Reputation Before Profit, Before Growth, Before Everything
Show notes
Kelly makes a counterintuitive case this week: sometimes the slowest pace in business is actually the fastest one, and the greatest growth strategy can look a lot like not growing at all.
Strategic, step-by-step growth can be more productive, more sustainable, and even more profitable than overnight growth. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. Stay the course, keep the long range, and stop comparing your journey to anyone else's.
What's inside:
• Why Called to Lead was a non-selling event on purpose
• Deposits vs. withdrawals in your relationship with the market
• Why they're not growing the 2027 event (and that's the strategy)
• Why reputation comes before profit and growth rateTimestamps
• 00:00 — The tortoise and the hare: slow is fast
• 01:30 — Valuing timeless wisdom
• 03:00 — Why sometimes the greatest growth can look like no growth
• 04:30 — The takedown campaigns before Called to Lead (and staying out of it)
• 06:30 — Why Called to Lead 2026 was a non-selling event
• 08:30 — Deposits vs. withdrawals: investing in the market
• 10:30 — Why Sandi and Kelly chose not to grow the 2027 event
• 12:30 — 10X the impact before scaling
• 14:00 — Why fast growth leads to chaos and destabilization
• 15:30 — Reputation before profit, growth rate, and everything else
• 17:00 — How this applies to you: you're not behind

{The Quiet Millionaire Era Workshop} Session 3 Replay: Be the Visionary of Your Business
Show notes
This is a special limited-time episode featuring the full recording of the final day of Kelly Roach's live Quiet Millionaire Era series. It's only available here until [DATE].
Everything Kelly covered this week comes back to one thing, the power of decision: the kind of CEO you want to be, the business you want to build, and the life you want to live. Kelly believes the number one reason entrepreneurs are working harder than ever and still stuck is that they've outsourced their conviction to social media, AI, and other people's playbooks. Most of them already know enough to be ten times further along.
Then Kelly brings on Legacy Leaders client Julie Ciardi, who went from leaving a corporate executive career to $1.4 million in revenue in 18 months. She shares how one conversation at a VIP day turned her from a business builder into a movement maker, and why after her first million-dollar launch she chose to slow her growth on purpose to get the fundamentals right before scaling to $5 million and beyond.
In this episode
• Why being the visionary of your business means you stop waiting for permission, validation, or direction
• How you're making $100,000 decisions every week around investments, hiring, vendors, offers, and your sales strategy
• "The rate at which you entertain distractions is the rate at which they multiply"
• Julie's story: from rabbit holes to $1.4 million in 18 months, and why she told Kelly "never let me leave again"
• Why Julie and Kelly are both holding growth steady on purpose, and what Kelly is doing with Called to Lead after growing from 200 to 500 people this year
• Knowing your season: when to go hard, and when to sit down and focus on excellence in execution
• Why business doesn't get easier, you get strongerResources mentioned

{The Quiet Millionaire Era Workshop} Session 2 Replay: From a 6-Figure Sales Team to An Email Sales Engine
Show notes
This is a special limited-time episode featuring the full recording of Part 2 of Kelly Roach's live Quiet Millionaire Era series.
Kelly starts by teaching the four problems every business on the planet has, no matter the industry. Then she gives three questions to find your one big problem and maps the cycle keeping most entrepreneurs stuck against the one Quiet Millionaires live by.
Then Danielle Cevallos, President of Kelly Roach International, takes over and pulls back the curtain on how their business model evolved. They went from a high-ticket model with a full-time sales team to a list-building model where one email can bring in tens of thousands, and Danielle is now on calls about two days a week. She shares real $100,000 decisions from their clients and explains why game-time coaching beats another season on the practice field.
In this episode
• The four problems: customer acquisition, lifetime value (including the Four Rs), team, and delivery model
• Three questions to find the one problem that would change everything in your business
• The FOMO, consume, learning curve downtime cycle, and the Quiet Millionaire cycle that replaces it
• Why copying someone else's business model keeps you stuck
• Danielle's practice field vs. game day analogy, and why a two-second play call matters
• Client examples: $60,000 saved by cutting an agency, $100,000 saved by not building an app, a $70,000 launch add-on from a 60-second voice memo, and a seven-figure business that doubled through referrals, renewals, and upsells
• Why Danielle recommends at least $5 to $10 a day in list-building ads, and how Substack fits into KRI's list strategyResources mentioned

