Zenobia Darling's Midnight Meltdown

Comedy, Documentary, Society & Culture, Stand-Up

🦇 Hosted by award-winning drag rockstar and comedian Zenobia Darling, Zenobia Darling’s Midnight Meltdown is a nocturnal transmission from the haunted edges of Baltimore exploring pop culture, the paranormal, reality TV, beauty culture, queer nightlife, underground art, cryptids, celebrity scandals, and the beautiful chaos of modern life.

👻 Part late-night rant, part paranormal field guide, and part cultural commentary roast, the show dives into everything from Bravo meltdowns and haunted locations to internet decay, drag culture, local legends, celebrity absurdity, beauty and hair, and the strange theater of modern existence.

📻 Whether flying solo or joined by artists, outsiders, and other creatively feral humans, Zenobia serves up dark humor, sharp observations, punk attitude, and a healthy disrespect for taking anything too seriously—treating ghosts, glamour, celebrity meltdowns, and cultural collapse with roughly the same level of importance because they're probably more connected than we'd like to admit and absolutely deserve some major shade.

🩸 Sometimes insightful. Sometimes unhinged. Always after dark.

This is late-night radio with a haunted frequency. A comedy show with a paranormal obsession. A place where glamour meets the grotesquely unhinged, gossip meets the supernatural, and absolutely nothing is safe from a little shade.

The coffee break is dead.

The meltdown begins at midnight.

🦇 New episodes begin broadcasting Halloween 2026.

  1. The Roast of Sylvia Browne!!!

    Season 3, Episode 4

    Show notes

For the first episode of Zenobia Darling’s Midnight Meltdown, I’m opening the case file on one of the most infamous names in modern paranormal pop culture: Sylvia Browne. And this isn't a standard deep dive... This is an old-fashioned stand-up comedy roast of this famous paranormal grifter.

I’m taking a deep dive through Sylvia’s bizarre paranormal-media career, from her first appearance on In Search Of…in the 1970s to her rise to national fame in the 1990s. We’re stopping at the Moss Beach Distillery for her legendary 1992 appearance on Unsolved Mysteries, then going straight into her absolutely unhinged appearances on the paranormal news magazine SIGHTINGS in 1994 and 1995.

But this isn't just paranormal television archaeology. I was there.

In 2005, during the height of her Montel talk show appearances, I went to see Sylvia Browne do a live gallery reading in Baltimore — and what I witnessed that night took the whole psychic thing into a much darker place that I get into.

I’m also getting into Sylvia’s 1990 fraud conviction, the ethics of psychic readings, her notoriously wrong and deeply unethical reading involving Amanda Berry and her mother, her obsession with being on paranormal television, and the strange world of turning other people's grief, fear, and supernatural beliefs into a media empire that she profited from — charging $700 for a ten-minute phone reading in the early 2000s, with a two-year wait list.

And yes, I’m going to give her some flowers.

Because love her, hate her, believe her, or think she was completely full of shit, Sylvia Browne was an OG paranormal influencer. Before social media, she understood the assignment. She understood branding. She understood television. She understood spectacle. She knew how to turn being a psychic into a pop-culture career — and, dare I say, a grift.

But Sylvia was also a paranormal media whore of the highest order, and some of the shit that went down crossed a line from campy psychic entertainment into something much darker.

And then, of course, there’s Prophecy — and the many, many ghostwritten books she published throughout her career.

At the end of the roast, I’m digging into Sylvia’s infamous 2004 prediction that appears to describe a global pandemic — because if I’m going to drag Sylvia Browne through the paranormal cemetery, I might as well see what she supposedly saw coming.

So pour yourself a drink, light a candle, put on your finest haunted glamour, and come down the rabbit hole with me.

She has been dead since 2013, but somehow she's still haunting television.

  2. From Dramageddon to RHONY to Havre de Grace!!!

    Season 3, Episode 3

    Show notes

THE DARLINGS HAVE QUESTIONS. ZENOBIA HAS RECEIPTS. 💋

The little darlings have questions, and Zenobia Darling’s Midnight Meltdown has answers. In this listener Q&A teaser, I’m serving up a pop culture rundown, some vintage beauty-influencer tea, Housewives obsession, and a little Havre de Grace drama for dessert. Because apparently, I have opinions about EVERYTHING.

