The Rage Pod
We all have rage, and if you don’t think you have it, don’t worry we’ll help you find it. And once you find it, we’ll also help you deal with it. This podcast is the intersection of all the life things (family, love, politics, sports, driving, loud chewing) and rage. Hosted by comedians Tara Erickson and Ebar, they talk to guests (ranging from neuroscientists to divorce experts to athletes to a neighbor) about how rage factors into their various areas of expertise. When they’re not doing that, they’re listening to calls from the rage hotline, screaming into a pillow or checking in with the show’s producer Friendy Wende who’s likely telling them to move on.

Postpartum, who is she?
Season 2, Episode 2
Show notes
According to the World Health Organization, there are no formal treatment guidelines for 40% of priority conditions related to postpartum health. We are not math people, but that sounds like a SIGNIFICANT GAP; especially considering over a third of women have persistent symptoms after giving birth. The Rage Pod decided to do their part to learn more. We read ONE article. But two of us are moms with their own experiences and one of us is armed with curiosity on the topic.

Vanity & the Rage of Aging
Season 1, Episode 32
Show notes
Vanity is better left as a spot to do your makeup or perform a mole check. Whether you're over-focusing on how someone looks (especially if it's yourself) or you're over-focusing on how hot and cool your S.O. appears out in public, you're likely spending way too much time on surface sh*t. And that's why in this episode, we look at people living their most fulfilling and authentic lives: reality stars. Whether it's Love Overboard or Laws of Attraction, Tara relays to Ebar the latest rage trigger from a show that Ebar has never and will likely never watch.

Selective Outrage
Season 1, Episode 25
Show notes
A listener slides into our DMs to call us out on what they see as selective outrage around the Epstein files. So, we respond. Whoever was doing f-d up stuff connected to Jeffrey Epstein needs to be held accountable. We’re talking Clinton, Biden, Trump, your friend PJ. Justice isn’t partisan. And if your friend was in there, we’re sorry, PJ’s gotta go. Then we hard left and give out our watch recs: Netflix’s Zero Day, a nostalgic return to The Closer, Eternity, and a charming criminal living in Toys “R” Us (Hi! Channing Tatum) The hat trick of rage, nuance, and streaming recommendations. (Yes, that was a hockey reference. We watched Heated Rivalry.)

From cutting ties with toxic parents to redefining chosen family, we talk boundaries, guilt, emotional pain, and why “but they’re family” isn’t a good enough reason to suffer.