{The Quiet Millionaire Era Workshop} Session 1 Replay:The Shifts in Today's Market, And Why They Are Good For You!
Show notes
This is a special limited-time episode. It's the full recording of Part 1 of my live Quiet Millionaire Era series (3 sessions total).
After building her first company to eight figures with no investors, no debt, and no outside funding, and then building five more, Kelly had to decide what kind of CEO she wanted to be next. That meant closing programs, walking away from 20 to 30 hours a week on Zoom, and moving from an outside sales team to selling with trust-building offers.
In this episode, she walks you through the freedom-based business model, why so many entrepreneurs are sabotaging their own growth, and what buyers want in 2026. Then I sit down with my client, a telehealth founder who was carrying 80 patients on her own, to talk about what it took to hand them off and get her bandwidth back.
In this episode
• The difference between a business that requires you and one that allows for you
• Why KElly closed Kairos and what "holding two rings" has to do with your next breakthrough
• How rising acquisition costs, FOMO, and learning curve downtime are costing you hundreds of thousands of dollars a year
• How people are buying in 2026, from relationship-based high ticket to intimate live experiences
• Emily's story: handing off patients, losing only about 1%, and stepping into the role that grows her company

Protect What Matters Most Before It's Too Late (with Jessica Lynn Silva)
Show notes
Most people learn what probate is at the worst possible moment: in the middle of grief, in a courtroom, dealing with lawyers and legal bills right when they can least handle it. Kelly sits down with estate planning and probate attorney Jessica Lynn Silva to make sure that isn't you or the people you love.
Jessica brings law to real life, taking something that feels overwhelming and complex and breaking it down to "I need this, and here's why." She walks through exactly what a complete estate plan includes, durable power of attorney, healthcare surrogate, pre-need guardians for your kids, and your wills and trusts, and the difference between the families whose affairs are "tied up with a bow" and the ones forced through months of court, expense, and chaos. She shares how fast it can actually come together (as little as a day), why blended families need this even more, and the cautionary tales of those who died without a will and left tens of millions in legal fees behind.
Jessica tells the story behind the success, becoming a single mom in the '90s, and building her way to four degrees, multiple offices, and Called to Lead'sWoman of the Year.
What's inside:
• What a complete estate plan actually includes

What Billion-Dollar Leaders Actually Talk About
Show notes
When you put 9 and 10-figure leaders, women running multi-hundred-million and billion-dollar companies in a room, they don't talk about virality, AI, or the next tactic. They talk about conviction around purpose, being undistractable, surrounding yourself with the right people, and relationships.
In this reflective episode, Kelly shares how Called to Lead has become a legacy project, and gets honest about where she sees the world heading. As AI pushes people deeper into isolation, she's running the opposite direction, toward community, simplicity, and quiet millions, and she invites listeners into a very different kind of conversation.
In this episode:
• Why the wisest leaders talk about purpose and relationships, not tactics
• The sign of real growth

Return to Real: Why Authenticity Is the Last Advantage (with Ryan Levesque)
Show notes
Ryan Levesque is a 7X Inc. 5000 CEO who's generated over $100 million and sold two companies, and in this conversation he makes the case that in a world of artificial everything, real is the last true advantage. Kelly sits down with him to talk about his new book, Return to Real, and the personal unraveling that led to it.
He and Kelly go deep on the pattern they both know firsthand, the belief that achievement is how we earn love, and why that wiring builds great companies and hollow lives in equal measure. Then Ryan lays out the three shifts from the book: the analog advantage, the oxytocin advantage, and the contrarian advantage.
What's inside:
• The storm that snapped Ryan out of growth-at-all-costs
• Why "achievement equals love" builds hollow success
• The three advantages: analog, oxytocin, and contrarian
• The double craving: what you want is what your market wantsTimestamps

• 07:00 — Deciding to sell the company and reclaim time with his kids
• 08:30 — Where is the "enough" point?