First, we’re getting into Jeffree Star vs. the Drag World, with some old-school tea and a very special receipt: a track jacket I bought from Jeffree himself that proves he’s been giving Walmart realness since day one. I have theories about why he’s so angry, and naturally, that sends me spiraling back to the glorious disaster that was YouTube Beauty Dramageddon in 2018–2019. Ryan Murphy, darling, I have your next Feud season ready to go: DRAMAGEDDON, starring Tati Westbrook, James Charles, Jeffree Star, and the beauty gurus who turned YouTube into a crime scene.

Then we get into Selma Blair and her airplane arrest drama, an update on my upcoming paranormal book, and the latest seasons of The Real Housewives of New York City and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. I’m teasing my upcoming Real Housewives of London episode, questioning why The Real Housewives of Miami has been put on pause, celebrating The Golden Life, and declaring my everlasting love for the RHONY dogs. Give those pups a confessional already!

And just when you think it’s all designer labels, beauty scandals, and Bravo breakdowns, we’re bringing it back home. I close out with the increasingly ugly Facebook drama surrounding Havre de Grace’s art community and the fight over the future of our local creative spaces. Because sometimes the messiest reality show isn't on television. It's right in your own backyard.

Pop culture chaos. Vintage tea. Housewives hysteria. Hometown drama. The questions came from my little darlings, but the opinions are all mine.

    It’s midnight, let’s get unhinged. 🖤

  4. The Coffee Break Is Dead — Welcome to the Midnight Meltdown!!!! Trailer

    Season 3, Episode 1

    Show notes

    MIDNIGHT MELTDOWN IS HERE.

The Coffee Break is dead. Zenobia Darling’s Midnight Meltdown has officially entered the building.

In this first teaser episode, Zenobia Darling pulls back the curtain on the brand-new Season Three, premiering Halloween 2026—with a new name, a new look, a new late-night attitude, and a video component joining the madness over on YouTube. Make sure you follow me on Youtube to check out the video component!!! https://www.youtube.com/@zenobiadarling

    Then the gloves come off.

Zenobia gets into the controversy surrounding Nikki Glaser and a Drew Barrymore bit that bears a striking resemblance to a Heather McDonald routine from 15 years ago. I go deep into seeing the bit live in Baltimore from Heather opening up for a sucky Chelsea Handler as well as a deep dive into why this is so gross on Nikkis part with my love Heather Mcdonald. Then it’s time to descend into the paranormal as the Season 31 teaser for Ghost Adventures arrives—and apparently Zak Bagans may have reached the point where even he is wondering why he’s still here as it gave literally no nothing. I also get into updates on the Holly Madison/ Zak cheating scandal and just throw so much deserved shade a Zak.

And because no episode of Midnight Meltdown would be complete without some Housewives chaos, Zenobia closes things out with a quick tour through the latest Real Housewives news, including Leah Remini joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Carol Raziwill back on RHONY, AND This season primer of RHOSLC.

  5. The Hott Ghoul Summer Check-In... Summer House, Slayyyter, and Rupaul!!!!

    Season 2, Episode 36

    Show notes

Darlings… I’m back after a hiatus and I need to bitch about pop culture.

I start with a June 2026 life update: I’ve officially finished my hairstyling apprenticeship and am now a licensed hairstylist. The state board nightmare is over.

Then we dive into the Summer House reunion because Bravo remains my favorite sociological experiment. I unpack the Amanda, Kyle, Ciara, Lindsay, and West mess, discuss why West continues to be the human embodiment of an expired IPA, mourn the Carl we used to know, and proudly remain Team Lindsay.

From there, we enter the Pop Girl Industrial Complex. I go absolutely feral over Slayyyter’s Worst Girl in America, discuss why it’s one of the strongest pop albums in years, reflect on my long history as a Slayyyter fan, and get into Kylie Minogue, Ariana Grande, and the increasingly amazing era of pop music we’re living in.

Finally, we arrive at the gates of internet hell. After my TikTok rant about RuPaul’s appearance on The View unexpectedly went viral, I found myself trapped in one of the most unhinged comment sections imaginable. We break down the backlash, the bizarre reactions, and why people love arguing with things that were never actually said.

    Grab a coffee.

