required to break through those invisible ceilings.

[15:41] The unlikely story of leaving law school, starting with almost nothing, and accidentally building a personal brand before "personal branding" was even a thing.

[26:59] How to create meaningful content, protect your peace, and avoid the burnout that comes from oversharing online.

[33:04] The leadership lessons I'm learning while building an eight-figure business—and why trusting your team is harder than hiring one.

[42:00] The emotional realization that surfaced during a solo retreat and how learning to trust others started with learning to love myself.

[48:20] A behind-the-scenes kitchen conversation filled with laughter, love stories, and the guacamole recipe everyone asks for.

  15. Your Habits Create Success

    Show notes

If you've ever looked at another entrepreneur and thought, "They make it look so easy," this episode is for you.

Here's the truth: what looks like effortless success is usually the result of years of intentional habits.

In this episode, I'm sharing one of the biggest lessons I've ever learned about entrepreneurship—and it all started with an unexpected realization in my college cafeteria. From there, we'll dive into the psychology of habits, including the Habit Loop, Keystone Habits, and the powerful difference between your stated preferences (what you say you want) and your revealed preferences (what your daily actions actually show).

I'll also share the simple habits that have helped me consistently create content, grow my business, and become the kind of entrepreneur who follows through—even when it's hard.

If you've been feeling stuck, waiting for motivation, or wondering why consistency feels so difficult, this episode will give you a practical framework to replace habits that are holding you back with ones that move you closer to the business—and life—you want to build.

Because success isn't built by luck.

It's built one habit at a time.

[00:00] How one unexpected college experience taught me that the smallest daily choices shape the biggest transformations.

[01:44] Why understanding cues, routines, and rewards can help you replace bad habits instead of fighting them.

[04:34] Running a business isn't always fun—but learning to love the process is what separates entrepreneurs who quit from those who succeed.

[07:06] How "stated preferences" versus "revealed preferences" explains why motivation fades—and what to do instead.

[09:58] The behind-the-scenes routines I rely on every week to stay consistent, productive, and focused.

[10:37] The simple framework for replacing habits that no longer serve you with habits that move your business forward.

[12:39] How aligning your identity with your daily actions creates extraordinary business results over time.

Have you ever known exactly what to do... and still not done it?

This episode was inspired by a conversation with an entrepreneur who had the strategy, the plan, and the next steps—but was struggling to take action.

That led me to a realization: entrepreneurs usually get stuck in one of two places.

    Because here's the truth:

Action comes first. Confidence comes later.

If you've been waiting to feel ready before taking your next step, this episode is your reminder that confidence isn't something you find—it's something you build.

  20. The Fastest Way to Build a Personal Brand People Trust

    Show notes

A few weeks ago, my husband told me something I wasn't exactly thrilled to hear: after more than 15 years of building businesses, I've become pretty good at spotting patterns.

And as much as I wanted to argue with him... he wasn't wrong.

In this episode, I'm sharing a conversation from Courtney Johnson's podcast, Built in Public, where we unpack what it really takes to build a personal brand that stands the test of time.

Spoiler alert: it's not about becoming someone else. It's about becoming more of who you already are.

We talk about how I went from a law school dropout with a free blog and a brand-new camera to building an internationally recognized brand, why storytelling is your greatest business asset, and how trust—not perfection—is what truly grows a business.

We also dive into the biggest mistake entrepreneurs make with content, why consistency matters more than ever, and the focus advice I wish I had listened to years ago: less noise, less consumption, and more implementation.