Taking Your Book Global: Why Your Book Is Your Business Card to the World (with Gautam Ganglani)
Show notes
Most authors and speakers build their entire brand in one market and never realize how small that is compared to what's possible. In this episode, Kelly sits down with Gautam Ganglani, who has spent three decades bringing the world's biggest authors (Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, Robin Sharma, Marshall Goldsmith, and more) to the Gulf region and India, to talk about how to take a book and a speaking career truly global.
Gautam shares the story of Right Selection, the 30-year family legacy his father started as a Dubai bookstore and grew into live events and executive development, and the principle that kept it thriving across generations. He and Kelly get into the exact playbook for going global, finding a regional publishing partner, building the brand virtually through podcasts and webinars, then landing a concentrated speaking roadshow, and the hard data behind the 10,000-copy tipping point that can take a book from a few thousand sales to 6-figures.

God First: How Faith Reorders Everything with Emily Ford
Show notes
In her first-ever Keeping the Faith segment on The Kelly Roach Show, Kelly sits down with Emily Ford, a woman who built a nine-figure sales organization by 26, and then hit rock bottom at age30. That crisis became the doorway to finding the real Jesus, and everything changed from there.
Kelly and Emily trade stories that mirror each other in uncanny ways: two women who climbed to the top, felt the void that success couldn't fill, and had to be broken of their old reliance. They share about their healing journeys, praying in the wait, feeling like a beginner every time you open the Bible, and the surprising lesson Kelly learned when she begged God for the right faith mentors.
They get into why community and a Bible-based church matter, how to work through church hurt, why your business is a vehicle for your calling rather than your identity, and the daily practice of keeping your life in order and God first.
What's inside:
• The rock-bottom moment that reordered Emily's whole life
• Why chasing significance leaves you hollow
• Praying in the wait, and feeling unqualified but doing it anyway
• Business as a vehicle for your calling, not your identityTimestamps

The Time Freedom Formula with Brian Herriott
Show notes
Entrepreneurs get into business chasing freedom, and then build the hardest, worst job anyone could imagine. This episode is about getting the freedom back. Kelly sits down with Brian Herriot, author of the brand-new book Time Freedom, for a conversation on the reason most of us started a business in the first place.
Brian shares the story that changed everything, his wife's double lung transplant 27 years ago and the vow they made leaving the hospital to stop waiting on some far-off retirement, and how he still drifted right back onto the corporate track before finally designing a life around what actually mattered. He and Kelly unpack why we get stuck (we start optimizing for money out of survival and never change gears), the danger of not knowing your "enough" number, and his core framework, the Time Freedom Formula, that aligns what it costs to live with your investments and flexible work so you can claim freedom years sooner.
They get into the levels of freedom, why a 401(k) may not be the move everyone told you it was, what to do if you feel like you're already behind (Brian's promise: many people can reach time freedom in three years), and the reframe that unlocks it for most high achievers: time freedom usually isn't a completely different life, it's a one-step variation on the one you already have.
What's inside:
• Why we optimize for money and forget to change gears
• Knowing your "enough" number and your definition of freedom
• The Time Freedom Formula, and the free calculator behind it
• What to do if you feel like you're already too far behindTimestamps

1178. Why I Walked Away From the Model That Got Me to 8 Figures
Show notes
Kelly pulls back the curtain on one of the biggest decisions of her career: flipping the business from high ticket on the front end to low ticket, and fully productizing. This is the honest debrief, the good, the bad, and the ugly, from someone who ran the high-ticket model successfully at eight figures and chose to build something different anyway.
She traces the whole evolution, from knowing the model that took her to eight figures was not the one she wanted to take to nine, through years of exploring other business models, to where the company sits now: 300 to 400 sales a month with email, text, social, and funnels doing the customer acquisition that live launches used to. She's candid about what this transition actually costs. Running both models at once for years. Saying goodbye to great team members who are no longer needed and completely retooling the roles of those who stay. Investing heavily in brand and email-list growth before the funnels carry the load.
And she's clear on why it was worth it. A calendar that went from booked solid to nearly open, the freedom to homeschool two days a week and go to church and train before work, and a lighter, frictionless business her whole team feels. She also names the missing piece most people get wrong (low-ticket offers that don't intentionally feed the high ticket), and makes the case that there's a point where more money simply can't stand in for freedom.
What's inside:
• Why she left the model that built her eight-figure company
• The real cost of running high ticket and low ticket at the same time