Season 3 is almost here so stay tuned, Darlings!!!

  6. Vanderpump Rules Season 12: A New Era of Mess — My Live Reaction!!!

    Season 2, Episode 35

    Show notes

Darlings… I was ready to ghost this new era of Vanderpump Rules. The original cast was lightning in a bottle — toxic, iconic, spiritually unwell. You can’t summon that twice.

Then I watched the first five minutes of the Season 12 premiere…
And suddenly I was grabbing my mic like it was the last Pumptini on Earth.

In this episode, I live-react — in real time — to Season 12’s fresh batch of overly confident, chaotically delusional LA goons. I immediately identify the vortex of female dark chaos (spoiler: Natalie, with Kim hovering like an energetic attachment), followed by the usual roster of pretty-but-basic "straight" men. I question how SUR is still open in 2025 after showcasing horrible waitstaff on tv for a decade, with a quick stroll through its tabloid history.

I break down the Two Types of VPR Viewers, unpack the hetero hellscape these people are stuck in and revel in the 5 a.m. rage calling followed by 10 am drinking, security footage fights, tone deaf music studio moments, and broken fourth wall — all the things that make VPR the greatest show ever while laughing non-stop at this mess.

If you want play-by-play chaos, psychic-level predictions, and the kind of sharp snark only a Vanderpump Rules Scholar and drag queen can deliver… grab your Pumptinis.

Come sip, scream, and bitch with me. Zenobia is clocked in!!

  7. 🔥 Kathy Griffin Made Me Podcast Again... Espresso Shot!!!

    Season 2, Episode 34

    Show notes

Today’s espresso shot is powered by one thing — Kathy Griffin. My number one celebrity, my number one person, and the reason I literally dusted off the podcast mic the second her new stand-up special My Life on the PTSD List dropped on YouTube. My apartment might be a mess (same with my life), but Kathy just supercharged me back to life.

In this episode, I gush about my lifelong love for Kathy and why she means so damn much to me. I dive into her new material — the chaos, the comedy, and the catharsis — from Sia and Jane Fonda to Kim & Kanye, Paris Hilton, a gay cruise massage story, and that wild, unfiltered Britney and Justin story straight from the Kathy Griffin vault. I even dish on Jeffree Star and the way Kathy hilariously brushes past James Charles in the most gloriously gay way possible.

We get into what made comedy in the 2000s so good and bad, how it’s changed, and why Kathy and I both thrive in that sweet spot of storytelling comedy that doesn’t always fit neatly into club culture — but hits straight to the heart. And, of course, I nerd out hard, because my “’tism” is literally knowing every Kathy Griffin special, CD, cameo, and credit — from Suddenly Susan to The X-Files.

I also go on a tangent about Oprah and Whitney Houston, because honestly, you can’t talk Kathy Griffin without mentioning those two legends.

And yes, Kathy even manages to make her trauma and suicide attempt funny — because that’s what great comedy does: it makes the unbearable bearable, helping us laugh our way toward healing.

So grab your coffee (or something stronger), and let’s celebrate the queen herself — Kathy Griffin — and the art of surviving through comedy and chaos.

☕️ PS: I also give an update on my upcoming paranormal doc, Ethereal Anarchy!

    Season 2, Episode 33

    Show notes

It’s been seven weeks since I last took this mic for a spin, and baby, I’m back—sun-kissed, slightly haunted, and armed with the most unhinged birthday gift ever conjured from the digital abyss.

My paranormal friend Noah gifted me an AI-generated slutpop masterpiece called Gagging on Glitter, allegedly by an underground LA trio now in Aberdeen, MD known as Exploding Cupcake Uprising—but we both know it was programmed by horny robots and glitter demons. 💿⚡🧁

    This episode is:

    • A full summer check-in (the glam, the ghosts, the anxiety spiral)
    • A track-by-track breakdown of this candy-coated synth orgy
    • A reverent and accidental double review of the standout anthem “Sucking on Daddy” (because yes, I queen out so hard I forget I already covered it and go back for seconds—Daddy deserves it)

    Track titles include:

    • “Witchy Slut Party” and its remix
    • “Cecil County Rendezvous"
    • “Who Wants to Get Fucked by a Bunch of Centaurs in an Abandoned K-Mart”
…and of course, the genre-defining banger: “Sucking on Daddy”

  9. Zak Bagans cheated on 👑 Holly Madison how many times!?!? Espresso Shot!!!!

    Season 2, Episode 32

    Show notes

I may be on a spring hiatus, but when a cheating scandal rocks paranormal pop culture—featuring one of my all-time favorite celebs to stan and my all-time favorite ghost bro to drag—you know I had to grab the mic and get messy.

