Pinealon is one of my regular peptides, and most people have never heard of it. It's a tiny three-amino-acid bioregulator from the Khavinson group in Russia. It works on the neurons in the thinking part of your brain.

In this masterclass I cover everything I know about it. Despite the name, it doesn't work on the pineal gland. That's Epitalon. If Semax is a shot of espresso for the brain, Pinealon is the insulation in the walls.

Most of the research is cell and animal work. It protected neurons from low oxygen, high homocysteine, and Alzheimer's-type damage. The human data is thin, and I'm upfront about that.

Then we get practical. I cover who it's for and who will notice less. I share my three dosing tiers and how I cycle it two to three times per year. You'll learn why timing is so personal, how to reconstitute it, and what to stack it with. I also answer the questions I get asked most.

I have a family history of dementia and a lot of concussions, so this one is in my rotation every year. It's a quiet peptide. It works in the background to protect your brain over time.

  3. The Vilon Masterclass | A Complete Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

Vilon might be the most underrated peptide I use. If I had to sum it up in one line, it acts like BPC-157 and Thymosin Alpha-1 rolled into one.

In this masterclass I walk through everything I know about it. Vilon is a tiny two-amino-acid peptide from the Khavinson bioregulator family. It works on the thymus, the gland that trains your T-cells. That gland shrinks as we age, and our immune defense slowly fades with it.

Most of the research is cell and animal work out of Russia, plus a few small human trials in diabetics. I’m upfront about that, including one mouse study that raised a cancer question.

Then we get practical. I cover who it’s for and who should skip it. I share my three dosing tiers and how I cycle it. Early fall, right before flu season, is my favorite time to run it. You’ll learn how to reconstitute and inject it, what to stack it with, and what to avoid. I also answer the questions I get asked most.

It won’t feel dramatic in a few days. But for immune support and inflammation over the long haul, I think it deserves a lot more attention.

  4. October 2026 Q&A | Cloudy Vials, Dual vs. Triple Ags, and Much More!

    Show notes

Over 400,000 of you have used my AI chat app since it went live. I don’t read your individual messages. But the app sends me an anonymized report of what people struggle with most. So I took the top questions from the last week and answered them myself. We start with mitochondria. I walk through how I rotate SS-31, MOTS-c and SLU-PP-332. I also explain why I think a lot of people who stall on a GLP-1 have a mitochondrial problem. Then we hit reconstitution math, cloudy vials, and why some peptides sting. From there it’s growth hormone. Tesamorelin alone versus the tesamorelin and ipamorelin blend, plus what to do when it wrecks your sleep. On the GLP side I cover how I raise my retatrutide dose and use taurine for the heart rate bump. Then how I step down without the appetite rebound. We also get into where to inject BPC-157, my actual favorite sleep peptides, and free versus total testosterone. Plus the hormone targets I like for women in perimenopause.I close with fertility. After years on TRT, I went from zero sperm to the top of the reference range in nine months. 5. The Oxytocin Masterclass | A Complete Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

Most people know oxytocin as the love hormone. That’s only a small part of the story. In this masterclass I break down what I’ve learned using oxytocin myself and digging through 70 years of human data. It was the first peptide hormone ever made in a lab.

It’s still an FDA-approved drug today.Oxytocin works like a volume knob. It amplifies whatever state you’re already in. A safe setting means deeper connection. A stressful setting can mean more anxiety. We cover how it works in the brain and body, who it’s actually for, and who should skip it. I walk through dosing in micrograms and IUs, nasal spray versus injection, and the mixing mistake that has people taking five to ten times too much.I also get into the uses nobody talks about.

Cutting 120 to 150 calories at a hard meal without the nausea of a GLP-1. Post-workout dosing for muscle recovery. Getting things moving when a GLP-1 slows your gut.Plus why every other day beats daily dosing, how I stack it with PT-141, and the trick I use to make cardio feel rewarding. If you’ve been curious about oxytocin, start here.

  7. Ep. 10 | From Federal Prison to Functional Health With Samantha Lander

    Season 1, Episode 10

    Show notes

Samantha Lander is one of the most compelling voices in functional health and peptide coaching, and her path to getting here is unlike anyone else in the space.

She’s a functional diagnostic nutritionist who went from addiction, federal prison, and a money laundering charge to building one of the most effective coaching practices for people who’ve tried everything and still can’t get results.

She works primarily with perimenopausal women and complex cases, the clients who’ve been to every doctor, run every lab, and still feel stuck. Her approach starts with the gut, the hormones, and the trauma history before a single peptide enters the conversation. We get into her full origin story, why your gut has to be addressed before you touch a GLP-1, the SIBO connection most coaches are missing, how to actually test estrogen (all three, not just one), and the AOD and five amino 1MQ combinations that are quietly doing more than the headline peptides.

