In this episode we cover the York Barbell equipment itself, Ken Patera's insane strength numbers before he ever stepped in a wrestling ring, and the crossover between York, Bob Backlund, and the pro wrestling world.

Ken Patera was the first American to Clean and Jerk 500 lbs. He's the only American to ever Clean and Press 500 lbs. That total still stands as the highest ever posted by an American weightlifter. Then he went and became WWF Intercontinental Champion.