First, a quick life update: I’ve been deep in the haunted attic art studio and riding the same weird emotional static that feels like everyone is going through it (just me?). Oh—and I finally got my ears pierced for the first time ever, so yes: welcome to the Pierced and Pissed-Off Drag Rockstar Era™, but the ears have never looked punker and more gorgeous.

Then it’s straight into the ghostly gossip:

Holly Madison, one of my eternal Drag Aunties (alongside the iconic Bridget Marquardt), is DONE with Zak Bagans—and she’s spilling tea hotter than a Vegas parking lot in July. She’s calling out him and the 10+ confirmed cheating incidents she received from their six-year relationship. It's epic and confirms exactly what I have been saying for years about Zak, and proves why Holly is truly a queen!!

    I go OFF on:

    • The cheating allegations and Zak's dark-sided clownery
    • Zak being a D-list celebrity and his thirsty love of dating apps.
    • How Holly helped shape Zenobia Darling into the spooky drag icon your listening to and adoring
    • Why Holly and Bridget's podcast (and Patreon) are straight-up essential listening
    • What this scandal means for Ghost Adventures (because be real… who’s still watching?)
    • And why Zak has zero respect in serious paranormal communities—especially on the East Coast 👀

Let’s face it: Zak Bagans has been chasing demons for decades, but couldn’t outrun his own ego.

⚠️ DISCLAIMER: I’m a drag queen and stand-up comic, so take everything with a grain of ghost salt. It’s all alleged, and it’s all through the lens of humor, glitter, and pure rage-stanning for Holly Madison.

  10. Keeping Up with Capitalism: A Kardashian Deep Dive ESPRESSO SHOT!!!

    Season 2, Episode 30

    Show notes

Grab your espresso and buckle in, babe, because this is not your average Kardashian convo.

In this fully unfiltered spiral, I, Zenobia Darling, kick things off with a hot take on the Blue Origin PR space flight featuring Katy Perry, Gayle King, a front-row Kris & Khloe moment, and a crying Oprah. Inspiration? Or rich-girl cosplay in zero gravity? You already know what I think.

Then, in a cosmic pivot, I drop a haunted update from Ethereal Anarchy: Zenobia Darling’s Haunted Revolution before launching into a deep, delusional, and delicious dive into the Kardashian Dynasty—from Keeping Up on E! to their fourth-wall-breaking Hulu-era rebrand.

I unpack my personal journey with the show, its connections to The Real Housewives, and how the Kardashians became a surgically enhanced, heavily filtered love letter to branding, capitalism, and aspirational living.

    ✨ Khloe’s my ride-or-die fave (yes, I said it)
💼 Kim is that girl—a marketing mogul, a media magician, and the Elizabeth Taylor of our generation (fight me)
💇‍♀️ Kim's dark-to-blonde-to-dark-again hair crimes? As a hairstylist, it’s emotional abuse with extensions
🎤 Kanye? We go in—it’s a read, a reckoning, and a reality check
👑 Caitlyn’s public transition vs. her public behavior—being trans doesn’t automatically make you kind or evolved
💋 Kourtney’s wellness witchery, Rob’s vanishing act, Scott’s redemption arc (I kinda like him), Kendall’s flatline modeling era, Kylie’s influencer empress reign, and yes, the Blac Chyna of it all
🌟 And baby, North West is coming. That child is a generational talent, a chaotic icon in the making, and we all need to buckle the hell up because I’m living for her world domination tour

It’s unhinged, unholy, unapologetically deep—and I love every second of it. The Kardashians aren’t just a family… they’re an American mythos in full glam.