We also talk about MCAS protocols, what to do when patients react to everything, and why sitting in your discomfort sober is still the most powerful biohack. This one goes places most episodes don’t. Stay until the end.

  8. IGF-1 Masterclass | A Complete Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

Most people treat IGF-1 LR3 like a muscle peptide you just add to the cart. I want to slow that down a bit.In this masterclass I break down IGF-1 LR3 and IGF-1 DES. Both are modified versions of the IGF-1 your liver makes. They work by dodging the binding proteins that keep most of your IGF-1 parked and inactive. More free IGF-1 means more signal actually reaching the muscle.I cover who these make sense for and who should skip them. I walk through my dosing tiers, starting at 40 to 50 micrograms. We get into timing around training, why you always dose with carbs on board, and the day my wife and I ended up buying candy mid-workout.I also explain why your IGF-1 blood work might drop while you run these. Plus the feedback loop behind it, why I cycle four to six weeks, and how I stack them with TRT and growth hormone. One honest note. There are zero human trials on either compound. Most of the data comes from rats and cell cultures, and the rest is experience, mine included.Done right, these are a five to ten percent edge on top of a solid foundation. 9. Ep. 9 | Dr. Tyna Moore on GLP-1 Micro Dosing, HRT, Joint Healing, and Why She Got Censored

    Season 1, Episode 9

    Show notes

Dr. Tyna Moore is one of the most censored voices in the peptide and HRT space. She’s a naturopathic doctor with decades of clinical experience in regenerative medicine and was one of the first practitioners advocating for intelligent, individualized use of GLP-1s before it was mainstream. Instagram silenced her in 2024 right as the conversation was heating up. Today she’s here to set the record straight.

We get into the origins of GLP-1 micro dosing, the LDN analogy that actually explains it, how censorship twisted her message into a vanity weight loss narrative, and why she believes GLPs are one of the greatest longevity tools we have. We also cover HRT for perimenopausal women, retatrutide, injectable joint therapies, and things that have never been discussed publicly before.

Topics covered: GLP-1 micro dosing explained, LDN vs GLP-1 mechanism, how censorship shaped the narrative, canc3r and COVID data, retatrutide for perimenopausal women, HRT before or after GLP, the 35% weight loss study, joint health and when BPC-157 stops working, prolotherapy and PRP, tachyphylaxis and the blast and cruise model, estrogen receptors in the brain, and what your partner’s TRT could be doing to your hormones.

  10. The P21 Masterclass | A Complete Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

P21 is one of my favorite brain peptides. It's also one of the least talked about. In this masterclass I break down everything I know about it. That includes the mechanism, the research, and how I actually use it.Here's the honest part up front. There is zero published human data on P21.

Everything we have comes from cell and animal studies. The dosing I share is built from my own experience and what I've seen with clients.

So why do I care about it? P21 is a small synthetic peptide built from CNTF, a protein that helps neurons survive. In animals it raises BDNF, which is basically fertilizer for your brain. It also grew new neurons in the memory center, rebuilt synapses, and reduced tau tangles in Alzheimer's models.I played a lot of football and took a lot of hits.

Concussion recovery is personal for me, and P21 is a big part of how I approach it.I also cover who should skip it, my three dosing tiers, cycling, reconstitution, and how it stacks up against Cerebrolysin, Semax, and Dihexa.

Just don't expect Limitless. P21 is a slow brain tune-up, and that's exactly why I like it.For research and entertainment purposes only.

  12. The Glutathione Masterclass | A Complete Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

Glutathione is the most boring compound I use. It's also one I'd put in my top five peptides.Your cells make it every day. It's your main internal antioxidant, the buffer that soaks up the damaging byproducts of making energy. Levels drop with age, alcohol, illness and hard training.

When that tank runs low, a lot of other therapies stop working as well.In this masterclass I break down redox in plain English. Then I cover who actually benefits and who can probably skip it. I walk through every delivery route and what the human data shows for each. Plain oral does a little. Liposomal does a lot more.I share my three dosing tiers, how I think about cycling, and why I keep injections away from the hours after training. We get into reconstitution, the taurine trick for injection sting, and storage. I also talk about the transdermal version I've been testing.

That one is anecdote only, with no controlled human data yet.Plus why I pair it with mitochondrial peptides, and why toxic burden may be behind a lot of stalled GLP-1 results. If your protocol has plateaued and you can't figure out why, start here.

  13. The ARA-290 Masterclass | A Complete Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

Most peptides get knocked for having no human trials.

ARA-290 is one of the few that does. Randomized, placebo-controlled studies show it regrowing small nerve fibers. In this masterclass I walk through where it came from. It was built out of EPO, the kidney hormone made famous by blood doping. The researchers kept the tissue repair side and left out the red blood cell side.