    Let’s sip the truth. ☕💋

  11. Sick in Bed with RHOBH, RHOA, & Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup ESPRESSO SHOT!!!

    Season 2, Episode 29

    Show notes

Alright, Bravo babes—this Espresso Shot is fever-drenched, unhinged, and fashionably late because I was mid-edit when Part Two of the RHOBH Reunion hit me like Rinna throwing a wine glass at Kim Richards. I tossed the script, ran to the mic, and started ranting—because the drama demanded it.

🍸 First up: The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion Pt. 2
    I break down:

👗 Why Dorit and Jennifer Tilley are the only ones giving rich eccentric fantasy
💎 When Garcelle turned in her diamond and checked out
🎭 Why Erika Jayne is a villain with no storyline, no flair, and absolutely no new tricks
🪩 And Kyle Richards—who’s been here since Season 1 and still hasn’t figured out how to be interesting. Kyle, it’s time to hang up the kaftans, babe. I said what I said.
Also: Peacock, we’re all paying—so uncensor the Bravo content already. Don’t be shy.

🍑 Then we jump over to Atlanta for the KENYA MOORE DRAMA (yes, that’s all caps). Because what’s happening with Kenya isn’t just one peach-holder’s storyline—it’s a Bravo-level breakdown of pop culture, power, and the weird astrological waters we’re all drowning in. Bravo’s floating face-down and I’m here with a reality TV life raft.

🤒 And THEN… in Part Two, recorded mid-fever/allergy spiral (I was literally dripping in VapoRub), I deep-dive into Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up—Lifetime’s new reality chaos machine.

    We spiral through:

👰 Gypsy’s messy post-prison rebrand and chaotic Southern Louisiana supporting cast
👀 Her Daddy AF dad (yes, THAT man)
💍 The maybe-cheating-maybe-just-overedited love triangle between Gypsy, her husband Ryan, and ex-fiancé Ken
🚬 Her stealth smoking, self-filmed fights, and clear thirst for influencer fame
🎬 The dark AF undercurrent that I love in good reality tv that Gypsy is delivering.

The show is a trainwreck and I devoured every second like sleep during a Mucinex fever dream. Lifetime gave it a budget and an edit and a platform.

So grab your cough syrup join me in bitching through Beverly Hills, Atlanta, and Louisiana. No regrets. Just rage, Zenobia Darling, and reality TV revelations.

  12. Ghost Adventures 2025 Trailer Reaction: Zak Bagans’ Ghostly Circus + Aaron’s True Crime Nightmare!!!

    Season 2, Episode 28

    Show notes

Alright, ghost darlings—this espresso shot is nuclear because Ghost Adventures just dropped a new season (???) and the real-life drama is scarier than a basement full of demons. What season is it? 25? 29? Zak won’t say, IMDb doesn’t know, and at this point, neither does the Travel Channel. But a brand new trailer just dropped, and I’m live-reacting in real-time—because you know this show never fails to deliver some ghost-hunting reality TV theater that desperately needed my intellect.

🚨 Meanwhile, in true crime hell—Aaron Goodwin’s wife allegedly tried to have him murdered. And not just any murder-for-hire plot. She went full Florida Woman and hired an actual inmate straight out of a true crime documentary (Ctrl + Alt + Desire) to take Aaron out—while he was filming this new season. Will Zak put this mess into the show? With all the #AaronGoodwin tags on the trailer, I’m saying yes—because Zak Bagans is nothing if not a man who understands the good marketing and reality tv drama.

And because I can’t just sip my espresso in peace, I also go off on:
👻 The Real Housewives quality of Ghost Adventures (because it’s Bravo with SB7 Spirit Boxes and off-camera meltdowns).
🤡 The D-list hellscape that is paranormal reality TV.
🎃 My Halloween Zak Bagans cosplay—catch it on my TikTok, but only if you’re ready for commitment.
💀 My trip to Zak’s Haunted Museum in Vegas—which was cursed, ridiculous, and somehow still worth it.
👀 Why, after years of roasting this show, I still keep watching.

I also give my takes on The Dead Files... because that show has Odd Duck energy.

So grab your demon trolling gear and a haunted energy drink—as I comedically take down one of my favorite reality tv shows... again. ☕👻🔥

  13. Davey Calico's thoughts on John Waters' Female Trouble!!!

    Season 2, Episode 27

    Show notes

For this chaotic hott mess coffee break recorded on a lazy Sunday Funday, I welcome back one of my closest friends, the magical and marvelous Davey Calico, for a gloriously unhinged deep dive into my all-time favorite movie—John Waters’ Female Trouble. If you don’t love this film, I simply do not trust you. We’re talking camp, filth, and the unfiltered genius of our local Baltimore Trash Elder.

Davey first graced the pod in December 2023 when we took a paranormal road trip to Gettysburg, where I made him watch Vanderpump Rules for the first time (cultural education!). Now, he’s back, and we’re diving into everything from cult cinema to cats to his latest mystical glow-up—expanding his yoga and meditation practice to include Qi Gong, Alchemy, and Men’s Work, which he’s been teaching me (and yes, I am obsessed). If you’re vibing with Davey’s wisdom, check out his books—Weaving Within: The Breath of Tantric and Welcome to the Womb: On Neo-Tantra—available on Amazon!

    We also get into:
✨ Female Trouble as a modern-day prophecy—John Waters knew the assignment.
✨ The eternal battle of toxic masculinity vs. toxic femininity (and why queer folks have it figured out).
    ✨ My unsolicited—but always correct—social media & influencer tips.
✨ Boundaries, queerness, and why Zenobia Darling is basically the Divine of podcasting.
✨ Veganism, Davey’s “Ninjas,” Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and his Chipotle journey (a saga).
✨ Baltimore’s magic, mess, and why Female Trouble is still ahead of its time.

So, grab a Newport (Divine style), pour a kombucha, and enjoy this coffee break with the spectacular and always inspiring Davey Calico. 💅🔥

  14. Baltimore Drag, Ceramics & The Gay Agenda with Tre Crawford aka MXBHVN!!!!

    Season 2, Episode 26

    Show notes

For this Coffee Break, I’m joined by Tre Crawford aka MXBHVN—a queer Baltimore-based artist, drag performer, and the mastermind behind The Gay Agenda, LLC. I’m totally obsessed with his work (seriously, I own like 10 of his ceramic mugs and candles because they’re everything), and today we’re diving into some messy, wild stories only two Baltimore Drag queens could tell.

We kick things off with a juicy spill about a hater who came for my Paranormal Realm art exhibition (spoiler alert: they couldn’t handle it). Then we get into Tre’s roots in Havre de Grace, MD, surviving life as a queer person in a conservative small town in the late 2000s (we both are from Havre de Grace), how he built The Gay Agenda, LLC, and what it’s really like playing and creating in the fabulous world of Baltimore drag. From Grand Central tales to battle scars we got from our art, Tre is all about pushing limits for drag, and we’re going there.

And, in true Zenobia Darling fashion, I made Tre watch my art film #RockStarLife: The Art of Drag, shot in Havre de Grace during the July 2023 drag show at The State Theater. You know I had to get his unfiltered thoughts, and trust—I'm spilling some never-before-heard behind-the-scenes tea from filming.

Then, because we’re both John Waters stans, we dive into why Female Trouble is the ultimate John Waters masterpiece and why Waters himself is the OG punk queen of cinema, still inspiring us Baltimore drag queens to this day.

We wrap things up with some witchcraft, art, drag, skincare (straight guys, take notes), DL guys on Grindr in Havre de Grace, and queer magic talk. Plus, we dish on why Drag Race and Dragula are sleeping on Baltimore’s drag scene, even though Dragula is literally inspired by it. Oh, and what it really means to start an LLC in Maryland and why you should be supporting queer artists.

So grab a Gay Agenda mug, pour that coffee (or something stronger), and let’s get messy. ☕💅💥🔥

  15. Denise F**king Richards and her Wild Things ESPRESSO SHOT!!!

    Season 2, Episode 25

    Show notes

Recorded in my new podcasting studio, Denise Richards returns to reality TV with her new Peacock show and I had to sprint to the mic for this unhinged Espresso Shot episode breaking it all down.

But first—Naked Attraction on HBO Max. Full-frontal, no blurs, just people picking dates based on genitals. Unhinged. Addictive. Peak television.

Now, back to Denise f*cking Richards. She’s giving full Anna Nicole Smith energy—sorta trailor park with money, chaotic, and absolutely watchable. Surviving Charlie Sheen and RHOBH was just training for this Peacock mess, and her family drama is five-star:
💰 One daughter is an OnlyFans baddie.
🙏 The other is a Jesus influencer.
👽 Her husband, Aaron, is a conspiracy bro with a big dick (allegedly).
🕊️ The recovering addict cousin peacemaker? Lowkey the MVP.