So no rise in hematocrit, which is how thick your blood runs, and no added clotting risk.I cover who this is for. Mainly diabetic neuropathy, small fiber neuropathy from sarcoidosis, and unexplained burning nerve pain.

I also cover who should skip it. If a herniated disc is pressing on a nerve, this won't decompress anything. Then we get practical. The 2017 trial found 4 mg a day beat both 1 mg and 8 mg. I go through cycling, week by week expectations, and why I'd run it before BPC-157 and TB-500. I explain why some vials gel up and how phosphate-buffered saline fixes it.The limits are in here too.

The longest trial ran twelve weeks. The long COVID use is anecdotal only.I don't use it myself. I don't have neuropathy. But if nerve pain is your problem, this one can be a godsend.

  14. The Cartalax Masterclass | A Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

Most people have never heard of Cartalax. I think it's the peptide that gets healing done when BPC-157 and TB-500 stall out. This is the full masterclass. Cartalax is a three amino acid bioregulator from the Khavinson group in Russia. BPC and TB-500 work on growth factors at the cell surface. Cartalax goes inside the nucleus and changes which genes cartilage cells express. In cell culture it roughly doubled chondrocyte growth and raised SIRT1 and SIRT6, two longevity proteins that drop in arthritic joints. Human data is thin, so I'm clear about where the research ends and my experience begins.I cover why cartilage is so hard to heal, how Cartalax fits next to BPC, TB-500, GHK and KPV, my three dosing tiers from maintenance up to 2mg a day, dosing by goal, cycling logic, reconstitution, where to inject, and the full healing stack people are now calling Wolverine Plus. Plus troubleshooting, contraindications, and the FAQ on capsules, drug testing, bone on bone, and spine issues. There's also the story of how I found it, injecting one sore wrist and comparing it to the other. If you've stalled on the standard healing peptides, this one is for you.For research and entertainment purposes only. 15. The LL-37 Masterclass | A Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

LL-37 is the peptide I think everyone should have on hand and almost nobody should be taking every day.

It's the only cathelicidin in the human body. That's an antimicrobial peptide your immune system makes to punch holes in bacteria, break up biofilms, and neutralize endotoxins. In this masterclass I walk through how it works. I cover why your vitamin D level decides whether your body can even make it. Then the specific situations where I reach for it. Stubborn sinus infections, bacterial acne, gut biofilms, suspected mold, and high-exposure travel windows.

I also cover who needs to stay away from it. Active autoimmune flares, rosacea, certain cancers, and mast cell issues can all go the wrong direction with LL-37.

Then dosing. I break down why I use 100 to 150mcg instead of the 2mg some people push. I go over how long a cycle should run and why maintenance dosing makes no sense. And I show how I sequence it with Thymosin Alpha 1, BPC-157, and TB-500.

One honest note. Almost all of the LL-37 data is preclinical or anecdotal. The only human trial is topical, and the lower doses beat the higher ones.

If you've ever wondered whether LL-37 belongs in your protocol, this one answers it.

  18. The NAD+ Masterclass | A Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

NAD+ is not a peptide. That one fact changes how you should use it.Peptides send a signal. NAD+ is a coenzyme, meaning it does the work itself. There is no receptor to downregulate, so the cycling logic is completely different. In this one I walk through what NAD+ actually does inside the cell, what burns through it, and whether it really crashes with age. The decline is real. It is just far more modest and tissue specific than the biohacking world tells you. Skin drops hard. Brain drops 10 to 13 percent across a lifetime. Liver and muscle barely move at all.I also get into the uncomfortable part. Injected NAD+ probably does not enter your cells intact. Surface enzymes break it down first, which means you may be paying a lot to deliver precursors. Then we cover dosing tiers, subQ versus IM, cycling blocks, methylation, what to track, and the 5-Amino-1MQ combo I run at much lower doses.I am not an NAD+ expert and I say so upfront. 20. MGF and PEG-MGF Masterclass | A Research Guide (2026)

    Show notes

If you already ran BPC-157 and TB-500 and still have a nagging injury, this one is for you.

MGF stands for mechano growth factor. It is a 24 amino acid fragment of IGF-1. That is the growth factor your body makes in response to training and damage. It came out of the bodybuilding world as a site injection peptide. That never panned out.

What it actually does is more interesting to me. It does not raise your IGF-1 levels. It seems to make your tissue more sensitive to the IGF-1 you already have. More bang for your buck out of what is already there.

I want to be straight about the evidence. Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline both tried to reproduce the original findings and failed. Human data is thin. Most of what we have is animal work on bone healing, cardiac recovery, and tissue quality.

I cover what MGF is and how PEG-MGF differs. Dosing tiers, cycling, injection technique, and troubleshooting. Plus how to stack it with BPC-157, TB-500, GHK, and growth hormone peptides.

Think of this one as a supporting actor. It makes everything else you are doing work better. It is not going to grow your glutes on its own.