Plus a thirsty cameo from Tori Spelling that I just had to sink my comedy teeth into.

And because the Bravo multiverse never sleeps… Denise’s daughters try to squash their feud at Neptune’s Net—yes, the same spot where Jax and Brittany got engaged in Vanderpump Rules Season 7. The ghosts of bad decisions haunt those picnic tables. Also during the end, I give my thoughts on Jax's recent confession that he is sober from cocaine.

So grab a cocktail, a cigarette, and let’s break it all down. ☕🔥💅🚨

    Season 2, Episode 24

    Show notes

LITTLE MONSTERS... Mayhem has landed, and I had no choice but to drop everything, run to the mic, and live-react to every track like my life depended on it. It’s only been 15 hours, but I have thoughts—some euphoric, some unhinged, and all Little Monster hot mess!!!

Did Gaga just redefine pop with Perfect Celebrity? Is Shadow of a Man giving us the raw, soul-baring Fame Monster energy we live for? After Chromatica changed my life and drag career back in 2020, does this new album follow in those footsteps? Am I living for it and finding my Highway Unicorn, or is it a major flop? You’ll have to listen to find out.

And because the Mother Mother works in mysterious, messy ways, my old friend Dylan called mid-recording, so we get a surprise cameo with his take on Mayhem, plus some piping-hot RHOBH, Vanderpump Rules, and The Valley tea.

I also spill about my first week in the salon with my new job—because I am beginning to be in my Hair era. And since I took two weeks off from the podcast, I had to come back louder, gayer, and more dramatic than ever. 🏳️‍🌈⚡

  17. 🚨 #FREEWENDYWILLIAMS Espresso Shot ☕🔥

    Season 2, Episode 23

    Show notes

Recorded on the most gag-worthy day of the year—Valentine’s Day (ugh) 💔—I kick things off with a fiery rant about this capitalist fever dream of a holiday, my Diddy doc binge, and my annual tradition of hating the Super Bowl. Because let’s be real—after Kendrick Lamar’s halftime show and his feud with corny AF Drake, I miss Wendy Williams coming in live from New York, spilling the real tea, and breaking it all down in her iconic, unfiltered style. And speaking of Miss Wendy…

I dive headfirst into TMZ’s latest spectacle, Saving Wendy Williams (dropped 2/12/2025), and honey, I have thoughts. I throw some well-earned shade at Harvey Levin—because let’s be real, TMZ plays the media game with some veryinteresting connections to the White House—but I’ll give credit where it’s due: this doc actually sheds light on Wendy’s devastating situation.

I also break down Kathy Griffin’s legendary war with TMZ post-Trump photo scandal and connect it all to Wendy’s heartbreaking saga. Plus, rewatching Where Is Wendy Williams? after this new doc? Oh, it hits different—like an old-school episode of Intervention—and I spill my theories on what’s really going on with our purple chair queen.

And of course, we can’t talk Wendy without mentioning Britney Spears and the conservatorship mess, because history loves to repeat itself—especially when it comes to powerful women getting trapped in dark-sided guardianships. 😤 But more importantly, I share my hopes for Wendy, because let’s be honest—the world is boring without her in it.

And in between all this chaos? I drop some major life news (yes, it’s big), and I’m taking the next two weeks off from the pod—when I return, it’ll be from my brand new podcast studio. So grab your coffee, throw on something dramatic, and let’s get into it.

  18. Wendy Williams is Queen and Pop Culture Chaos with Evita! (Part Two)

    Season 2, Episode 22

    Show notes

In this supersized second half of our coffee-fueled pop culture deep dive with Evita, we’re serving up some spicy tea, Wendy Williams-style. 🎤🔥 Recorded on January 16, 2025 — the same day Wendy called into The Breakfast Club — we break down her iconic moments and shade, especially her fearless takedown of pop culture’s darkest secrets. From Bill Cosby to R. Kelly and Diddy, Wendy was always right about the scandals everyone else was too scared to touch.

We dive into Wendy's unapologetic truth-telling from her radio days and explore the broken system surrounding her conservatorship, comparing it to Britney Spears' battle for freedom. Plus, we revisit her unforgettable interviews with Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey, cementing her status as the ultimate entertainment journalist. 🎙️✨

Then, we dive into the chaotic "Whore Economy" of LA and some hot pop culture gossip — from Amanda Bynes and Demi Lovato to Jay Z and Rihanna. We end it all with a deep cut on Oprah’s messy drama in South Africa and missing her unhinged moments, like the time Barbara Streisand painted one of her mics white in a wild early 2000s interview you can find here, narrative by Queen Kathy Griffin.

This episode is pure pop culture madness, a rollercoaster of gossip, empowerment, and everything that makes Wendy Williams the queen of chaos. 👑💄

  19. Naomi’s Scandals, South Africa, and the Jozi Housewives with Evita!" (Part 1)

    Season 2, Episode 21

    Show notes

🔥 Brace yourselves, darlings—this two-part Coffee Break is pure pop culture intellectual chaos. I’m joined by the fabulous Evita, whose life story is a globe-trotting masterpiece: born in Nigeria, raised in Johannesburg, and now thriving in Baltimore. We talked for three straight hours, so here’s Part 1 of our supersized, caffeine-fueled convo.

We kick off heavy: dissecting the ugly truths about Apartheid (it’s not over, kids—Google it or book your trip), the eerie similarities between Baltimore and Johannesburg (creative brilliance with a side of systemic nonsense), and the messy, manipulative media machine (looking at you, CNN and The View). Nancy Pelosi makes a cameo, and we unpack the brewing Real Housewives-style feud between Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

Then, we shift gears into full-on pop culture madness:
👑 Martha Stewart is crowned queen.
🕳️ Naomi Campbell’s scandal-filled rabbit hole is dark and impossible to look away from.
💥 Her iconic feud with Tyra Banks gets the roasting it deserves (Tyra’s talk show? Unhinged).
📸 America’s Next Top Model is problematic, chaotic, and endlessly meme-worthy.
🍵 We spill tea on Nicki Minaj vs. Cardi B and Nicki vs. Mariah Carey.
👋 Oprah? We’re over her. Monique? We’re stanning.

And just when you think it can’t get juicier, we wrap with a deep dive into the Real Housewives of Johannesburg and Real Housewives of Lagos: Christall Kay’s theatrics, Evodia and Mercy’s iconic mother-daughter tag team, and the pure chaos of Jozi’s first season—arguably one of the best in the Housewives universe.

⚠️ Disclaimer: This is punk-fueled, caffeine-induced gossip. Don’t take us too seriously—except when we’re worshipping Whitney Houston, Martha Stewart, and chaotic 2000s reality TV gold.

Grab your coffee, throw on some glitter, and join us for the ultimate laugh-filled ride. Part 2 drops next week—prepare yourself.

  20. Giving Rats in Baltimore Birth Control with Cathy Till!!

    Season 2, Episode 20

    Show notes

In this wild and hilarious, heavily redacted episode 19 of season two of #RockStarLife: Coffee Break, I’m joined by the legendary Cathy Till for a post-Spooky Season catch-up! 🎃👻 We dive deep into the high-class vintage vibes of the Playboy Club and revisit the scandalous, yet glamorous, legacy of Blaze Starr.

Cathy spills behind-the-scenes tea from shooting Ethereal Anarchy, shares the scoop on the suburbanization of Canton in Baltimore, and takes us on a journey through her 1980s Pat Benatar and Blondie-inspired fashion style. 🕸️ Oh, and we can’t forget our vent session about humanity—because nothing soothes the soul like ranting about Comcast and family drama while playing The Sims and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to vent the anger. 💀🎮

Of course, there’s more drama to unpack! From Queer as Folk and Homicide: Life on the Street to The Wire and the Sarah Jessica Parker/Kim Cattrall feud on And Just Like That, we cover it all—including our love for Mob Wives 🍂. Plus, you KNOW we couldn’t skip a Zak Bagans update—because, duh, ghosts. 🕷️👀

🎧 Tune in now for an unfiltered, no-holds-barred chat about pop culture, paranormal shenanigans, and all things Baltimore—complete with a side of rat birth control. 🖤🐀
